LMAO! My wife is always busting my balls over flirting! Been married for 28 years. she is use to it.
Now when she has had a few drinks she will play along. She might say: hey that couple over there is cute think they want to have a Foursome! I'm like lets go ask them... She would never do it. She would get too jealous if I was banging another chick next to her! But it's fun and spicy!!!;)

Today’s workout - shoulders and arms

Dosed 2 ogres prior to gym session with 2 scoops of vasoblitz. Shoulder pump today was insane!!!!! I might have to just one scoop vasoblitz with 2 caps of ogre.

Seated ohp machine - this machine is so damn good and after watching mountain dog training shoulder workout I understand more about it. You can change hand position to many different ways and the range of motion gets you hitting the muscle like no other. I did 6 sets progressive overload and each time the pump was getting better and better.
Side lat raise machine - 205lbs for 5 sets, doing this right after the other machine it hurt to put my arms up lol but I continued to torture myself
Seated ohp bar - 25lb plates as a warmup then 4 sets of 35lb plates. Each time I did a rep I locked it out and slowly brought the bar to my chest. Once it passed my chest I leaned my head forward to hit the center delts more.
Front plate raises- 35lb plate raised from front to overhead for 3 sets
Cable side raises - 5 sets keeping tension on delts the whole time
Rear delt row - 5 sets while squeezing my upper back
Skull crushers - 4 sets seated
tri pull down - 5 sets on the cable machine with tbar
dumbell curls - 45lb for 5 sets
barbell strict curl - 70 for 5 sets

Rode a bike pretty hard for 5.5 miles. Average heart rate was 129 throughout the ride

Leg day abs abs today

Dosed 2 pills of ogre upon waking and hit the work gym. Will be using the work gym for a few workouts coming up due to time constraints. It’s not the best gym but you can do lots of upper body stuff but minimal lower body stuff. Every time I try to get new leg equipment in I get chit because almost no one else really trains legs.

Work out consisted of smith machine squats ( I know I know, I tried getting a cage in but got hate feedback that people like the smith machine), leg extensions and curls and hex bar squats. Nothing to right home about in the leg department but it got the job done. Abs I did cable crunches and decline sit-ups.

This is a staple with chicken for me. It’s just cut up chicken 3/4lb with G Hughes sweet chili sauce (5 cals a serving) and coated in 1/2 cup of crushed special k. I also had 4 high fiber mini wraps which are 140 cals.

Made that anabolic grilled cheese now a couple times for lunch. The way I do it is ~600 cals and 52g protein. Throw some baby carrots on the side and it’s a pretty awesome quick meal. Getting ready for a recomp run, so getting back on the compliance horse is number one.

Definitely want to try the special k chicken idea!

Ogre has been like a onion ..... lol

so far that I’m a week and 3/4 in I have noticed a leaning effect while my muscles looked pumped all day. My waist area has defiantly shrunken some and my shoulders are popping. Think by week 3 there will be a solid change.

The grilled cheese is awesome and so many ways to make it. I like sliced tomatoes with it too but I love baby carrots. They are filling and slightly sweet so would go perfectly with it. I need to get more.

If you are making the special k chicken make sure to use a wire rack and spray it. I have made a mistake once lol

Chest today had to use work gym again and had a solid session. I dosed 2 ogre upon waking and another dose prior to workout. This dosing schedule seems to be working great and delivering a solid pump.


Today was all about high reps and squeezing
Flat bench - 135,185 for 5 sets
Cable flys - 50 each side for 6 sets
Pec deck - 110 for 6 sets
Incline bench - 135 for 6 sets
Dips - bw for 4 sets

The pump and the instant soreness today was unreal. I feel like I was hit by a truck after that light but effective workout. My chest feels so work out from all those high reps

Looks like a pretty good set up to me.
For a work gym it’s really good. Pretty much everything but a leg press and a cage. There is a smith machine but I rather have a cage for squats and ohp. I added a $2000 cable machine in the beginning of the year and was the best investment I did with the funds. We have dumbbells up to 100lbs and more than enough plates just need a little more room. There is also a universal machine in there that I hate by the smith machine but the old person who used to run it paid $3000 for and refused to get rid of it

Few things I have noticed about ogre now that I’m 2 weeks in.
Face is looking a little moon like lol. That happens when I take certain PH’s and others can feel my pain. Also I have had energy spurts throughout the day and get shaky. That’s something I don’t usually get unless I have a ton of caffeine but I have lowered my caffeine intake a lot during this cycle. Strength has stopped skyrocketing up but still a lot stronger than I was 2 weeks ago.

Shoulders and legs were done. Been running behind on updates past 2 days due to work and kids. Will be back keeping up with the log tomorrow, testifying all day got me exhausted lol.

Did back on Saturday and today was bike riding and soccer. Such a beautiful day out I don’t want it to ever end.
We've had some nice weather where i'm at as well. Glad you're getting in good meals and work gym is definitely a nice little set up.

Got to take advantage of this weather while it last. I rented a air bnb for this weekend in upstate Connecticut. There are a few national parks that are my yearly regular and will be getting in 2 full days of hiking.
Meal planning has become mandatory for me. I like to eat abs eat good food so if I don’t have food with me at work I’ll choose something else. I used to get a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese every morning - which is probably like 1,000 cals and mostly fat and carbs. Now I had 5 pieces of high protein pumpkin French today for breakfast and satisfied for over half the calories and 60g of protein. But man are New York bagels the best in the world.

Chest day today

Dosed as usual 2 pills an and one in the afternoon. Something I noticed is my bowl movements and gas has been bad. Not sure if it’s aligned to ogre or not. Everything else has been pretty much the same as always. I always eat high fiber and protein so my body is used to it already. Also I have been having a hard time sleeping. I will fall asleep for a hour then wake up toss and turn then fall back asleep to just wake up again and just repeat this viscous cycle. It’s been killing me because it has been making me tired and weak feeling.
Ive been taking a sleep aid the past few nights without any success and I also wear a sleep apnea machine.

It’s so enjoyable and I do 10 miles and still want to do more. I do half a mile on a threadmill and feel like I’m done lol
I'm the same way. I need some change in elevation and terrain to keep me going and interested in the cardio session :)

Past 2 days was back then shoulders. I’m really happy I added in a shoulder day and have been having the best shoulder pumps ever.
Dosing of ogre has still been the same with 2 am and 1 pm. The past 5 days of long tough shifts at work were very tiring and had me not working out that hard made today’s session really amazing. I was in the gym for 2 hours and lifted weights 90% of the time and was not fatigued till the end. The recovery on ogre has been amazing and also has the soreness. I almost never get sore anymore but with ogre the next day doms have been brutal. Then like a instant they are gone lol crazy

Yesterday was leg day and today and tomorrow I will be having rest days to a extent. I drove up to Connecticut and rented a house for the weekend. Will do heavy hiking and mountain climbing. I have my kids with me so it will be moderate hikes but they are usually good for 5 hours of straight trailing. Today will be trails and tomorrow up the side of a easy mountain but still tiring.

Nothing like breakfast outdoors

Back in the gym today

was a amazing get away weekend I’ll post some pics up later. Weighed myself today at 241 even so still around the same weight but shoulders are bigger and my waste seems smaller. Diet was pretty solid for being away due to packing food or bring I made eggs and turkey sausage at the Airbnb in the morning with bread. Lunches I packed salads with chicken and wraps with chicken. Ate out dinner but since my cals were low I was able to eat things I usually don’t. Also my cals burned everyday were higher than normal due to all the hiking and running around with the kids.

Dosed 2 pills of ogre upon waking then a second dose in the afternoon. Think for the last week I’m going to up the dosage to 4 pills.
‘Great chest and tri pump today. weights felt heavy today for some reason but that is just due to being back in the gym after a weekend away. Volume was easily there since I did 7 chest exercises with 5 sets each and 3 tricep with 5 sets each. Walking cardio on the threadmill afterwards

I pulled something in my left bicep, been getting worse over the past few days. Trying to take it easy for the last week. Was supposed to do shoulders today but did legs instead. Fml

Sorry to hear it.

Do you have any bruising? If so, take a pic if you want some feedback. I have had a few minor tears on my left (2 at bottom and one at top) before I eventually properly detached it from the bottom (which surgery completely repaired). But you can get some minor ones that will just heal up if you rest them, like a minor pec or hamstring strain. It’s not a death sentence.

When I was coming back after surgery I did just did 3 leg days a week. A safety bar squat day, a legpress day, and a Beltsquat and bodyweight lunge day. I just kept pushing my lunge volume higher and higher. Definitely made some gains!

Maybe get a second daily dose of that curcumin in for a few days too

How's that arm feeling? I did an obstacle course run a couple months back and my left brachialis was trashed for like 2-3 weeks. No fun. Other than the 5mi of running/jogging that damn thing is all upper body pulling. Hardly a well-rounded workout, ha ha.

Still sucks but trying to train through it. Actually worked out with my friend today which was weird because I always train alone. And was surprised I was able to keep up with my boy who is a tren monster with volume but just not strength wise lol.
I feel like it’s 10% better but still has 90% pain and loss of range if motion.

Breakfast today was my egg white sandwiches again with Fat free cheddar and turkey bacon

lunch was sushi
Dinner will be 99% far free turkey tacos with FF cheddar and salsa and gauc.
