Bacon wrapped pork loin with a honey pineapple glaze. Injected with pineapple juice and salt, rubbed with apple wood smoked salt and pecan rub then wrapped in the bacon.

Goddam that looks amazing. Maybe I should roll out my offset smoker this weekend and do a smoke 🤔. May not have time it’s mine and my daughters birthdays. But I love the pineapple idea on top and injected. I’m always down for more recipe ideas.

I'm going to be smoking a bunch of meat this weekend. 5 10# pork butts, 4 racks of KC cut pork ribs and a 20# brisket. I might get some pics for you guys.....if @BloodManor doesn't mind the porn. 😉

I only use the charcoal to get the fire going good and then I use oak and hickory logs. The oak let's me get a good consistent heat and good flavor. 2 logs oak to 1 log hickory. I buy it by the rick.

I never mind food porn in my threads lol. Bodybuilding and being a foodie goes hand in hand. Today’s meals so far - breakfast was the 90g of protein egg white sandwiches with fat free cheddar
Lunch was anabolic grilled cheese with Canadian bacon - those 2 grilled cheeses have 85g of protein with Almost no fat plus I had left over chicken buffalo Greek yogurt mixture. I couldn’t eat the buffalo chicken because I was too full. Making turkey meat, egg noodles, light tomato sauce and Fat free mozzarella right now

Pull day today
Dident have the best workout today, I did most of my sets but was interrupted in a good way for 30 mins in between my workout then had to rush though biceps to head out. But I walked out today with a huge smile after talking to the smoking hot girl that works there so no complaints lol. I’m a married man so don’t do those things but she just blew me away.

I dosed 2 pills in the morning and one in the afternoon like stated and feel like it’s a much better dosing schedule. I felt very stable throughout the day with no headaches or increase of blood pressure. The hunger that I had yesterday in replaced with thirst today. I drank almost 2 gallons of water today and still feel thirsty but not hungry at all. I forced down lunch and dinner but was still able to get on 265g of protein today.

Haha thanks - when I saw her I was like goddam I’m in love. Then I said hi a few days ago and we haven’t stopped talking since. She is also 14 years younger than me and thinks I’m 30. When I told her I was about to be 42 she was like goddam you are crazy fine for your age.

pretty simple - can’t believe it’s no butter spray - zero cals
Serving of Canadian bacon air fried or cooked first
4 slices of fat free cheese - each slice is zero fat 7g of protein and 1g of carb (something like that)
Bread is 647 bread that you can get anywhere

each sandwich is 42g of protein
 
Breakfast today was my egg white sandwiches again with Fat free cheddar and turkey bacon

lunch was sushi
Dinner will be 99% far free turkey tacos with FF cheddar and salsa and gauc.

@Hyde here is the video to his and he gets 55g of protein per grilled cheese, just depends on the brand - mine is 150 cals less than the videos and also it as much protein. I did it my way so I can have 2

His recipes keep me on track. So great having low fat high protein options on things like mac n cheese, Oreo cheesecake, French toast and many other things.

Pretty much only really a postWO option due to all the sugar, but Oreo Jello pudding mixed with whey and chilled in the fridge is a bomb fat-free backload treat.

I use sugar free everything and add monk fruit sugar or surcalose to recipes. Haven’t had real sugar in a while
 
Running a day behind on workout posting. Had to do a lot of shopping yesterday and also need to do more today. It’s my daughters bday today so setting up for a home party and then tomorrow is my 42nd birthday. I feel like my body is changing and will do a weigh in tomorrow. My prediction is that I’m up a few lbs but definitely leaner. My wife gave me a compliment this morning and said my v shape is popping and my ass is super tight lol.
Yesterday was heavy leg day and spent 20 mins on the hack squat machine. I get a huge leg pump from it while it’s very easy on my knees. Also started with all my normal leg extensions, curls, standing calf raises, good girl and bad girl machines. Afterwards did 6 lower and 6 upper ab machines and walked on the threadmill on 4.0 incline.

I spaced out the dosings again yesterday and think it’s much better that way. Sleep has been horrible though and not getting more than 5 hours a night and it’s not quality sleep either. Been taking Hypnos before bed too and usually I pass out on it.

Treat your second dose of M1A like you would caffeine - keep it that far from bedtime. I get my orals in by 5-5:30 or they can amp me enough sleep gets messed with. Just my experience, some guys have no issues. OR take them immediately before bed so you fall asleep before they kick in works for some.

Will do that thanks. Second dose before bed which will be soon. Took the day off the gym today to do my daughters bday party. I needed a rest day anyway my whole body is sore.
 
Moving my workouts around a little bit. Today is my 42nd bday and still got it in at the gym. Push day today but making it pretty much a chest day the will do pull then gonna do shoulders and arms the legs/abs. My shoulders are the weak point and feel they deserve there own day and so does my chest. When I do both on the same day I feel like they get half a workout. Also I will be going back to pushing every set hard instead of a number. No real counting with reps and just go till I feel like I’m done.
Dosed 2 ogre am and one after lunch

Started with flat bench - 135,185,195,225,225,225,135
Really solid pump with tons of reps. Was feeling really fatigued towards the last 225 set, plus I rarely ever do flat bench and thinking I should start adding it in again.
Incline dumbell press - 80lb dumbells for 5 sets
Bodyweight dips - 5 sets
Chest fly machine - 205,225,235,235,185 slow and squeezed the chest the whole time
Pec deck - 120 for 5 sets
Incline bench press machine - rack for 5 sets with counting to 3 on each decline


Chest felt extremely fatigued today which is what i was going for. Been watching lots of old Arnold footage and has me motivated to train this way again plus I ave the extra time to do it.
 
Breakfast today was 100g of shredded potatoes, carton of egg whites and fat free American cheese making a quiche

In 2 meals today I have eaten 200g ig protein and feeling so damn full. First meal was my egg white sandwich with fat free cheddar and turkey bacon. And lunch I made a anabolic pizza which has 104g of protein, 42g of carbs, 6g of fat at 640 calories

Back today was brutal and I will be sore tomorrow. I spent a hour and 45 minutes doing a straight back Workout then 15 mins of cardio. I was feeling stdon’t as fuk and just kept upping the weights in all the movements. Doing is still 2 pills prior and another in the afternoon and have been feeling great.
