Moving my workouts around a little bit. Today is my 42nd bday and still got it in at the gym. Push day today but making it pretty much a chest day the will do pull then gonna do shoulders and arms the legs/abs. My shoulders are the weak point and feel they deserve there own day and so does my chest. When I do both on the same day I feel like they get half a workout. Also I will be going back to pushing every set hard instead of a number. No real counting with reps and just go till I feel like I’m done.

Started with flat bench - 135,185,195,225,225,225,135
Really solid pump with tons of reps. Was feeling really fatigued towards the last 225 set, plus I rarely ever do flat bench and thinking I should start adding it in again.
Incline dumbell press - 80lb dumbells for 5 sets
Bodyweight dips - 5 sets
Chest fly machine - 205,225,235,235,185 slow and squeezed the chest the whole time
Pec deck - 120 for 5 sets
Incline bench press machine - rack for 5 sets with counting to 3 on each decline
Chest felt extremely fatigued today which is what i was going for. Been watching lots of old Arnold footage and has me motivated to train this way again plus I ave the extra time to do it.
