I did a brisket last week.. First time. Everything on the internet said 1 hour per lb.. I pulled a 3lb brisket off after 6 hours.. Not sure I'll do that again.I have an electric masterbuilt smoker. I need your help lol. I've tried 2 briskets on it. Low and slow. Both came out dry.
I love doing the Boston butt on my Weber kettle pit. Perfect every time.
I did let the brisket sit in foil and towels in the yeti for 2 hours.
