How do I get what I ordered?

I don’t like doing this on a public forum but I’m having trouble disputing the charge with my bank -one hour wait time – here I am. I placed an order for one Follidrone and one Vector. I received one Vector and a tub of aminos. I’ve emailed Josh twice and have not received a response. What do I have to do? Purchase date was June 24.

Im thinking that shipping labels got put on the wrong packages - I got 2 CBD, Exotherm TD, Froskolin, Glycerpump, Letrone, Aminos.
