So now even taking only 2 caps per day (with breakfast in fact) wakes me up between 4am and 5am and cant fall back asleep most of the time. On workout days, that’s fine because I wake up at 5 to workout, but other days or weekends it’s pretty frustrating. Hard to understand why almost 24 hours later it feels more stimulating than when just taken it. Not sure what I’m going to do...
