I put mine in a bag, then put it in the oven. The dark meat should be the juiciest meat of the turkey. If it is dry, you may be over cooking it.

They had them on sale here for .33 a lb. you can't beat under $5 for 15 lbs of protein! It actually is very easy to make turkey.

Love this method, but the last couple years we inject ours (hot sauce or creole butter) and deep fry em!!!
