I'm a 35 year old male suffering with low testosterone, I was on TRT for close to 3.5 years & my sperm count went to 0. My wife and I are about to go through an IUI with hopes of getting her pregnant. A quick story on me, some doctors state your count can go up within 4 months after ceasing testosterone & with the help of climid/HCG. However I was significantly shut down and took me 1 full year to get my count back up (80 million), HCG and Clomid may have slightly helped but I can tell you from my personal experience that I don't respond very well to HCG. It's FSH or nothing to signal my pituitary to do it's job correctly. My wife and I want a couple children so I need some advice as to how to proceed. I don't feel that injectable or transdermal testosterone is best for preserving my fertility even with taking concomitant HCG or even FSH. My primary care physician is a firm believer in a product called Natesto, in fact I'm seeing her about a month from now. I have read reports where men's fertility was preserved through it's use, some might say why not just stick with clomid. I've been on clomid too long now and it has decreased my sex drive and I don't feel great on it. Has anyone on this forum ever had any experience with Natesto vs. taking an OTC PCT supplement or test booster? Thank you.
