Monday my daughter was home sick and woke up 12 mins into my leg workout, so not much there. Weight was at 176.5#. Yesterday was my birthday, but still started my day out with some cardio. Had a steak dinner and some Magnolia bakery cupcakes to celebrate.

Today's workout was a Push day:

Pre/intra: 1 scoop Ferox, 1scoop Permaswole, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Rotator cuff ex 2.5x12,12
BB BP 100x12, 120x12,10
Incline DB press 55x10,10
Behind the neck BB press +60x10,10
TRX triceps 3x15
DB laterals 25x10,10

Time 48:06, 351 cals

Pre/intra: Same as previous

Pull
BB rows 100x12, 110x16, 120x12 - went for increasing weight today
Neutral grip pull ups x 10,8,6
Deadlifts 100x10, 120x10,10 - went with an overhand grip for these today
Alt DB curls 30x10,8,10 - decreased weight on these
DB laterals 25x10,10 - increased weight on these

Time 49:11, 376 cals

Love the feeling of a workout that exhausts you. Pouring sweat today. Listened to some makaveli motivation vids to propel me into the weekend.

I love when I get a manic outburst at the gym, like a surge of aggression, leaving me total exhausted and sweating. sadly, it happens only about once a month.

Had a great weekend. Wife and I had a date night Sat, boat day on Sunday. Back to the daily grind.

Pre/intra: 1 scoop Ferox (last one!), 1 scoop Permaswole Molotov Cocktail, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Will be switching things up officially starting tomorrow. May run SuperPump on WO days and something low stim for cardio sessions. We'll see.

Legs
TRX squats 3x15
TRX alt lunges 3x12
BB Front Squats 100x10,12,12
SLDLs 100x10,10,10
TRX calf raises 3x12

Time 47:00, 359 cals

Pre: 1 scoop SuperPump
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3, 1 scoop Permaswole

Push
Rotator cuff ex 2.5x12,12
Bench Press 120x10,15,10
DB incline press 50x10,10
Behind the neck BB press +60x8,10
TRX triceps 3x15
DB laterals 25x10,10,10 (not sure why I did these today as these are supposed to be on pull days)

Focus was there and kicked in quick today, but I didn't sweat near as much off of SuperPump vs Ferox. Assuming it's due to lack of alpha-y making the difference. Forgot my fitbit because it was charging, so numbers below may not be as accurate.

Time 45 mins, 131 cals

Couple of quick updates.

Finished up my tub of Cannibal Carnage the other day as well. Have been only on and off been keeping up with Helios and Gaia.

Been using 1/2 scoop of Neurosurge plus ENDUR3 intraWO for cardio and will likely continue that.

Starting up KSM-66 at 600mg per day again dosed in the AM, as irritability has been creeping back in. Picked up a couple of fun items to try out soon. Will post shortly.

Went with 1 scoop Centurion Labz God of Rage Reloaded pre, 1 scoop ENDUR3 plus 1 scoop Permaswole intra. Was expecting a bit stronger energy, but it felt more clean. No jitters, no rush, just felt awake. Less true focus than other pre's though.

Pull
TRX rows 3x12
Neutral grip pull ups 10,8,8
BB rows 110x12, 120x10,12
Seated BB curls +40x10,10,10
Deadlifts 120x10,10,10

Fitbit paused so time and cals are not accurate, not bothering to record. Was roughly an hour.

Love some good ole fashion supp porn! Let me know how that CEL product works for you! Always was a huge fan of their products back in the day. Even their support products were top of the line but it's been a long time since I have used any of their stuff.
Will do, I'm interested in their Anabolic Effect as well, but decided to go with their more tried and true for the time being.

Pre: 1 heaping scoop SuperPump 250
Intra: 1 scoop Permaswole, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Legs
TRX squats 3x15
BB squats 140x10,10,10
SLDLs 100x10,10,10 - this was too light, will up next time
TRX alt lunges 3x12
TRX calf raises 3x15

Time 49:12, 263 cals

Music, Nine Inch Nails

Was definitely dreading the start of this week and didn't have a great night's sleep, but today's leg workout felt really good. Muscles felt loose and not tight. Great sweat. Good way to start the week!

Woke up and not quite as in the mood.

Pre: 1 heaping scoop SuperPump250
Intra: 1 scoop Permaswole, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Push
Rotator cuff ex 2.5x12,12
DB BP 40x12, 70x9,5, 60x7
Incline BP 110x10,7,6
Behind the neck BB press +60x10,7
Close Grip BP 100x12,12 - this was bothering my elbows today so I quit after two sets
DB flys 30x10,10

Time 55:34, 325 cals

Thinking about picking up some C&P Hypnos soon. Last few nights have been waking up about a half hour earlier than planned around 5 AM.

Weighed in Monday and was back up to 178.0#, body fat measure had me closer to 18.9% BF. Again, I don't truly trust it as that said I jumped a full % point in like a week, but dissapointing nonetheless.

Last workout for the week. Got a massage coming up on Sunday, so looking forward to that. Much needed. Been irritable lately especially during the commute home. Also been exhausted, so am considering taking off a few extra days before coming back and hitting it hard in the gym. I'm wondering if this P/P/L split has just been tougher than I realized on my body.

Pre: 1 heaping scoop SuperPump 250, 1 scoop Permaswole - the Molotov Cocktail completely drowned out the flavor of SP. Will stick to having it intra.
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Pull
Underhand BB rows 100x20,20,15
Wide grip pull ups 11,7,8
Deadlifts 120x10,10,10
BB curls +50x10,10,10 - opted to go a little lighter based on what I just saw from Hany Rambod and his view on heavy curl movements
DB laterals 30x10,10

Time 55:22, 401 cals

Unfortunately a death in the family occurred, so have that coming up this weekend. But also coincides with a family reunion and a recent birth in the family, so there's that. Wife and I are also celebrating our anniversary, so we must take the bad with the good.

And I'm back. The weekend was long and tiring, baby hasn't been sleeping well so been up a few nights, plus my own sleep quality has not been good. Started taking ON melatonin 3 mg nightly to ensure I get my rest. Managed to force myself to skip working out Mon/Tues to give my body a break after my massage. Back was really knotted up, but she was able to work it out.

Weighed in Monday at 178.5# (+0.5#) and finished up several supps the past few days: C&P Helios and Gaia, Sparta Marshmallow Cereal Whey, my multi and RYR (more on its way). Just placed another C&P order, including their sleep product Hypnos and the lower stim pre, Aggro, which has been recently revamped.

@BloodManor @pyrobatt @EMPIREMIND any feedback on either of these two?

Pre: 1 heaping scoop SuperPump
Intra: 1 scoop Permaswole, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Legs
TRX squats 3x20
TRX alt lunges 3x12
BB front squats 120x10,10,10
SLDLs 120x10,10,10

Forgot to start my exercise timer, so won't have accurate time or cals today. Est time 53 mins, 159 cals.

Packed up the RV and took the family camping this weekend. Daughter had a blast riding on the amusement park rides.

Back in the gym this AM. Been consistently taking melatonin every night for a week now and notice that my wake up time is 7-7.5 hrs. Picked up Hypnos, but will probably hold off on it for now.

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro Popsicle, flavoring is pretty good, a little less sweet than the flavoring on Cannibal Carnage Bombsicle
Intra: 1 scoop Permaswole, 1 scoop ENDUR3

Rotator cuff ex 2.5x12,12
Bench Press 100x12, 130x10,10,10
DB incline press 55x8,6
Overhead BB press +60x6,6
TRX triceps 3x12
DB flys 25x10,10,10

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole - this mix was surprisingly not overpowered by the PS molotov flavoring. Was fully awake roughly 15 mins after getting up, about halfway into my pre mix. No rush, just overall feeling of no sleepiness or grogginess.
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Pull
BB rows 100x12, 120x12, 140x10
Neutral grip pull ups 11,9,7
Overhand Grip Deadlifts 120x12,12 - stopped at 2 sets in order to get in some arm work due to timing
Alt DB curls 30x10,10,10 - too light

Had no time to also do shoulders, so may add that into my leg workout. Considering adding in a separate accessory lift / high rep session during the week to hit arms, shoulders, add TRX etc. I feel like I short changed myself today and definitely could have pushed harder if I had the time. If so, it might look at it like this:

Mon: Push
Tues: Pull
Wed: Cardio & abs
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Accessory work
Sat: Off
Sun: Off

Thoughts?

Time 40:14, 265 cals

Did not want to get up this morning. Missing my heavy stims today.

Pre/intra: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

DB laterals 10x15, 30x10,10,10 - threw these in since I missed them last WO
BB squats 100x12, 140x10,10,10 - touch and go box squats
SLDLs 110x10,10,10 - felt good, can probably increase next time again

TRX calf raises 3x15
Superset with TRX squats 3x15

Time 45:28, 246 cals

Have a great weekend all!

Been using melatonin now at 3 mg nightly for 2 weeks and have noticed increased REM vs previous 30 day averages. Roughly around 25% of my sleep is now REM, slightly higher during these past 2 weeks.

Added in Eradicate-E as well daily 75 mg at past week. Noticeable increase in urination as per usual. Will need to definitely increase hydration, especially during this heat wave we're having. Was doing yardwork in 90+ degree weather yesterday and it was brutal.

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Push
Rotator cuff ex 2.5x12,12
DB BP 25x12, 65x10,6,6
Incine BP 110x10,9 - should have gone for 3 sets
Behind the neck BB press +60x7,7
Close grip BP 100x12,12,12
DB flys 27.5x10,10,10

Time 1 hr 1 min, 365 cals
Weight: 178.0# - dropped to 175.0# midweek following the start of Eradicate-E, but have leveled off again. So -0.5# since last week total. Will expect to see this climb this week.

These rep numbers may be off. Didn't write them down right away, was distracted. Been dealing with a bit of bloating and general GI discomfort as I've added back in more cals to my diet. Back on a dense caloric shake pre-bed (whey casein blend, banana, almond milk, PB, MCTs) again to try and force some extra nutrition.

if you have bloating and GI Distress have you pinpointed what is causing it?
A common issue is high FODMAP Foods, some people can tolerate some, some can not.
Is there a certain source you are not absorbing?

Even if you are eating more or fewer calories (regardless of goal) there has to be an underlying issue or source you continually eat but it's not agreeing with you. I would start playing the elimination game and figure out your digestion. The more calories you try and add and eating foods that don't agree with you is a recipe for disaster.

Take notes on what meals digest properly, and what meals leave you gassy/bloated. Go back to those meals that have GI Distress and start rotating in and out different sources that may be causing that meal to settle heavy. Run the changes for a week, take notes, and then see if it goes away. If it does then you found your issue.

Interestingly, my father in law did one of those elimination diets and went from eating all of the bad processed foods, white refined starches, gluten, etc. And when he changed he said he immediately felt better. Less joint pain, more energy. I'd never be able to eliminate gluten purely because I like beer too much, haha. But I've also had friends who have done Whole 30, similar concept and have felt it was beneficial.

For me it's mostly anytime I try to force cals during bulking phases. I get uncomfortable going much above maintenance, even with just an additional 300-500 cals per day. Mostly through shakes for convenience. I have eliminated most of my dairy from my diet though (mostly from milk) for the past maybe 3 years or so now, because I felt that was definitely a cause of bloat since I was drinking so much of it.

If dairy is an issue then it may be the whey/whey blends you use causing stomach discomfort.
Could you try switching to a pure isolate for a few days and see how that sits? You almost answered your own question with limiting dairy which could be the culprit. Just like your father once you find the issue, then you will reap the benefits

write out a day to day of what you eat and it could help shed light on sources that cause discomfort or are usual red flags.

Long post coming...

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Pull
TRX rows 3x12
Underhand BB rows 110x10,12,12
Pull ups 12,8,6
Deadlifts 120x10,10,10

Time 46:40, 316 cals

As you can see, I have not switched routine yet. Last night I took 1 scoop Hypnos an hour pre-bed to try and knock me out so I sleep through the night. Taste was great! Lemonberry nectar is light and refreshing and sweet. Still woke up twice (fairly common), but sleep quality just [/]felt[/i] good compared to just melatonin. Face felt a bit flushed following drinking it. Will try to check on Fitbit numbers shortly.

Hadn't planned on logging it, but felt it would be good to get input from some seasoned members here @Jebrook @chem.jr. @Matthersby @Hyde @Smont @Mathb33. Finally jumped on the gain train after years of lurking. I'm 10 days into an m-sten cycle and wanted to share my experience so far. Layout looks like this:

Medfit RX Winswole 20/20/20/20 dosed in AM
CEL cycle assist x 8 caps per day
TUDCA x 1 g per day, split into 2 doses
Eradicate-E x 75 mg per day split into 3 doses
Taurine 5 g per day (2 g AM, 3 g PM)
Additional Hawthorne Berry x 565 mg (CEL cycle assist already has ~1400 mg) to deal with BP / headaches
Solaray red yeast rice 1200 mg daily split in 2 doses
Coq10 60 mg split into 2 doses

PCT layout will be the usual suspects / traditional board sponsors, plus support supps. ReduceXT, Inhibit-P, Rebirth, Letrone. Familiar with the above from previous andro runs. Only new addition will be CEL M-Test in place of what I'd usually pair as natty booster.

Recap so far:
Days 1-6: no sides, some muscle hardening around day 3
Days 7-8: back pumps hit, added in taurine ramping up to current 5 g/day. Will monitor and add up to 10 g as needed. Slight loss of appetite. Headaches intermittently in the evening around dinner, so added in 1 cap of Hawthorne to address. A little lethargy, but nothing I can't handle, took a nap both days.
Night 8: anxiety hit me around 2 AM and kept me up for a good 45 mins. It was very strong, closest thing I've had to a real panic attack. Bpm was actually low, but I felt physically ill until I could calm myself down. Felt a little out of breath, a bit dizzy, and was clearly dehydrated as I downed water. Because of this, I dropped my Winswole all together on Day 9 to ensure that was what we were dealing with. I've noticed that I had similar, but much less intense issues with epiandro - both are DHT based. Wonder if others experience this?
Day 9: kept all support supps in place, slight stomach flutters, but generally OK. Back pumps were minimal.
Day 10: added back in Winswole in AM pre-WO, felt great. Interestingly, Hypnos is supposedly also anti-anxiolytic according to C&P as well, so will continue this at night.

Will continue to monitor progress and sides and report back.

TL,DR cliffs
I'm weak AF
Running Winswole
Days 1-7 no major sides
Night 8 major anxiety
Day 9 took off
Day 10 back to business

I get anxiety normally and on cycle it's easy to convince yourself the gear is doing it. When it hits me I literally out loud say chill the **** out your fine. And it goes away.

Headaches could be BP spikes. I had a few today for the first time after being on orals for like 4 weeks so if your already getting them you definately wanna keep a eye on that.

Try not to take a dose at the same time as a stim based preworkout.
How far from my pre do you think I need to space?
Are you using kilos for your lifts?
No, in lbs. Not making excuses, but I workout from home and have limited equipment. BB set to 100#, DBs to 70#, pull up bar and TRX. But I need to push harder.

Have off from work today, but still got up for my 5:40 AM session.

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Accessory lifts
Focusing mostly on shoulders, as I want to bring these up.

Db laterals 10x15, 30x10,10,10
Upright rows +60x10, +65x10, +70x10
TRX facepulls 3x15

BB curls +40x12, +60x10,10,10
Superset with bench triceps push ups 3x12

Reverse grip curls +20x10,12,10 - will increase weight next time

Day 15 [14]
Pre/intra: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine

Legs
TRX squats 3x15
Front Squats 120x10, 130x6/4, 10 - had to reset halfway through the second set since the bar felt unbalanced across my shoulders
SLDLs 130x10,10,10 - realized last leg WO I should've been on 120# which is why it felt light, used overhand grip and straps to focus on the muscle vs grip
TRX alt lunges 3x10

Time 48:32, 320 cals
Weight 178.0#

About 2 days back on back pumps returned at a low level. No other sides, but no other really noticeable effects. However today's WO makes me hopeful that strength increases in weights lifted is coming up. Hoping weeks 3 & 4 will shine. Been focused on upping water intake to avoid any dehydration which seems to have helped. Did a lot of yardwork and home maintenance this weekend. This week is going to be packed with after work obligations, so will need to focus on keeping stress levels low.

Getting in some work.

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Push
Rotator cuff ex 2.5x10,10
Bench Press 100x12, 130x10, 150x10,8
Incline DB press 55x10,10,7
Behind the neck press +60x10,6
DB flys 25x10, 35x10,10

Time 46:03, 228 cals

Consciously pushed to increase weights today trying to get some of my strength back up. Increased on both major lifts for chest either in weight or reps since last round. Will be doing the MTThF workout routine. Cardio in between.

Just bought a foam roller and would've liked to incorporate that today, but ran out of time. Will try to include some tonight.

To your question on dosing with a stim, I don't really have a answer. I just feel like when I take a dose of orals before the gym and have my pre wo I get a headache. I did this this morning and took my blood pressure imeadately after the gym and it was 139/86. Yesterday post gym with no preworkout or oral dose it was 131/78
Normal rest day mid day im 125ish over 75. I use a home BP cuff that runs on batteries. I always take it 3 times in a row and average it out.

This is my experience as well. Generally have to pull back on stims when using strong orals.

Daughter got up at 4:30 this morning, so needless to say, getting up an hour later for my WO was tough.

Quick update from yesterday (cardio day). Overall shape is seemingly changing, fuller upper body shape and more tapered waist, even though I still have the spare tire around the midsection. Shoulders/upper arms seem more striated even at what I expect is a high BF %. Will post a pic probably tomorrow.

Way to get it done with less than 45 minutes - that’s a good amount of work for that small of a training window!

Also, and I say this as your brother in iron and not as some critical douche, if you can barbell row a weight you can probably deadlift that much (at least). If not, there may just be some technical tweaks you could apply to get it there. But I am sure you have the muscle to spare!

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine
Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Pull
BB rows +60x15, 130x10, 150x10,10
Neutral grip pull ups 11,8,7
Overhand Grip Deadlifts 100x10, 110x10, 130x10
DB laterals 25x10,10 - stopped short due to time...
BB curls - didn't have time, will hit arms tomorrow during accessory lifts

Time 42:54, 248 cals

Daughter got up at 4:30 this morning, so needless to say, getting up an hour later for my WO was tough.

Quick update from yesterday (cardio day). Overall shape is seemingly changing, fuller upper body shape and more tapered waist, even though I still have the spare tire around the midsection. Shoulders/upper arms seem more striated even at what I expect is a high BF %. Will post a pic probably tomorrow.
Nice!!

No offense here. That's what this forum is for, helps with accountability. You guys make me re-examine and push harder. I checked back and at the beginning of logging on here I was doing 150# for 5x5, and used to do 225# for deadlifts for reps, but honestly that hasn't been for about 2 years+ since I last was in a real gym. It's a bit awkward doing anything above 100# at home because I have to hang DBs off the bar to increase weight, but I will do it!
Thanks brother!

Intra: 1 scoop ENDUR3

Accessory Lifts
TRX chest press 3x12
TRX biceps 3x12
TRX triceps 3x15
BB curls +60x10,10,10

Muscle density and pump felt good, even in areas not being directly lifted. Going away for the long weekend, so may not hit a WO on Monday, but we'll see.

Is your bar fixed at 100, or could you buy more plates? Or is it like a nonstandard barbell where Olympic plates don’t fit?

Craigslist and Facebook can be good places to dig for affordable used equipment.

Non-standard, it's a skinny bar, so no Olympic plates for me. There's a picture somewhere in my log that shows what it looks like. I should probably just invest in an Olympic bar and call it a day though.

I gotcha. I would just start browsing - sometimes a cheap used bar and plates will just pop up out of nowhere and the owner just wants them gone. If you see a bargain, jump on it. Or you could get a fancy new bar of course.

Keep trying to get up a little earlier to workout, but so far it hasn't helped.

Sleep has not been great lately, even being back on Hypnos. Woke up at 4:30 AM and couldn't fall back asleep for the hour before my alarm went off.

Pre: 1 scoop Aggro, 1 scoop Permaswole, 2g taurine
Intra: 2 scoops Alpha Amino

Legs
Squats 100x12, 140x10, 150x10,10
SLDLs 130x10,10,10
TRX alt lunges superset with TRX calf raises 3x12

Time 41:13, 282 cals

Just went for the basics today. Strength has been good, lower back has been bothering me a little bit. Yesterday stomach felt a little off, just wasn't that hungry for dinner. Will try to get one more WO in over the weekend because my schedule was off due to the holiday.
