Isn't that a high dosage of msten, a moderate one of dmz, and a high one of m1ad?
At 2 caps it's a moderate dmz dose 40. Msten 30 which I think is the sweet spot for msten and I havnt used m1a. But 50 from what I've been told is reasonable. I don't usually touch stuff like this but im bored so... Ya

30msten is fine but gains are sssllliiiigggghtllyy better than 20 and sides are double.
Of course that’s just for me, rickyblobbly and Math. Loads of guys can run it higher. Especially younger guys. But add those other two? NuckingFuts.

20-30 of msten would yield amazing results(even after 20 cycles, puttin on 15lbs and adding 50/60 to your bench rep with relative ease.
Like yourself, haven’t ran M1A but it’s yet another ran solo bc of its toxicity. It’s almost like 1 cap would be damn near a FULL dose of SuperDMZ 2.0 stack with an additional 25m1a in it. And I, at 37 on only 20/20 DMZ/msten put on more muscle and strength in 4 weeks then I do in a 9 week NPP cycle.

I like gradually increasing doses to keep gains rolling

1223. Or just 11222 ideally.

Always superior for sides, let’s the body adjust so bp doesn’t spike so bad for first week.

I can take a lot of orals and 30 Msten indeed for me was a big jump in sides over 20, sent bp through the roof while 20 was sidefree.

I literally get zero sides from msten at 30
 
I'm excited for this. I'm hoping I'm still resist into side effects like I used to be 4 years ago or more. For the next week or however long that stuff takes to show up I'm going to increase cardio and not lift very heavy just to make sure everything's Feeling Good by the time I start. Do you guys want me to just log it here or start a new thread

If you’re going to post at least few times a week I would make a log and link it here. Then if people search it later for feedback they can see your thoughts easily.

I’ve run it at 30mgs and As you said it’s not really worth it. You barelllyy get more gains, sure strength will be way up compared to 20mg but the sides are horrible. Plus I feel the higher dosages of orals you do the quicker it fires back at you. I’m 29 years and I can’t do orals anymore. I’m 5 days in m1A and my appetit is dead already.

People kinda scoff at TUDCA because they think that the liver is tough enough to regenerate on it’s own so damage prevention isn’t that necessary. But it’s not necessarily about that. TUDCA is about being and feeling healthier while on the orals. It directly improves quality of life. It’s a luxury compound, essentially. But it really helps.

Yeah I always take tudca and nac. Since my last msten cycle I just think I gotta realise my body can’t take those harsh orals anymore. I’m feeling very good though no changes except I can’t eat before like 3pm

Tricks I’ve heard are to eat a really high calorie breakfast in, then take your oral once the food is down. Then get a couple high calorie shakes in, then a big dinner and the 2nd dose of orals.

I was actually going to try this tomorrow because I noticed my pm dose is completly fine I usually take my am dose 9am with a shake then I go to work and eat breakfest but it’s too late... going to try and get my 800-900 calories in and then take the pill. Thanks for actually confirming that

Ya watermelons lol and they’re sublingual as mentioned above! Sometimes I get annoyed and swallow what’s left of it because it takes so long.

Yeah they’re methylated so down the hatch should work just as well.

Like injectable winny - can’t deal with the PIP, just spray it down the hatch & g2g.

So I can't figure it out. When I get to a computer I will start a log.

I took 1 tab this morning and pinned 300mg test e. When the tab starts dissolving it feels like there's fycking fire ants attacking your mouth! Kinda painful. It goes away after a drink and 5min passes. Noticed a boost in the gym 30min later but could be in my head. Gonna go 1 tab every morning first 7 days. 1 in the morning and half later in the day for the seccond week and 2 a day till the bttl runs out.

Starting weight 201.4 in the morning

Tested some strength today. Played it safe cus I lift alone and didn't wanna die but I benched 265x5 bent over row 225x8 military press in the smith machine 225 so more like 210 but 5 reps. Deadlift with bar behind me 375x3 bw chins 13 in 1 set leg press 5 plates per side x 25. I know it's all random but I wanted some starting number on my compound lifts.

Dealing with tendonitis in both elbows and some moderate ankle pain that never goes away.

Not my normal workout tho. I do 2 to 3 body parts per workout and hit every muscle 2 to 3 times a week lately. Results been good so I'm sticking with that. Just wanted to get a strength idea cus I havnt been writing everything down but will start tracking workouts and food Sunday. Tomorrow I'm gonna eat whatever i want all day. I got some Oreos and zebra cakes I need out the house so I don't pick at them all week
 
It’s not that bad. But you get a little burning effect cause you can feel the chemicals dissolving I guess. Not fun either though

Idk man, maybe cus i did it like 5 min after waking up it seemed worse but I'm not looking forward to that everyday. It takes a food 15min to dissolve too. I had to chew it a little to speed up the process
 
Ya I chew it into little pieces to speed the process because as you said it’s incredibly long otherwise... but tbh sometimes I just swallow it after 4-5 mins like **** it
 
Just chew and swallow immediately - ITS METHYLATED! You don’t need to use sublingual, it’s gonna work regardless.

Doubt it’ll change absorption much, if at all. The only reason I’ve always chewed em up and tried to let them dissolve is I’m hoping that would put it straight in the bloodstream. Which, in theory, it would do. Not going down the digestive tract could, maybe, decrease liver strain. That said, I have no idea how well any of those absorb in the mouth, and I’m sure I end up swallowing a good portion anyway.

Also, I think it’s been mentioned, but they don’t taste at all like watermelon. Dissolve slow too. Kinda rough, honestly. I’d recommend having something close by to wash it down.

Took it again today, woke up and had a shake and my fishoils, bit the tab and packed it in my lip like a dip. Shook up a watermelon flavored pre workout and once the tabs started burning I swished some pre workout and swollowed it. Not as bad. I think I'm gonna just chew and swollow from here on out.

Log should be up tomorrow with a starting pic, what diet is going to normally look like and I will explain my workouts as I do them if anyone is interested.

That would work actually, but you gotta consider the food stuffs and coloring etc you’re putting down the pipes as well - that’s really only a good option with pure raws.

Sorry guys, my girl has been glued to the computer for the last 4 hours planing our Disney vacation but I will get the log up sooner then later. Nothing to really report as it's only been a couple days.

Still havnt put the log up sorry, can't do it from my android for some reason and working crazy hours. Just piping in to say it's day 7. No change in diet and I'm up 3lbs from my normal morning weight 201 to 204.6

Bench is up from 265x5 to 270x6

Strength definitely up everywhwr weather it's plecabo or not.

If I take it preworkout on a empty stomach I'm nauseous half way through the workout so won't do that again.

Getting some small zits on my upper arms and feel thirsty all the time so gonna drink more water.

My girl has pics from 2 weeks ago I can use as before pics and will put update pics weeks 2 3 4 and 5

What do you do for shoulders and traps?
Nothing for traps, shoulders is usually a seated shoulder press and side db raise 2x a week after another body part. I used to do a lot of clean and presses when I was younger.
