@EMPIREMIND I have been dealing with this hip pain for a week now. No difficulty in walking or any other activity. But, when I stretch my hip it hurts. Not sure if this is because of the extreme stretching I do after the Back exercise. Have you ever had a pain like this while on DC?

I have never had any hip pain except for DOMS.

I have, and usually it was a sign that I needed to take time off, or at least take it easy for a little while. Extreme stretching and hit training intensity can be a complete shock to the body. I would do some active stretching, maybe some pnf, do some foam rolling and if you can see a physical therapist/ sports specialist that does art and deep tissue work. I would dial back the training that affects your hips until you work through the issue. Could also be related to the actual training itself, maybe pushing to failure on squats or dead’s.... none the less it might be time to do a cruise all together and heal up to come back fresh and keep pushing harder. The stretching can definitely strain the muscles just like anything else, and I would imagine the quad stretches could easily cause an issue if you are getting in and out of them even a little bit funny.

Today it was great! I was very focused and I could remember alphabets and read them, no problem. oooohh.. I am going to love this.

Jesus! It's only been a month since DC. I was planning to do another 2 weeks and then take cruise. I think it's time to get a Deep Tissue massage done and see a physical therapist. Thanks for the suggestions. DC is great stuff

For me, it peaks for about 45mins and then slowly start to come down and levels out. The only product that has disappointed me from CnP is Cannibal Claw. Rest all has been above my expectation. Love the products you guys put out.

That’s funny, I took it and lost a good amount of body fat. I was also dieting and training heavy, but those things are pretty standard for me. But I will say that I ran Claw at 4 caps a day, which is quite pricey

Lol, better safe than sorry bro. Even if it’s just skipping a few leg sessions. Yea it’s very intense but the results are crazy if you adhere to it and eat enough. I had a guy I was training put on like 10lbs , visibly leaner and all natural. Training can be very underrated nowadays.

I took it in the middle of my cut to assess its effectiveness. It didn’t accelerate my weight loss. My weight loss was consistent even while in Claw. I was running 4-6caps a day. 2 bottles.

Sucks about the Claw, it’s funny how things work for some and not others. I don’t bs people bc I’m a rep, so not just saying it, but it sucks to spend money and not get any results. That stuff isn’t cheap man.

I agree. Not everything is for everybody. Claw was the first fat burner I have ever used. And yes, it was expensive.. lol.

I was planning to get a couple of Permaswole. But, nobody coming to India and shipping cost just suks.

Yea I hear you man. Ive been using it lately, still feeling it out. But so far so good.

Listen man for pumps you can always go with some bulk l citruline, some hydro max or glycerine product, a fast carb like hbcd or Karbolyn and a nitrate(if available). That’s a solid combo. Also vasoblitz is a great all in one. Idk about their shipping or India, but the bulk stuff might be cheaper and is definitely a solid combo

Except for Citrulline and Glycerine no other stuff is available here. We are still in stone age of supplementation, training and diet. I still have people asking if they will gain weight and muscle with protein powders. It’s just pathetic.

Maltodextrin is what I can get here. But, that stuff bloats me like a girl in her periods.. lol
yea that’s def not what you need. The whole point is fast carbs with no stomach issues at that time. What about dextrose? Could do a fruit juice with some dextrose, water, sodium, citrulline and glycerine type of deal.

Thanks man. So, I consulted an Ayurvedic doctor and got a massage done. He checked my back and said, I have had some kinda trauma on my lower back long ago and the pain is because of swelling. And heavy weights add more stress to the inflammation. He recommended a week long treatment to get rid of it.

The only problem is; getting a massage from a man. I just endured it today but I am not sure if I can do it again.. lol

I was asked to wear an underwear which only covered 3/4th of my junk.. when ever he messages from hands to legs it's show time for my boys.. Anyway, he knows his stuff. Pointed out exactly where my muscles are tense and grinded them.

I find this to be so odd... I would prefer a man. I haven't had too many females be able to really dig in deep enough on me without having to use a tool and once they are using a tool then I might as well be foam rolling because they are not feeling the fibers to figure out what is tense or when or if it releases. Ya got to get over that homophobic crap, a man can dig in better where needed... If he isn't offering you a happy ending then don't worry about it, and if he does and you don't want it ask for a discount for him doing less work. ;)

Otherwise just take a sock in there with you and stuff your junk and balls in the sock... Done deal, nothing exposed.

hahaha.. What's weird is, sometimes his fingers ran through my asscrack.. that shyte just put me on the edge. I puckered up my a$$hole to protect them. Thinking about it makes me want to throw up.
This is an easy fix, just don't wipe next time then if he swipes the crack even once he won't ever go back, or if he does then you know you need a different masseuse. :D

I understand and speak just a little bit. But not enough to have a decent conversation. Started learning a month ago. Trains are really easy Coz everything is integrated to Google Maps. There is no way anyone who visits Japan would say, “I didn’t like the country”.

I know every bone in a human body in Japanese, nothing else, besides counting to 10. My Karate training was strictly in Japanese. A conversation with me would be beyond awkward, LOL!

Well, it originated somewhere in India, I recon. From my understanding, its a "cut out the bullshit - short version" of Chinese Kung-fu, they got it from an Indian dude supposedly.
I wasted almost 14 years of my life studying that crap, I mean, what the hell is it useful for, besides blowing a candle out with a punch? Okay, if I would assault someone (shouting Japanese words while attacking) who does not see it coming, he would go out like the candle, I guess. But any moving target has a decent chance. Thank Vishnu for MMA who showed us the truth. :)
