Don’t know why this is so overlooked. Just eat some fish. Less frequent, larger doses are less likely to be oxidized and provide more benefit.
Most fish is contaminated (west coast salmon has all kinds of issues from the japan nuclear disaster). Farmed fish is crap. too many toxins these days for me.

I saw a commercial about some prescription fish oil called Vascepa. It's the first FDA approved prescription fish oil.
This offers 251mg of EPA DHA per cap.. That's a small daily dose tbh.Try IWI it is an algae based omega 3 supplement with a good epa/dha ratio. Why take fish oil when you can go straight to the source.
