How's that blueberry muffin flavor? I wasn't impressed with the OL blueberry pastry. You ever tried another blueberry for comparison to this?

It’s definitely light on the muffin flavor and a bit artificially on the blueberry flavor. It’s good but not “amazing”.

I actually got to sample the OL protein when they were beta testing it. I remember it was really good on the buttery pastry component but lacked in the blueberry.

I have also tried Ghost’s blueberry toaster pastry and it was good but very sweet and I wasn’t fond of the chemically/artificial after taste. The toaster pastry inclusions were great!

I think blueberry is a very hard flavor to dial in correctly. For what it’s worth, I have sampled MTS machine whey in red velvet, ice cream sandwich and peanut butter cookies and cream and they were all fantastic

Hmm, I rank the ones I have had differently. Have not had Sparta, MTS or OL for reference but have had Nutrabio, Ghost and Gaspari's latest. Of those Nutrabio is actually preferred. I find the muffin flavor stands out with light blueberry taste to follow where Ghost seems to be a stronger yet "tangy" like blueberry flavor. My rankings of what I have had would be Nutrabio, Gaspari's then Ghost.

I should check out SParta's as I really enjoyed the flavors I have tried and would highly recommend them to anyone. Also need to try their cookies and cream.

The exact reason why I didn’t like Ghost Blueberry.. but rest of the flavours were good.. enjoyed them

Ghost blueberry was one of the worst blueberries I ever tried. It’s way too chemically tasting but the pastries in it where really good

Never had the nutrabio yet but concur otherwise. But the cool thing is each of the blueberry is different in its own rights which is better for the whole imo

Strawberry Lemon Bomb - I will be the first to admit I am not a big lemon fan. When I first took a sip of Strawberry Lemon Bomb I was hoping there would be a good mesh of flavors or a stronger balance of strawberry. It’s from a gone past the best before date wholesales


So things coming up to the best before and companies don’t want it sitting in a warehouse not making money this wholesale buy it and sell it cheap

And the quality is fine, the protein selection varies week to week it’s never a set brand or product and they do loads of other non protein stuff too



The best before isn’t even up on the yogurt smoothie either

I should have worded it differently

If you like the Strawberry you will probably like the Apple also. (I like the flavor of both I just don't care for the texture)

Went to VS for their Hyde sale ($24.50) and the Pineapple Cooler flavor was 50% off. 2 cases local for $45 and they gave me some Hyde ICON samples.

Yeah I should have said it’s full blitz that’s harder to get, a1 have it so gonna try them. I can get vasoblitz all over the UK now so it’s great but I think because of the y in full blitz that’s the issue.
