Unanswered Need to look my best tomorrow. Looking for carb up advice

Hello everyone, so tomorrow I got an event. It’s not bodybuilding but rather a big event that I’ve been looking forward too this year, but I’ll have my shirt off for it.

For the past 4 days I’ve cut my carbs to around 75g a day, as well as loaded arimistane and water to dry out.

Currently I’m looking very lean for this, the only problem is that I could not get a pump to save my life at the gym.

By Tomorrow evening I want to keep my dry shredded look, but also fill out at the same time without “spilling over”

My plan currently was to keep my carbs very low tonight, then tomorrow morning hit a fasted workout, then load up on carbs and cut water to fill out by the evening.

Will this work? What do you guys recommend I should do? Btw, this is my current condition. I’m by no means stage ready, but I would say I’m fairly close

Just overall confused on what carbs to eat, when to time them, as well as what I should do with water. Anyways thanks

Here what I do to look swole for a day:
Hope you are familiar with insulin:

-10 IU Humulin-R, 20 min prior training
-5mg tadalafil 1 hour before training
-intra-shake:
*1 tablespoon glycerol, 100gr carbs, Karbolyn best -or 18 heaped teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt
-train for pump ( I guess you know how)
-no cardio after weight training

Enjoy a 12 hour pump.

-5mg tadalafil 1 hour before training
-intra-shake:
*1 tablespoon glycerol, 100gr carbs, Karbolyn best -or 18 heaped teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt
-train for pump ( I guess you know how)
-no cardio after weight training

Enjoy a 12 hour pump.
I don’t take insulin. Where can I get glycerol?

Vegetable glycerin , Amazon. I suggest to buy a gallon.
Without slin, use something like 5 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt with 1 tablespoon glycerol. Its called a super-hydration protocol. Maybe go for 10mg tadalafil. The pump will be skin splitting -but lasts longer with slin.
Instead of table salt you can use electrolytes, like emergen-c electromix.
Basically, the sugar triggers a insulin response, shuttling salt, glycogen and glycerol into muscle tissue. The glycerol binds salts in tissue (holding the water there) while the cialis is a vasodilator. Hence = skin splitting pump, fullness and veins.

Awesome thanks. Plan is to continue drying out overnight. Hit another depletion workout fasted. Then hit this. How long should I do this before I want to look my best? A few hours?

Do not exceed 1 table spoon of glycerol per quart. If you use too much it dries you out. You could up sugar as I don't know how much you can assimilate with one insulin spike. I wouldn't go over 10 teaspoon (50gr) without exogenous slin.

If you do a zero-cal-fast the day (s) before -then the super-hydration protocol, it will be much more pronounced. Depending on how long you fasted, you would need more carbs to reload, up to 300-400gr maybe.

Plan on fasting for around 16-18 hours. Hit around 70g of carbs today then this depletion workout. I want to be looking at my best around 8pm Tom. When do you recommend carb loading tomorrow?

The more you deplete glycogen, the more super compensation takes place. I guess cardio involving the whole body will do, like kick boxing, followed by a weight lifting session, if you have no time -but best is a water fast for at least 2 days with very light training -then a exhausting full body training, with at least 2 shaker bottles full of intra-goodies.

I did this after a 6 days water fast, back loading 350gr carbs (pasta). I could literally see how I got bigger in about an hour. Its crazy.

Intra-workout only. Fast until training, then intra.

I like to go super low carbs till one day before event then splurge on carbs before your body recognizes its loading. I think alot of natty do this

Instead of insulin, I've used a decent dose of a couple great GDA's along with an oral designer steroid, while carbing up post workout (while being keto the week prior) and wow. Painful pumps. Looked very very full and dry.

Grandpa is right, glycerin is a good pre-w/o addition for lasting pump. Or, products like Monopump, which are slow acting glycerin releases.

High dose nettle root extract also gives a 24/7 pump after a few days use.

And if you don't use slin, you can mega-dose any good insulinomimetic like vanadyl, better mellon, cinnamon extract, etc.. with carbs. This is better for muscular fullness and hardness the next day, not specifically pump so much.

By nettle root extract do you mean divanil or a regular nettle root extract? What would be the high dose?

The original extract, supposedly 10% DVTHF (synonymous with 10:1 extract.) The pump was an unexpected effect. Very reminiscence of the crazy forearm pumps I'd get from M1T just washing my hair! Take a little extra Potassium with it to avoid cramps. ;)

10g/day is probably all you'd need for pumps, if you weight 220lb or less, but 20g/day feels sooo good.
