Nah, don't blame carbs, unless you haven't had enough the previous days when replenishing glycogen after workouts.
I know those sudden shitty days. I attribute it to CNS problems, mainly stress.
Previous day was an off. So, I didn’t have carbs like I do after a workout. I know.. you’re right. Can’t blame it on carbs. I was performing all these days without carbs. It was just not my day.

When this happens, I just drop my expectations and punish all limbs with volume and rest pause sets -until they are on fire.
You have to show your body who is boss. :) Hehe!

Today I gave another shot at my 1rep max at body weight 73Kg

Squats- 167 Kgs (2.3X body weight)
Deadlift- 195 Kgs (2.7X body weight)
Bench- 106 Kgs (1.4X body weight)

My lowest goal was to hit
Squats- 170 Kgs
Deadlift- 200 Kgs
Bench- 110 Kgs

Will need to improve on all the lifts. But, I am not disappointed with how I did as well.

Yes. I am very close.
Tried all my numbers yesterday before trying what I achieved
170 on Squats- couldn’t go parallel or below. I was slightly above
200 on Deadlift- got it off the ground and just below my knee. But, couldn’t get it all the way
110 on bench- I needed my spotter to just touch the weight for a full lift.

I can give it another 2 weeks more before I start my DC program. I am contemplating whether it would help or not. Because my body weight will again reduce and I am not sure if I will be able to do them.

Started trying out DC to gauge the weights I can lift with Rest Pause, slow negatives, stretches and static holds. Damn, this is some serious stuff.
Just finished my Squats Widow Maker and legs are on fire.. Going to start DC full fledged on 6th May.

Still haven’t started the DC training. Life is a **** show now. Just can’t focus on my workouts without being distracted. At least my weight loss is going on.. could be the stress too.

Pulled in 200kgs for dead lift a week ago and it wasn’t too difficult. Still have 170 on squat and 110 on bench which I haven’t tried yet.

Here is a progress pic. 2” down on my belly fat and 2 holes down on my lifting belt.

Sometimes our belts give a better idea of the weight loss than a picture of our body. One month more on this journey and I am done if I can get to where I want to be.

Finally got some pics. Right pic was 3.5months ago and left pic was today. Have a lot more to shed on my back. Will keep working on it for the next one month and see. I look a bit smaller for my liking. But, can’t help it when you’re losing fat/weight.

That’s one area I haven’t given enough attention. I started doing Abs a week ago. Will need to build my abs in 1 month. Possible?
I would train your abs like the rest of your body. same rep range. might just add a few sets to catch up.

Absolutely. My rep range is on 15-20. 2 exercises and 3 sets. I have been ignoring abs because I really don’t like doing abs. But, I have reached a point where I realise my body wouldn’t look the without proper abs.

I do 3 sets of Heavy machine abs at the gym. I do 10-15 min. M-F when I first get up at home. Helps get me going for the day.

I didn’t want to sound like an over accomplished and self boasting a$$wipe. But, my wheels have shed some serious fat and I can now really see “quadriceps”. Honestly, these changes are driving me even more to get really shredded. Couple more months and it’s time to get biiiigggg as foooook!

I have 2 bottles of Evomuse Supernova and was thinking about giving it a go. Problem is, I am already taking Caffeine and Yohimbine HCL caps in the AM Preworkout. Supernova has these two ingredients as well.

1) Should I stop taking my caffeine and Y HCL and replace it with Supernova?
2) Should I apply it before workout or it can be used anytime of the day?

@dsade I hope you can help or anybody who knows how to use this product.

Supernova (and all of the topicals) are localized delivery. They will affect only the areas applied, so you don't have to discontinue the oral products.

What about application? Before workout or anytime of the day? I have read people applying it in the AM and working out in the evening. Some guys apply after their AM workout and before bed. The bottles doesn’t come with instructions of when to use, except saying after shower.

So. I applied the first dose after my workout and shower.

Initial Experience
Applied it around my midsection and love handles. The smell was not bad and immediately after application it just absorbed in. The cooling sensation started after a minute and then some burn. Wasn't that bad. Now, it's been almost 2hrs that I applied it and my heart is beating really hard, legs are but jittery, just a slight headache and my tongue is tingling. Damn! That’s a lot of new experiences for the first time use. I get a feeling that I am over stimulated. Or is it placebo? I may have applied more than a silver dollar size.. lol

Going to give this a try tomorrow before workout.
