I changing things up today 60 seconds between supersets
(5) Sets Barbell Shrugs Superset with (6) Sets BFS Neck Builders,
This neck machine has the availability to work the neck from all (4) sides, Front, Back, Left and Right, I usually do 10 reps in all four postions for a total of (40) reps the most painful is the reps to the front (like nodding you head Yes) This morning I added a 6th set and 2 1/2 lbs to my max and managed to get all 40 reps done. This may not sound like much but I have been trying to get this for a year. So a PR I was happy to achieve !!
(5) Sets Reverse Wrist Curls, (5) Sets Writs Curls & (5) Sets Reverse Curls all Back to Back
I performed this workout Saturday Morning but waited till Sunday to post it. I did all (26) sets with only (60) seconds rest between Super & Trisets, I recovered very well between sets and had no problem completing any of them. A day later, no fatigue, no extreme DOMS I just plain feel good. The Recovery while using FULL BLITZ & VASO BLITZ in amazing !!
