Recovery is good, I don't know that it is any better, but I never really felt is was a problem for me

My workouts are about 60 -75 minutes and energy is good through out the workout, I don't feel any crash what so ever the energy just tappers off slowly (I like that)

I feel no cold sweats or racing heart rate, just good clean energy and focus !!

How long do you rest between sets?
Does it take you over 75 minutes to do 8 supersets?
You taking like a 4-5 minute break between sets?
If so you should really cut down your rest periods. This is a good way to gauge recovery if you cut back rest periods and time and focus on better intensity

How is your form on leg movements? This could be a major issue for knee problems and knee pain
Do you find your knees buckling?
Do you have good ankle flexibility?
These are 2 big factors for mobility

Do you get any ART (active release thearpy) work done? Do you foam roll, stretch?

8 set generally takes about 45 minutes for the workout 5-6 minutes to warm up and 5-10 of core work at the end, some days I will do 12 supersets. My rest time is about 2 minutes between sets.

If you can cut down the rest times, that shows Full Blitz & Vaso Blitz are helping you improve intensity and increase recovery

How much water you dosing with?
Adding Salt or no?
Have you knocked down any rest periods?
How long until the pump / Energy kicks in?
How long do you feel the energy lasting?
Any sides?

a One line statement doesn't provide a whole lot of detail in regards to your sessions, dosing the product, and what you get out of it.

Most if not all of these questions have been answered in previous post !!

How much water you dosing with? (2) Scoop In 10oz Water mixed up the night before and stored in fridge.

Adding Salt or no? Yes I have been using about 2-3 shakes of salt this week

Have you knocked down any rest periods? My rest periods last about 2 minutes and I have not tried to reduce them

How long until the pump / Energy kicks in? I feel the BA about 6 minutes after drinking, the energy starts to be apparent with in about 11 minutes. The Pumps come with the first set and the muscles still feel "Full" 4 hours later.

How long do you feel the energy lasting? I am a pretty high energy kind of guy, I never really feel it go away, it just fades with time. (No Crash)

Any sides? The only sides are one I really enjoy, and that is how full my muscles feel for hours after my workout !!

Not every workout is the same for most loggers, not everyone doses the same way every single time either. Nor is everyone going to feel the same effects, have the same workouts, or get the same results. That is why you have a full sized tub

to Test:
Water/Powder Ratio --> to try 6-8-10-12-14-16-20oz of water and see how it tastes in different water/powder ratios

Recovery --> Some people may adjust volume/cardio/rest periods which can alter feedback on recovery. Modifying rest times, rest periods, and implementing intensity techniques can make a difference on ones ability in the time of the logging.

Strength --> Is one getting stronger in a log, are you noticing changes, beating the log book? Lifts staying the same?

Pumps --> People vary their rep tempo, schemes, mesocycles, and exercise selection, Which makes a variance in pumps based off their program. How long till the pumps come on? How long do they last

These are just some variables that can change or be altered and why feedback is never consistent. Its good to see as a logger how this may change/alter during your experience with the product, to take notes, and find what works best for you in the long haul.

That is why I ask those questions

There's so many other exercises that can hit quads besides squats to. I don't squat every week. i may only squat twice a month depending on how I feel. I have lower back problems too:(

Day 12

Sunday so no gym, just yard work (I'd rather be in the gym) (2) Scoops VASO BLITZ in 10 oz of water a few ice cube and about 20 shakes, mixes up good and taste very refreshing. Some folks my try to skip this on off days ( Trying to save a buck or two or just lazy) but dosing this on the off day is what help the FULL BLITZ perform so well on training days.

What is your last meal of the night?
If it is not carb heavy you should modify your eating schedule to something like

Meal 1 -- P+C Based
Meal 2/3 -- P + F Based
Meal 4 (pre-bed) - P+C Based

Or however many meals you eat.. Make your first and last meal heavy in carbs if you train first thing

You are correct, I spent most or the day Sunday doing yard work and the only thing I ate before bed (I was hot sweaty and my stomach did not feel well) was a 4 oz Venison burger.

Yeah.. That is not helping you eating so litlte at all.
If your diet is lacking in calories that is a major reasoning for the issue at hand.

Well the issue here is why is your stomach saying no?
Did you eat something funny the day before?
Why is your stomach saying no? Not Hungry? Feeling like you have an upset stomach?
Are you bloated?
Are you never hungry?
Are you eating sources that don't digest well? or cause your GI Tract to not feel well?

This is an underlying issue you need to address

I have seen you post them in other threads.
Pictures only enhance logging especially when a product logger is stating how they are seeing great pumps.
Not 100% required, but they only help show the experience to the other viewers/bystanders when you are logging a product that thrives off-pump agents (Nitrates/Citrulline)

Now a few notes, I am 6 weeks in to a 8 week bulk, I am up 18 lbs in this picture over my lean end of summer weight from last year so, I am just happy I still have abs. That being said the Blitz Team's pump does bring out the abs !!

Correct
There is no real benefit over fasted cardio to fed and there is tons of research that show that

Layne Norton has multiple YT videos explaining it as well

The only time fasted would make sense is if you use Yohimbine to help with stubborn fat besides that just do your cardio if you include some on your plan

i could list another dozen.
