My workouts are about 60 -75 minutes and energy is good through out the workout, I don't feel any crash what so ever the energy just tappers off slowly (I like that)
I feel no cold sweats or racing heart rate, just good clean energy and focus !!
How is your form on leg movements? This could be a major issue for knee problems and knee painEMPIREMIND
I watched that video, I will love to try that workout but my knees just want let me bend that was these days. I did do legs today, my last 5 sets were very slow leg presses 6 seconds down, pause, 6 seconds up to about 1 inch from lockout pause and repeat, I can feel it already.....

If so you should really cut down your rest periods. This is a good way to gauge recovery if you cut back rest periods and time and focus on better intensity

Dang thats got to ache when doing any leg extension or squat!I am in need of a knee replacement my right knee is bone on bone.

a One line statement doesn't provide a whole lot of detail in regards to your sessions, dosing the product, and what you get out of it.
Not every workout is the same for most loggers, not everyone doses the same way every single time either. Nor is everyone going to feel the same effects, have the same workouts, or get the same results. That is why you have a full sized tubMost if not all of these questions have been answered in previous post !!
How much water you dosing with? (2) Scoop In 10oz Water mixed up the night before and stored in fridge.
Adding Salt or no? Yes I have been using about 2-3 shakes of salt this week

How long until the pump / Energy kicks in? I feel the BA about 6 minutes after drinking, the energy starts to be apparent with in about 11 minutes. The Pumps come with the first set and the muscles still feel "Full" 4 hours later.
How long do you feel the energy lasting? I am a pretty high energy kind of guy, I never really feel it go away, it just fades with time. (No Crash)
Any sides? The only sides are one I really enjoy, and that is how full my muscles feel for hours after my workout !!

Yeah.. That is not helping you eating so litlte at all.You are correct, I spent most or the day Sunday doing yard work and the only thing I ate before bed (I was hot sweaty and my stomach did not feel well) was a 4 oz Venison burger.

If your diet is lacking in calories that is a major reasoning for the issue at hand.

Take an upperbody picture when you train an upperbody day so you are working those muscles to a greater degree!

CorrectI was reading a study yesterday that stated Fasted or Feed does not make a difference, you just have to Do It !!
Seems like a ton of resources to back that statement up... Still planning on doing cardio in the morning just for timing to divide up workouts.
Golden Ticket.I cut my rest time down to 90 seconds between sets just to see how I and the Full Blitz performed...... No Problem recovery was fine at 90 seconds rest and I felt great when the work out was over!!
