I have been on a bad kick of eating poorly at night the last week, and it has started to take a toll on my physique. I am gaining a bit of weight, also the testosterone being back I am filling up too. So going to have to be a bit more careful about that right now. The filling up part I am not upset about but the abs softening over a bit is an issue. I would guess I am up a couple lbs of fat over the last 2 weeks. Not complaining to much because I enjoyed myself but I need to reign it in.
The house is in complete disarray again with the sheetrock work being done so the workout was really basic. I was lazy and just went out and brought the 20lbs DB's inside then did a bunch of rounds of curls, OH DB Triceps Extensions, side and rear DB Raises up to about an RPE8 for 6 quick rounds. Was nice and pumped up by the end of it.
