Also, I used nair in the beginning to get good pics, and now I have all these ingrown hair spots all over, and looks like nasty sores, so don't think I'm going to use nair again.
Just save my man, all the hair removal products have done the same thing to me :(

Slept good last night, very few wake ups. Felt rested upon waking. Looking more lean from day one. Worked out fasted, glycogen depleted (havent had carbs in days), and weight post bathroom was about 159lbs. That is about 2lbs in a week. I'm not doing cardio. I don't lift anymore for work. I think I can attribute the weight loss to Invictus and VIIKT. Last weigh in was also glycogen depleted. I will up my protein and daily fat content; do not want to lose hard gained lean mass, or begin to drop on strength.

Yep, stim dick. Can relate to this! If I take DMAA in the morning, stim dick is gone very late at night, like 12-13 hours later.

On a calorie restriction compared to what my calories used to be, about 1000kcals less, I am getting stronger, and that is with on and off sleep. I will say the last few days I have had decent sleep. I just hate saying that because then the insomnia demon comes at me lol. I also believe I am a little more clear headed, which I would attribute to lower cortisol.

Don't care what anyone says. Flat bench press. Focus on that. People say there is not the greatest ROM, sure, but that is what I have used to build the overall width/depth of the pecs. The DB presses dont even come close in my opinion; I understand why people do DB press over bench because of shoulder issues. My left shoulder issue is why I do not do BB incline press. This is the first time in a while I have been able to focus on the bench again due to my left shoulder. Been making sure to be careful on the movements, and not playing with the 1RM.

If you have any issues with insomnia, you can apply invictus earlier in the day, or you may slightly adjust the dose down a little...the old droppers made it easier, but you can eyeball it a little below the .5ml mark. We've never had a complaint about invictus being underused...but, some people have cut back the dose to improve their experience...don't be afraid to, as it's potent stuff.

Joints, dryness leveled off, so not as dry, and not painful.

Sleep has been getting better. Have had insomnia before Invictus. I will try a milder dose though, and see if sleep improves even more.

Hunger issue has leveled off.

I have decided to lower each dose of Invictus a little bit, and see if it lessons the drying effect of joints, and due to it seeming I was going through Invictus too fast. I recommend anyone starting Invictus to dose just below .5 tic, rather than try to hit it.

Sleep has been good over the last few days. Cortisol seems to be lower for sure. Leg day yesterday morning felt like a train wreck though. Just was not strong; knees and lower back were telling me they were not fully recovered. So I did more volume to compensate for heavier weights. Will probably weigh tomorrow morning, and see where I am at weight wise.

Weight this evening before dinner, glycogen depleted 160.4, and I'll take off the .4 because I did eat lunch, but I also used the restroom at home. So I'll say 160. Weighing tomorrow would not bode well as I am carb upping tonight.

Began to lower the Invictus dose slightly. Slept like a rock last night. The alarm actually surprised me this morning.

As far as the sickness that I was sensing coming upon me, it seems to of bit the dust! That was not so back in December, and January, where it seemed like every little bug stuck to me.

As far as the sickness that I was sensing coming upon me, it seems to of bit the dust! That was not so back in December, and January, where it seemed like every little bug stuck to me.
I hardly ever get sick, Invictus is touted as strengthening immune system.

Felt out of it when I woke up. Probably due to the storm that has come through today; sensetive to weather/pressure changes.

Yellow towel is before. Red towel is this morning. Both are fasted glycogen depleted, non flexing state. Goal with this stack was to build muscle, lose fat, and gain strength on a deficit. My opinion is I see a little more back width and thickness on the after picture.

Present weight 162, morning fasted, glycogen depleted, post restroom, post workout.

Initial weight beginning of log was 160.8, then last week I dropped to 160. Now I am 162, and just as lean, if not leaner than the very beginning.
