I can put on some fat, albeit a slower rate than most. And when I put on fat, slowly, it accumulates on the abdominal region. I'm sure you could get to 160. Your metabolism pretty slow?5'10" at 160lbs, I'm 5'5" and I don't think I could hit 160 if I cut off a leg. Let me guess you are one of those lucky people that can eat anything they want and not gain weight !!

lots of variables could cause this...give it a couple of days and see how it plays out.Something to note:
Today and yesterday, I had slight hunger pains after 2pm. Perhaps this is due to a metabolism speed up? Usually don't get hunger pains even with very prolonged fasting.
I definitely felt warm in bed early morning, and I have the AC on 65.lots of variables could cause this...give it a couple of days and see how it plays out.
when i ran this stack it was very quick acting, i saw visible results in 1st week.
It's not painful. Only time I'm in pain is left shoulder mostly after push day.Never had any Joint issues when on this. I also use a good amount of joint support.

I do not desire the scale to go under 160, even while lowering BF% because of how much I've had to bust myself just to get there. It was leg day today, and because my legs were still sore from my session 3 days ago, I went light on squats, and leg extensions, and focused on ab training. If I am going to be leaner, I need thicker abs.
Applie pre gym. .5ml Invictus to left underarm and forearm. Applied 1ml VIIKT to chest. It goes on easy, is quite fun to rub in, and dries pretty quick. Not having any issues with application. Something to note: joints get poppy soon after application. I assume this is to a instant reduction in cortisol.

this stack doesn't get enough love, underrated, imo.Things to note:
Was warm last night in bed, felt mild feverish; I attribute this to thermogenic effect of VIIKT.
When applying VIIKT to thighs, veins really began to show easily. For a 0430 wake up, was not that bad, especially with little to no sleep. Think I may do light cardio tomorrow morning and tan for vitamin D/and early blu light.
My kids 6 and I still have a toddler fence up. Just in case.Dosed .5ml Invictus on chest and delt. Dosed 1ml VIIKT on both arms.
Did not train at all today. Felt like I needed break, and attempted to get a little extra sleep. Came home to my TV that I purchased last year broken, possible damage from the toddler, hoping it is just a defect that my insurance will cover though, as no impact is really discernable.
