So from what I have seen on some answered questions is. 100mg or 1ml or VII KT each (2) application. That would mean 2 bottles complete in 30 days.

Another question, I was going to run second dose VII KT 8 hours from first dose, but would it more optimal to just dose the second dose with the second dose of Invictus when I get home from work at 6pm? And also, is it okay to shower a couple hours after application, or will that mess up absorption?

Pre workout I dosed .5ml Invictus on clavicle region, and dosed 1ml VIIKT on abdominal region. Took kraken, some salt, and walked 2 minutes to my gym.

I felt warmer last night in bed and upon waking. Placebro or VIIKT? We will see.

5'10" at 160lbs, I'm 5'5" and I don't think I could hit 160 if I cut off a leg. Let me guess you are one of those lucky people that can eat anything they want and not gain weight !!

I can put on some fat, albeit a slower rate than most. And when I put on fat, slowly, it accumulates on the abdominal region. I'm sure you could get to 160. Your metabolism pretty slow?

Today and yesterday, I had slight hunger pains after 2pm. Perhaps this is due to a metabolism speed up? Usually don't get hunger pains even with very prolonged fasting.

lots of variables could cause this...give it a couple of days and see how it plays out.

when i ran this stack it was very quick acting, i saw visible results in 1st week.

I definitely felt warm in bed early morning, and I have the AC on 65.

I do not desire the scale to go under 160, even while lowering BF% because of how much I've had to bust myself just to get there. It was leg day today, and because my legs were still sore from my session 3 days ago, I went light on squats, and leg extensions, and focused on ab training. If I am going to be leaner, I need thicker abs.

Applie pre gym. .5ml Invictus to left underarm and forearm. Applied 1ml VIIKT to chest. It goes on easy, is quite fun to rub in, and dries pretty quick. Not having any issues with application. Something to note: joints get poppy soon after application. I assume this is to a instant reduction in cortisol.
 
Never had any Joint issues when on this. I also use a good amount of joint support.

lol...hate to say I told you so, but I also had visible results within 1st week of using this stack!!!

if you want to keep weight up I guess you will have to up cals?

Oo.... I'm not a fan of dry joints. It's one of the main reasons I take the dhea preg combo: keeps me well lubed.

Note: Sleep has improved over 3 days. I got really good sleep last night. Having insomnia so many nights, I always get weary at night wondering if I will make it to sleep or not lol
 
Waking up at 0430, will dose upon waking. Going 5o dose ..5ml Invictus on forearm/underarm, and 1ml on inner legs of VIIKT. Performing a pull workout, and heading to my new position at work.

If anyone has recommendations or critique, dont hesitate.
 
Great log so far dude. Pecs are swole!! I may try inner thigh application as well. Inner biceps and forearms too. Been using pecs & shoulders all week.
 
Surprisingly good 5am Pull workout seeing that I had insomnia last night, which blew my mind. Will update later. Starting new work position soon, no longer carrying appliances.

this stack doesn't get enough love, underrated, imo.

Did not train at all today. Felt like I needed break, and attempted to get a little extra sleep. Came home to my TV that I purchased last year broken, possible damage from the toddler, hoping it is just a defect that my insurance will cover though, as no impact is really discernable.

My kids 6 and I still have a toddler fence up. Just in case.
 
Something to note:

Hunger definitely increased. This I presume is attributed to lowered cortisol, and possibly speeding up of metabolism. Not a bad thing at all, due to self discipline.

Thought I did bad on squats, but exceeded last week. BTW. I took off trying to improved squats for about 6 weeks due to my ab/groin injury from work, so now my squats suffer more. Feeling good this morning all things considered.

Slept good last night, very few wake ups. Felt rested upon waking. Looking more lean from day one. Worked out fasted, glycogen depleted (havent had carbs in days), and weight post bathroom was about 159lbs. That is about 2lbs in a week. I'm not doing cardio. I don't lift anymore for work. I think I can attribute the weight loss to Invictus and VIIKT. Last weigh in was also glycogen depleted. I will up my protein and daily fat content; do not want to lose hard gained lean mass, or begin to drop on strength.

Also, I used nair in the beginning to get good pics, and now I have all these ingrown hair spots all over, and looks like nasty sores, so don't think I'm going to use nair again.
