Appear leaner.
Weight fasted, post restroom, post gym 160.2
I do not desire the scale to go under 160, even while lowering BF% because of how much I've had to bust myself just to get there. It was leg day today, and because my legs were still sore from my session 3 days ago, I went light on squats, and leg extensions, and focused on ab training. If I am going to be leaner, I need thicker abs.
Applie pre gym. .5ml Invictus to left underarm and forearm. Applied 1ml VIIKT to chest. It goes on easy, is quite fun to rub in, and dries pretty quick. Not having any issues with application. Something to note: joints get poppy soon after application. I assume this is to a instant reduction in cortisol.
