Foam like rollers are super cheap on Amazon. Roll that back out. I just rest it on that thing. Muscles give up quick with all the weight.
Totally! ...I Rock with a ‘Rumble Roller’

If you’re really trying to grow, you grow when you rest. If you are training 6 days a week I would say you could get a bit bigger training only 5.

Day 13 recap: went to the gym today to hit some biceps, but was just not feeling it so I left after like 2-3 sets and just said f$ck it, I’ve been training insanely hard and will just take a rest day. Weight is still around 169. Will be back killing it tomorrow.

It’s the right move for true bulking. 3-5 days/wk is the money spot depending on recovery.

Currently at gym, just got BP measured, 151/81. That’s a tad high lol, think it could be a false reading tho, took a lot longer than usual.

Day 14 recap: measured Blood Pressure before i worked out it was 151/81, just measured again 45 minutes post workout and it was 116/61. Sh1t is changes all day long but the majority of the time I measure it. It is in normal range, Killed biceps tonight, the pump was insane almost painful lol, but I loved every second of it. Weight is about 170 right now. Oh btw my aggression is definitely up, simply things like someone going under the speed limit in front of me gets me heated lmao.

Lot of stuff messes with Bp, PWO would def make it rise. Getting hype for your lift too, salt etc. could be stressed about it or thinking its high etc and that’ll cause it to go up as well

The aggression thing sounds fun if kept in check haha just don’t let the woman you’re with figure out

Quit any caffeine on cycle, but ya it always seems to only be high right before I hit the gym.

I’ve had good luck with low dose cialis keeping mine in check. That plus cycle assist has it in better range than it is off cycle. I only take cialis on days it’s high so it ends up being a few times a week

Blood pressure can go up at night, because of tidal pull.

That’s right. THE MOTHERFxCKIN’ MOON DOES IT.

hahaha but yeah BP will be high before the gym if you’re training at night, it’s also going to spike crazy high during the middle of your worksets. Just how the human body works.

If you’re training midday, then maybe it’s anxiety.

Yeah never take your bp while training. You’d be astonished what it is in the moment of a true maximal strain.

What sucks for me, is when my BP is riding so high I can’t finish my sets to muscle failure, I have to finish when my head is about to pop. DMZ did it, M1T does it on the very first dose, superdrol, dianabol did it, MSten...

It’s a real bitch. Especially when I’m trying to rep out on more than I’ve been lifting all year because the gear is good.

I took my BP before during and after max load bench and squat, and it got in to the 300s during but dropped right after. Crazy what the body can do and sustain

Usually something like 147/97, slightly elevated, which can happen anyway during a normal day your BP fluctuates between “normal” and “slightly high”, but on the strong orals it doesn’t ever go down to normal range... and then it skyrockets mid set... who knows how high but it’s enough to be too much for my taste.

I think ~150/high 80s often is where I was finishing the bulk on Superdiol and all the other little goodies. Not a great feeling but I was preparing for competition so that’s just a decision I live with. But longterm, that will kill you. Not a value to stay at year round.

I don’t have consistently normal blood pressure unless I’m taking cardarine...

Usually it does tend to be slightly elevated. Never had a doctor or my doctor mention anything about it. No matter what the numbers have been.

I suspect they’re looking for “he’s about to die right now” at the ER more than longterm ideal lol. Yeah fighting an infection like you are the body is working hard, just keep taking it easy as you can.

I get out of breath just making food right now, or yesterday I was anyway. And I have to be running around tonight for 7.5 hours on my feet.

Hey, at least I’m not still a tire tech. Then it’d be ten hours hard labor. Tire tech was like doing concrete basements without all the fun heavy lifting. Instead you’re doing push/pull all day, and weighted squat curls. 1000 sets of 1.

Day 17 recap: killed some back today, decided to throw in some bench just to see how strong I am, hit 335 for 3 reps, before I was barley just getting 1. I’m not sure if this is all in my head but whenever I drink any type of caffeine I get a little dizzy. Today I bought a big ass Diet Coke. Completely forgot about the caffeine, it had like 70mg. Which may not sound like a lot, but when you hadn’t had any caffeine in 3 weeks it’s definitely a nice boost, but after I drank it a got a lil dizzy and sorta faint feeling, which this feeling almost sent me into full panic attack mode thinking I was about to faint, but I was quickly able to calm myself down. Maybe because my BP is already high the caffeine made it jump higher so that’s what causing the dizziness, i don’t know. But weight is around 170

Hopefully doesn’t impact the remaining of the cycle.

15 sets is a lot for biceps if your talking working sets and not warm ups. My working sets for biceps is 8-10 but I do it 2x a week

Day 20 recap: said **** it and hit biceps again tonight, after yesterday’s shitty workout. Lethargy is definitely kicking in now, tired all day long. But had good energy during my workout so that’s good. Weight is about 173. Now that I only have 10 day’s left, so you guys think I should start the Nolvadex when I have like a week left of the cycle? Maybe like 10mg a day for the last week. Then back to 20 once I’m officially off.

Yeah no offense man, I’d never hit the gym and just train biceps...Small muscle group, doesn’t need its own day...just my opinion

I like to make them have there own day, I destroy them 30+ sets, I do shoulders and triceps on the same day.

I feel like working out should be enjoyable. If you want to do 50 sets of triceps kickbacks then have at it. I workout in unusual ways sometimes. Keeps it fresh and interesting

I've been hitting the gym for double sessions 6 times a week lately. Basically kicking getting back into shape in overdrive. My morning sessions are 30min cardio and small muscles so biceps/forearms, triceps, calves/abductors repeat. each get there own 20-30 min workout 2x a week and in the last 30 days my arms have made more progress then in the past 2 years. On a side note, before I did this, I had always put arms last in my routines after big muscle groups. Sometimes it's good to show extra attention to certain muscles

Nice benching!

I was thinking this as well.
Maybe a week prior if you have enough money on hand. But I would rather run it longer as PCT personally (ie if you only have 30 days worth then I’d want all 30 after cessation of anabolics). If you have more than enough Nolva though, starting early may speed things up just ever so slightly *might*.

You know what’s crazy, I’ve ran Epistane twice both for 8 weeks, 1-Andro and obviously this Dmz/M1A cycle, and the only cycle that made my balls shrink was the 1-Andro cycle. Towards the end of that cycle I was having trouble getting hard. But on the much stronger **** I’m fine.

I got a whole 30ml bottle at 33mg a ml, so I got plenty. I don’t think I will bother starting a week early anyhow.

You’re gonna be sad when you come off. That’s why I never recommend less than a 6 week cycle; to me it’s not worth the shutdown for only a month.

Awesome! Do you usually or ever struggle with anxiety?
Last summer I struggled with anxiety really bad, to the point where I wasn’t really leaving my house and it was just affecting my everyday life. But as the year progressed it got better. These past few months I’ve basically been anxiety free. I was just so worried that this cycle could bring me back to that previous state I was in. But something I learned is that anxiety is all in your head, drugs will only mask it. You have to learn to take control over your mind. That’s the only way to cure it.
