You lift at Planet Fitness, take roids, and your workouts are a joke, which is probably why you look like you don't even lift even with steroids. Go to a real gym and lift real weights before you run your mouth with sad pictures. I think hairygrandpa already called you out.

First I'd like to understand what the problem is with planet fitness, I'm Swedish but I lived in Louisiana and I liked that gym. I'm now officially offended.

Number two, were kinda passed that so let's keep this forum friendly shall we? There's one thing about calling someone out one time, we're all guilty of that but to keep the ball spinning for weeks is a bit childish.

There is nothing wrong with Planet Fitness as a starting point. I left there after 6 months when the 75 lb dumbbells and Smith machines weren't cutting it. I certainly wouldn't be juicing and using that place as a gym if I could avoid it.
I'm sorry if you're offended, but I was kinds miffed that he posted a picture of himself saying "hard work" when his workouts are a joke. Light weight high reps gets you nowhere after a certain point brother. ....Anyway, on to better things, I digress

Obviously I was sarcastic when I said I was offended lol. I don't know I've heard people complaining about that gym a lot here and I'm curious to why, I don't really get offended easily :)

Haha I didn't pick up on it, sorry dude. Some snowflakes actually get pissed when you talk smack about Planet Fitness. They do have a high population of hot chicks, the only selling point IMO if you're in need of some eye candy lol.

Not true for shoulders. I use 15-20 lbs DB's -or cables with equivalent weights.

Same for legs. Ever saw legs of a cyclist? I would even go further and say : Not true at all. Thinking of Calisthenics and exercises I personally do, to get muscles growing, without visiting the ER often.

But, that is not the point. If you want to lift heavy azz weights, in a room that smells like sweat, semen and farts from half digested whey protein, planet fitness is not the right gym.

:)

Say what you want, this all I'm gonna say. Planet Fitness isnt the only gym I lift at, if you seen any of my logs, you would see I lift at multiple gyms. Do I go to PF frequently, yes, out of convenience, its close to my house. You wanna keep talking Sh*t do it somewhere else. Cause calling someone out on a online forum that you have never met, and probably never will and going off bad photo's. Whatever dude. The people that have seen me in person know what I look like in person, and there are a few here that I have met in person, and 1 that I lift with when we get the chance. And say what you want about low weight high reps. It does work. And thats not the only way I lift either, but again. You obviously haven't seen all my logs. Good luck to you in all your future endeavours.

I lift light weight too. I am always the first to admit when I'm cruising though. If you read my logs I will say if I could have done more I am under no illusions. I have always lifted light though and it's possible to take your body to failure and beyond without having to go super heavy. I have been 215lbs in shape and 168lbs extremely lean ( and extremely skinny ) but I've never benched or deadlifted more than 115kg. If I wanted to be a power lifter then fair enough I would need to change everything I'm doing but to be a middle aged guy in great shape it's better to train smart.

Yes, it does! I'm really happy I followed the advise of AM members, that is what this forum should be about!

And lifting lighter weights... You forgot to mention that.
I lift light weights. I prefer Strength over Power.
Well, its not that easy, as you know. Its HOW you lift them. I admit I make often whimpering noises on the last reps, sometimes snot is flying out of my nose and after the exercise, I may take a fetal position in a corner of the gym. If you don't recognize this, you probably should lift heavy azz weights.

:)

I prefer the bodybuilder look, classic look I suppose, not the Phil Heath or Kai Green craziness. Most of the powerlifters at my gym are obese and while I respect the strength, I wouldn't be happy with that large frame. At the end of the day, being "in shape" is what it's all about.
And to DementedCowboy, I'm sorry I came across so aggressively putting you down. The fact that you're in the gym doing your thing is great. Keep on keeping on dude.

Thank You. I got fat a long time ago, and I'm finally getting lean again, and back into shape. Do I want to be a bodybuilder, nope, do I wanna be a powerlifter, nope. Do I wanna be the best I can be, and look good Naked. Yep.

Don't give up, never give up! You can do it! You are a natural, pubic-hair-unshaven, bush sporting hero. Show us the power of nature and enrich us with youtube videos.

Yes, please let's delete this thread of all people on roids, that he believes are natural.
Can't @Admin do something here? We've asked before, surely this is an abuse/waste of AM board resource (server space)?

Just curious if you’re on any other forums besides this one and contribute nothing but useless BS. Doesn’t it ever get old having nothing else to post.
