I hate I just found this! I watched the video and it’s very intriguing!! Incredible work HGP!! I can see a big difference!! I can’t imagine 6 days! Maybe 1-2! Lol
Thank you, warrior princess (your new nick name for being so dedicated to lifting) !
Today comes a new pic up, hopefully showing what I believe is visible to others (one never knows).

I came off a bit harsh, my apologies. These pain meds make me grumpy sometimes.

Also the pedophila insinuation from the tranny thread left a bad taste in my mouth, but I understand the disgust that any right-minded person would feel if they felt they were dealing with a pedophile because I feel it too, I'm just very easily able to easily separate my emotional mind from my rational mind -- must be the Asperger's.
NO! Bring not that tranny log content here! Please! Its worse enough that people had to endure my rant.

Well if i didnt formally apologize earlier, Im sorry for any insinuations i made from your postings. I obviously WAS emotional and felt it was very important to explain something to you. I clearly did a very poor job of that in my emotional state. My sincerest apologies.

Also, the context of Aspergers not only helps me better understand the situation between us in the trans body builder thread, but also accounts for something I couldnt put my finger on that was raising a sort of red flag for me even in this thread due to not hearing and seeing people in person. Sorry my radar was off.

Whoa whoa whoa we have a tranny thread?? Link that up homie!

On the note of interesting trans lifters, swimfan65 mentioned they put the Matt/Janae Kroc documentary on Netflix called Transformer. Watched it yesterday and really enjoyed the journey.

I just wish I had a back like Kroc!!!

Haha I like it! Thanks!

I bet it will! How did it go for your wife? Interested in the difference of how the female hormones respond! (Sorry if you said this and I missed it. Was a lot to read over! Lol)

She did 4 days. She moved more around than I did, got exhausted and became fainting spells, so she got out. But she reached her goal (loosing a tiny bit of abdominal fat, covering her last row of abs.) She now does a low carb diet -but not keto.

You have lost quite a bit from your stomach area. It’s visible. But 16lbs is huge in 7days. Now, since you reintroduced food, it will be interesting to see how the weight fluctuates.

Something HAS to gonna happen. NO WAY it stays like that. Now thinking about skipping my second plate, would have been scrambled eggs. On the other hand, I would like to meet my minimum protein requirements...

I'm way to impatient and have to curb my expectations to reality level. One moment:

You are definitely larger! Muscular wise. I'm leaner. Looking good for your rope young age!
But I want to look more muscular than you, younger and leaner.

Its on, brother! Its on!

LOL. I'm down. I'm at a stall right now, so I'm pondering a 3 day minimum fast, and then rest for remainder of a week, and hit the gym. My left shoulder joint/tendon needs a break.

It looks like you were bloated but not anymore. To me both day 5 and 8 looks similar but I have to disagree that 5 looks better than 8, not sure it's how you wear those shorts but it looks like the fat/water under the belly button decreased more.

I REALLY INSPECTED :D

I kept it above waistline except when I inspected the shorts, I respect a man who wears different shorts every day. Honestly tho it does suit you more to be at this weight. You didn't lose size really but still ended up getting a more flat belly.

Feeling better -and better. Will keep grinding until under 200 lbs.
I suspect that I still holding water due to the NPP. When I drop the nandrolone , I'll see how "the normal" will look. Anyways, I just past one milestone of a many to come.

During your daily fasting period when you're no longer digesting, your GH levels crank right back up. You're essentially doing time-released GH at an equivalent pharmacologic dose of around 2-4 iu/day. That doesn't sound like much, but when you think of the half life of rHGH/GH and the fact that you're essentially getting "pinned" with GH hourly, it's actually quite a potent and impressive fat-burning and muscle sparing subroutine your body is running right now.

Yeah some people really do hold a lot of water on deca. It's fantastic, FANTASTIC to lose bodyfat on nandrolones on a cut if you nail the diet and I like that diet you're on. Not sure how much your calorie intake etc is but this diet is on the right track.

0.8g of LBM not total weight, right?
1.7 g per kg on non-training days, 2.2 g per kg on training days.

"The Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) of protein and the upper 95% CI RDA for these young male bodybuilders were 1.7 and 2.2 g · kg−1 · d−1, respectively."

https://academic.oup.com/jn/article/147/5/850/4584703

The study had a small sample size but was very methodologically sound and I'd be very surprised if their results weren't easily replicated.

Wow. They were talking in the study about body weight, not LBM, right. That is WAY higher than I expected.
So I ate wrong for 2.5 years. I always suspected it to be much less then the mainstream body building channels said, as my best physique was when I was in the army. I remembered my meals in that time. Not specially high in protein, averaging 100-120gr daily -but I got an awesome body in a short time.

I'm exceptionally smooth in person due to years of study and analysis of what "normal" behavior is, to learn how to get along and fit in with NT's. Alcohol also helps tremendously.

No one I associate with IRL has any idea that I'm basically an alien life form who can blend in and give the impression that I'm fully human. It's only when people really get to know me that the cracks in the facade start to appear.

Online, not so much... I can't really choose who or how I want to be perceived as online because I don't know my audience. So you just get me nearly unfiltered.

That’s 263g of protein for me.. at the lower threshold which is A LOT. I’ve been eating 1g per lb of LBM (130g). Couldn’t imagine doubling it.

I always ate around 200gr/d at 220lbs... that is what, less than half? But how comes I got fairly big on this?

Now traduce the required protein into calories, I bet by eating only meat, you may not get in a caloric deficit when cutting . There is something wrong -or missing.

Ah...stop....fugging metric conversion. Forget what I wrote...I was only 40gr protein short daily.... I'm an idiot.

You're still going to grow on lower protein quantities, it's just not optimal growth.

1.7 - 2.2 g per kg.

Your 200 g at 220 lbs is just 20 grams under your optimum intake on lifting days.

Well at least I know I hit protein levels (currently do 350g on average a day, never below 300g and rarely above 400g) at 220lbs bw - way over what’s needed but personally I feel that’s the best macro to increase to meet a calorie target as long as enough fat is being consumed.

HGP - the fast was immensely interesting. The weight loss is massive and I’m intrigued to see what happens over the next few days. Pics don’t show as much as the amount lost made me think they would but change is evident (and I guess there’s a limit to what can be done visably in 7 days)

Keep at it brother

Ps - upset at no micro penis in the pics lol
