The best sleep aid I ever took was before I was a Christian, marijuana. It put me to sleep, and I woke up refreshed. I though CBD would have the same effect. Guess not.

My guess is younger people are more sensetive to anything put in the body. Those that are older may be more resistant .

Last night was one of my long days, work all day then classes all night. I am always ready to get home and either take some Kratom or a Klonopin and finally relax.

Instead, I smoked one Pre Roll, 72mg CBD in it at .9g. I could definitely tell a difference in before smoking it and after, I was more chilled out and just a subtle relaxation. It definitely wasn't anything insane, but I wasn't thinking, "Man, I wish I would've taken xxx instead." which is nice. I went to sleep a couple hours after and it was a little difficult to fall asleep but did not take me too long.

I would say the effects were good enough for me to look into it more and try other vendors (this was the cheapest I could find). I may try some today before class and see how it effects me during the day.

Does one get a tolerance to CBD? I know with THC there isn't an actual 'tolerance' but I know after a while one bowl doesn't do to you what it used to, if that even makes sense? Lol

Cbd flower works best for me maybe it’s the .3 % thc to much thc gives me anxiety and won’t let me sleep but just . cbd oil doesn’t seem to work on me .

25mg gummies are what I take before I play basketball...mellows me out but puts me in a zone

Doesnt really put me to sleep though...at least nothing noticeable to where I just pass out...I wish though..I could use some quality sleep

Hard to say

I had chocolate from Colorado that was perfect for me...I'd eat a piece and totally feel relaxed

Then I tries vape which I still have and it seems pretty worthless

The gummies I have do the trick as far as mellowing you out but they dont seem to put me to sleep...kind of in the zone and stress free

The plain Jane got rid of any anxiety and made sleeping easy but while I was awake I didnt necessary feel relaxed

One thing I will say is none of them seemed to really do much in terms of pain reduction from a badly sprained ankle or what I think was a pinched nerve in my leg

I know I'm all over the place but the industry being new...I guess we all just have to test quality and the dosage that works best for us all...not to mention the type of benefit you want from the cbd

It's more portable maybe? I think tinctures and flower is the way to go maybe softgels if you're on the go. Gummies are pretty much candy with cbd in it. I'm ok avoiding it.

Shelf life i probably decent but they are usual dosed pretty low. If you get one I would make sure it has at least 25 mg full spec.

I've used the gummies in the past because they're easier to keep on you when needed. Tinctures are a little bulky for your pockets and capsules require a drink to swallow them. A gummy I can always have on hand to take when needed (like when traveling for my job and need a little help before a big meeting).

Convenience, portability, and the biggest reason based on our shops- marketing. Look at a pretty walls behind the counters with all the packaging and this attracts the eyes of the consumers. On the rec side, most of the shops will sell CBD edibles 2:1 over oils and tinctures. The only thing that comes close are disposable pens.
