DC's New Year, New Life 2019

So just curious cowboy. Are you preparing most of these meals for yourself....you are lightyears ahead of my dry chicken breast dipped in a cup of water.

I cook on weekends, and my wife cooks during the week. Most of the time I have to cook outside. The wife doesnt let me in her kitchen. She says I'm a messy cook. I tell her all the GOOD Cooks are messy go look at Gordon Ramsey's kitchen when he's done.

Cafe Du Monde is good. But to me it is better in house. Kinda like getting Starbucks coffee for your home coffee pot. It's ok, but when when you get it in house its so much better. Plus, when going to Cafe Du Monde, you can get fresh coffee, and homemade fresh made daily beignets

I forgot about this cafe. Used to go there when I lived in LA. Nostalgia :D

This is legit - I do 90% of the cooking in our house and get told the exact same thing (I also clean the kitchen 90% of the time). Leonardo di Vinci didn’t create his masterpieces without a bit of paint getting here and there now did he......

On the cooking I’m fortunate that (when not away on business) I work from home so I do have the ability to cook each meal rather than having to do loads of prep at the moment. When I was prepping more my sous vide machine was the best bit of kit I had - highly recommend the investment

I've seen those, but just never picked one up cause mainly, we kinda decide the day of what we wanna eat.

Same Here, I'm the Grille Master !!
I got a gas grill, with wood chip grill on the other side, and I just bought a gas flat top, just waiting on it to be delivered. I really wanna get a nice smoker like my brother's, but he built his himself.

Anyone ever use a Wood Pellet Grille ??

No, The Food is much better on charcoal grills. Hands down!

Yeah with you on this brother, if I’m bbq’ing it’s over coals. If I want to use gas I’ll just use my kitchen hobs (then again in the uk it’s not like we get the chance to cook outside often.....)

Never used a smoker though DC, friends have one and looks great.

it's only -7 here, with wind chill of -35...could use some filipino weather right now, lol.

Sucks lol I’m tropical people so I don’t like this!

lol...they even cancelled mail delivery here...
Usps once delivered letters across north and south lines during the height of the civil war. Now with all the modern technology they are tapping out at "too cold" lol. Worthless bastar*s
