Had a buddy in the Army that grew up on the Reservation there. He had Family all over Miami, Joplin area and we would party in Pittsburg. Good times, cept when his grandpa would wake us at 0430 to go feed the cows, and pull bailed hay.Got a bottle in the fridge. much better than tabasco. i just like to mix it up. still use the red dot on my eggs.

Thats the same place I think my buddy took me. We went in and got kicked out 5 mins later cause 2 drunk girls came and sat with us. The bouncers threw us all out. But, my buddy's ex worked the door so we got right back in.We use to go to a place called George Washingtons in Pittsburg.

Well this test pic worked just fine...I know it's upside down. See if you all can find me, and who is #23 in the white Jersey? Former NFL rb for chiefs/redskins. Off day from training today. I have trained the last 7 days. Today is my 3rd rest day of 2019.
Don't know if this is a good thing, or a bad thing. It was actually a challenge for me not to go down to the garage this morning. I had to make my self stay in bed. I know I need a day off here and there. Right now I feel great. Take in consideration, the new nutrition (I'm eating), ground rolling/stretching almost everyday (keeps me flexible/not sore), no lawncare in the evenings or weekends, and spot on supplements.
Keep in mind, this is all still being done with staples only and food. I just recently started using a pwo again C4 and a sample here and there. No crazy stims, muscle builders, test boosters etc etc...
Right now I'm not to concerned about the scale, just going off of the way I feel and the mirror. Of course I will check it randomly, but right now I'm growing. I will continue this routine for a few more months adjusting nutrition accordingly. Trying to increase cals to make my cut easier in the future around April when lawncare starts again.
Another thing that is being monitored closely is my BG levels. This is being done with carbs/timing. I will tell you this, in 4 weeks of monitoring we have lowered my BG levels a significant amount. I have went from 3 digit readings, now down in double digit readings.

Nice update! Sounds like you have things in line to make some great progress in 2019. I feel you when it comes to rest days. I typically don't like taking rest days but know they are necessary so I'll just do some stretching etc on rest days.

Thank you Segansational. I'm fluctuating between 205 -208 daily. Today's was 206.8Looking good dude, just took a look back at your starting photos from April and you can definitely see the progress. What's weight at now?
