That’s a heavier molecule than test cypionate... you sure this sr9009 is TD viable? Test Cyp (I was told repeatedly) is not.
 
I ran sr9009 orally and while people claim it isn't orally available it definitely worked. Not so much for fat loss but my endurance was insane and it cut down time between sets, barely even got winded.

But, if price were no object, microneedle based patches would be very cool.
 
412 seems to be too big to be absorbed topically. Best results are obtained with molecules around 300. Some peoples seem to have results with rest e.
 
I did sr9009 in a home brew TD using 70% dmso and I didn’t notice a difference. Outside of smelling like garlic thanks to the dmso lol that raw powder was only one source though so it may have been bunk.

Microneedle patches would be the shizznit. I guess you could just get some ageforce patches in that case, pretty sure they have an sr9009 one. If I’m wrong then get one of their testosterone patches and put some sr9009 solution on it (or anything else) then slap it on. Bet it works.

OR, if you’re funny in the head you can just make some scratches with a razor and rub in an alcohol based solution with whatever drug..
 
I think maybe were overthinking it a bit here, after all it’s called the 500 dalton rule, anything under 500 can penetrate the the skin barrier with the right carrier. There’s even at least 2 things I know of that are over 800 daltons that are used in medicine. Also muscle gelz sr and rad has had great reviews and all them revolve around endurance( they simply can’t get winded and alway want to carry on working out) that will be the sr doing that, not the rad. I’m sold on it. Will be getting some raws when I can and smashing it
 
So what carrier would carry a cypionated steroid through the skin? You think DMSO would be enough?
 
I’m sure you could do it with phlojel ultra. But i wouldn’t bother with cyp bro, My favourite ester for Td is acetate, it’s effective even at one dose Dailey. And it comes micronised so mixes really easy.

Testosterone acetate is only 330 D. SR is over 400. what drug are you referring to that is 800D and prescribed as transdermal?

Maybe you’ll need a higher dose, as the closer it gets to the 500 mark the less penetrable it will be but I’m pretty sure it will work
 
Tell you what old witch why don’t we both be the guinea pigs? You do the test cyp and I’ll do the sr... cardio ain’t my big thing so I’ll know if it does anything to me. Like cardarine makes me feel like I could run to the moon and back so if the Td sr is effective I’ll know.. deal mate?

I’m not really familiar with ascomycin but from what I read it is an immunosuppressant used in skin condition and for skin transplant. My guess is if it work locally it’s because of its very local superficial properties and is not supposed and formulated to be distributed systemically.

The point is that it still has to penetrate the skin to a certain extent in order to work.
 
Not exactly. Since skin has several layers this compound maybe doesn’t need to penetrate deep to work. if it’s superficial it will not be distributed systematically. But all we are saying here are speculations. The fact is the smaller the molecules the better the absorption will be.

In few words here is how transdermals work and why big molecules are not suitable for
this administration route: A molecule will be distributed systematically if it penetrates the stratum corneum through the intercellular channels. Once through the stratum corneum, drug molecules may pass through the deeper epidermal tissues and into the dermis. When the drug reaches the vascularised dermal layer, it becomes available for absorption into the systemic circulation.

Yeah I’m thinking I’ll just stab my rat in the gut a couple of times a day and test that route out.....I not at the scientific level of many on here so easy to see why I gave up on making my own TD last year.....
 
Well SR9009 with it's 412 D is not extreamly big and still might be absorbed transdermally at some extend I guess but it will not be optimal and probably not cost effective.

Ok lets no go around in circles, we know it’s under 500 therefore it can and will penetrate the skin so I’m gonna give it a try,making it yourself will be more cost effective than buying ready made. So watch this space in the coming months

My rat is no sadist who loves the needle so if td works then td FTW imo.....

But I’ll try to provide an objective log on sub q pinning at the same time hopefully
 
Thinking I’m going to try a 50/50 mix of test c and dhb c at 150mg/ml total (75 each) and slap it on my rat 3x a week... see what happens.

I had some awhile back and did 110mg a day mainly because I didn’t know what I was doing lol. Got another bottle, gonna do 220mg to start then 110mg 3 times a day. Would you recommend that dosing?

Not for nothin but I’m pretty sure in the US, singular case study research done by a person upon themselves is legal in most states without any need for license as the legal liability of the researcher to the test subject is nil.

Haha, my rat only gets treated to the stuff that the very nice people retail as research material. The rat feels it’s his duty to allow those very nice people to be confident this isn’t for human consumption and go about their business of selling very nice things.....

When I’m asking testo Timmy, the Illegal UGL man to mail me out some juice there is no very nice people to protect, they’ve already broken the law producing it (although ironically in the Uk production is illegal but me sticking it in my ass isn’t - i could however probably get done for animal cruelty if I jab the rat lol).

I will follow your log for swole rat updates and pics though
 
Maybe I buy my raws as research materials all the same, and Wang Chung the nice raws seller from China needs my help to make sure customs doesn’t start flagging all his packages.
 
Swole-ass Hyphy Rat needs Wang Chung to stay in business so he can get more swole.
