BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

Tell me when the Solution has led you wrong with a supplement purchase, or sending you free stuff out of his own pocket?

Quite Frankly.... Never :)
Can't wait to bust open my 2 new proteins. I have a bout 6 shakes left of pes snickerdoodle then it's game on. It's very Re assuring having you as a source. Just a little background fellas, Bob has taken to me just by following my log. I do not know Bob personally, just from the forum. He has giving me the keys to success and all I have to do is drive the car. He has taken the time out of his busy lifestyle to do nothing but help me. This man has evaluated my training and nutrition on his own. He has made to some may be small adjustments, but to me "life changing". When we do communicate via email, he will only suggest the best options to me as far as supps to best guide me. I have chosen products before that I thought were necessary and he has shot me down and guided me in the right direction. With just the small adjustments that he has made for me (that I was ignorant to due to lack of research and experience ) I have saved $ from not buying irrelevant products and have improved with my training that has improved my experience visually in the mirror and scale. Hell I'm eating almost double what I was for the last 3 years and still losing between. 5-1lb a week. So I'm personally gonna take this opportunity to thank you The Solution and remain to support you and your hussle also. Please note fellas that this also comes with tough love at the same time. He does not sugar coat anything to me. If I f*k up, he is the first to let me know and does not accept any type of excuse. That's what a man like myself needs and appreciates. It's grows on me throughout the day when I'm bye myself and makes me make changes for the better. While I'm on a roll here I'm gonna go ahead and shout out MrKleen73 also as he too has taken interest in my success also. These to men are priceless to me in my journey. Much respect fellas!!!!

Favor for a favor thats how we do.
You support me. I support you.
While some of my clients I work with hate the tough love, they soon realize that they were going through the motions because they are afraid to leave their comfort zone. Once they see the grass is greener on the other side then the light bulb goes off :)

This is a great community of people who want to see everyone succeed !!

Thanks BOSSMAN It's a pleasure to offer up advice to someone that is open to it. You obviously have great work ethic, so a bit of direction goes a long way!

I placed an order with The Solution today, can't wait to see what I get ??????????????

Why is everything just 20 reps?
Makes no sense.
Your neglecting type I muscle fibers (Slow Twitch) Train in all rep ranges not just hypertrophy. You are missing a whole dimension on your training.

The intake is still a glaring issue, are you not taking the advice I am giving you?
Add another meal if you can't get in all the calories or cut back on the food volume and more caloric dense choice as I told you.

Agreed with The Solution. No need for 20 reps on everything. I guess it's good to shock the body every once in awhile so won't hurt but I wouldn't make it a habit.

This is also a huge overblown statement.
If you are not beating the log book, improving MMC (Mind muscle connection) or Time Under Tension you really are not making progress. There is a time and place for all rep ranges and both should be included to activate Type I and Type II Muscle fibers, or else you are totally negating one or the other.

People who jump programs, do whatever, and "Shock" the body are just not tracking in an adequate manner to monitor their progress.
Just like the people who preach only high reps for cutting. Exact total opposite because you are expanding excessive glycogen the body does not have in a deficit.

I am probably guilty of doing to much High Rep work (it is comfortable on my old joints) I will have to make a few changes. Thanks for the reminder !!

That is one of the benefits of a program like Fortitude Training, you hit 3 different types of rep schemes each week for each body part. Load, Pump and Muscle rounds IE cluster sets.... Every fiber gets touched.

My training lately I have not been able to push load, and that is my favorite, but high rep and cluster sets are still fun too.

No training today, have a long day of lawncare today in the 38 degree weather. All labor, the army is gathering now

Yesterday was a morning I should have stayed in bed. Had no motivation, but my body clock got me on my feet so I just went through the motions.
Thanks for the update.

Do you ever read your own writing?
Answer this with a serious response

Read the red flags and then answer why you
Bothered going through the motions? I will
Bet you don’t have an answer or else “just because”

The biggest issue I have with my clients is they think they have a program that they have to train every single day when in reality if you feel beat up and out of it call an audible and tell me why

If you don’t feel like you will go 100% why bother at 50%. Nobody gets better when they are not in an optimal environment and just do submax work

Get the extra hour of sleep and spend a few extra minutes packing some extra food to help repair and recover to kill it the next day

Everyone is a victim of not listening to their body when it comes to their nutrition and diet in order to fine tune this you have to recognize the signs and adjust accordingly so it becomes a good habit not a bad habit

You answered it for me. I do have the mindset of having to go 7 days a week.
I did have a good 9 hours of sleep last night and feel like a new man today

Good point! ha I think you should write a nutrition/supplement/training book :) Then sell it to AM people.

No training today, more lawncare. 8 hours sleep. Whole body is sore from yesterday. Lots of up and down, lots of wheel barrel work...all good

Had to dig out 6 mature bushes and 3 of them big azz cedars were in front of the windows were I replanted 3 smaller ones.

With all the manually labor You doing I don’t blame you for not exercising. If it was Me,when I ‘am mentally and physically fresh and ready for a Workout. I would increase My intensity level.

This is why I tell him to not even think about cardio at all. It is a law of diminishing returns. Wasted time and he doesn't need to expand any more calories.
The scale is not moving, he has doubled his intake once he finally started to listen to me, and look hes much leaner and stronger.

Funny how that works....... That must be "The Solution"
:)

I don't understand people mulching in the fall ????

That's a lot of mulching = workout for the day;)
Looks good though!

After a long busy weekend I decided last night that today was going to be an off day from training. Should be a relaxing day, just day job and funeral/prayers to attend today. Back at it tomorrow.

This is a great question, I have pondered over this for 2 days now. It has brought to my attention that I think I have too many goals and need to minimize. It has been stuck in my head for the last 3 years to lose lose lose weight. Lately with some small changes, getting stronger, and eating differently I'm seeing changes. After thinking this through, my answer is to be healthy first. I would like to be lean, with a nice tight muscular physique. So in the characters above, B would be my choice.

I would be happy with B also !!

I agree 1000% Brother!

I'd be happy with any of them. D is 300 lbs and chizzled haha. But B would be my choice as well.

Shoot you are basically already there as far as muscle mass, just keep on leaning up and recomping.
I would be happy with B also !!
You are already there, well maybe not after vacation...
I agree 1000% Brother!
You are definitely already there!!!

I would actually NOT wan't to be anywhere near that D... C is about as much as I would want.

B would be my ideal. More of a Frank Zane at his best build..

Thanks Brother! When I put my mind to something and Sacrifice. I always reach my goals..

It is that 2nd part that is the key! Great things take personal sacrifice to achieve...
