BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

Kudos to you help to shape our future, to many of kids today don't realize how great the outdoors can be !!

I think we should all send BOSSMAN some Rep Points for this !!! He's at 27,655 Let's see if we can double that !!
Rocket3015
I get rep points often in big numbers, but my rep points never seem to go up. AM I missing something or doing something wrong to get the points? I click the notification and open the post when sent, but rep points never seem to go up.

Looooong day yesterday. ..gonna grub out today after the army gets done.

Very Nice, I'm sure there are some very proud hunters there!!

Well deer will be going extinct because all the bucks are dead!;)

Had a long weekend, oldest son lost round 1 of playoffs friday night 9-7. Got to put that one on the coaches. Our Def gave up 3 first downs the whole game, you figure that one out.
All day Saturday with the hunt club.
Yesterday did some lawn care and was able to get in the tree from 1-5 yesterday. Had an awesome homemade beef stew dinner and in bed by 730. Got a good 9 hour sleep. No training this morning, but gonna hit it heavy tonight. Scale is perfect for mid nov.
Macros were good over the weekend. Threw in an Italian sausage on a bun saturday and had 2 biscuits with my stew last night. Scale didn't move

1900 caloires?
Just a total no no for you man.
Should be 2700-3000 minimum.

If you are being consistent here 3200 would be a good bump
Keep Protein around 225-240
Fats at least 80g
Rest Carbs

Fats and carbs can fluctuate abit. A good way to add some calories is throwing in some Karbolyn intra-workout (50g) that should be an easy 200 calorie boost and help sustain performance, endurance, and recovery for training. I would highly suggest it (If you are not already). This will also help keep bloat down, optimize digestion, and prevent additional food volume as the calories rise.

I saw that product on your site, looks good. Right now I'm using 1/2 cup of raisins for carbs pwo, but they are bit high on sugar. Thanks.

BOOM!!!! Karbolyn is the shiz!!!! I love getting in a bulk of my carbs with a good powder during training. When being cheap I just get a mix of dextrose, and maltodextrine, but I really like Karbolyn. Another good one is the Carb powder from True Nutrition that has the carb enzymes in them. That one feels good on the stomach as well. For me Waximaize sits like a rock in my gut and makes me feel like puking mid workout.

If you find any of those sources of bread to bother your stomach at all you could also replace them with a sour dough option, the enzymes in it eat through all of the gluten and a lot of the FODMAPS that can cause digestive issues.

No no no, that is on his glutes day... wife in downward dog then he does his hip thrusts... totally different workout. ;)
Dragon Flys== Rocky Balboa
Thanks MrKleen73

My ABsolute favorite ab exercise, once you get good at them you can start splitting the legs or putting one out to the side to challenge the antirotation as well like a super intense Pallof press!!!

Well you remember our conversation, I thought for sure they would kill me. I played around over the weekend with the form and hit it serious this morning for core. I was good man 3x15, never saw that coming. Mixed it in with planks

Way too many vegetables. This is why you are falling short a good 300-500 calories
Lower the volume of the veggies and start eating more caloric dense foods man.

Had first EAA MAX by PRIMEVAL-LABS today. Mixed up perfect and taste was very refreshing. I have watermelon flavor, kinda had the jolly rancher taste. Actually very good.

Tell me when the Solution has led you wrong with a supplement purchase, or sending you free stuff out of his own pocket?

Quite Frankly.... Never :)
