Start of New Cycle

Tonights workout was chest. Mixed in a little BEAST73 with a little hairygrandpa and this is what I got

Incline Bench: 135x18,18,18,15,15, 155x12,12,12, RP 145x10,6,3+1

Flat Bench: 135x18,18,18,18,18, 185x10,10,10, RP 155x10,4+1,3

Overhead DB Press: 45x15, 45x15, 45x15

Machine Press: 70x18,18,18,18,18

No lifting tonight. Was just a waste of a day. Spent the morning at the bank trying to figure out why my home owners insurance wasnt paid yet. Then had to take my truck in for an oil consumption test. Then met up with the wife, and went back to the dealership to see if we could work out a new deal for 2 new vehicles, that was a long drawn out process that was useless. Their deals weren't really deals at all and we would have been paying more. Then finally came home to eat lunch around 2(first meal of the day), then while the wife went to pick up our daughter I had to go to the store to pick up stuff for dinner

Yep...thats life. I made corned beef hash and eggs for some meals. Went to the gym...feeling really beat up from all the heavy stuff..still went heavy though. Now just watching stupid horror movies eating the hash and eggs waiting for wifey to come home...if shes not too tired im going for some skins...lol. Oh..got my package today...not bad...around 2 weeks for this order. Going to up weekly test to a gram. Sucks about the dealership...those places drive me crazy. I get my license back next year...hopefully ill be able to get a beater.
 
Why are you in Paraguay?

Long story, would make a good novel (drama/thriller). Left Germany 26 years ago to try my luck elsewhere. Paraguay was awesome at first, but right after switching from a dictatorship to democracy, everything went downhill. Its reaching its climax here, they learned from the first world countries how to exploit the populace and steal public money, while brainwashing the people using the local media. Now sh1t is hitting the fan. Riots, crime rising, no jobs, no progress, no future... Sounds familiar? ;)

I have a video game store and vape store. I do also urban development, like buying a piece of jungle and convert it into urban land, with roads, energy and water, then sell it in pieces, with monthly payments over a 10 year period to the people. I also have a biological farm and sell fish and fruits -but its a hobby.
All that I started with almost zero capital 26 years ago. BUT, I was lucky and started at the right time. Nowadays, nobody makes here a buck anymore.

No lifting tonight had to cut my drainage ditch thanks to some nosy neighbors calling the city on me. And tomorrow I got something at my daughters school. So looks like I'm gonna make it up on Saturday and smash a couple things that day

Only reason i was asking because there was a clinic here Texas that got busted for taking no baseline and giving "200mg" of baterostatic water. Guys were paying for nothing. They were shut down fairly quickly.

Nice volume brother. Just out of interest do you sometimes reverse the high rep/lower weight and rest pause sets (as in work up to your heavy work pause straight away and then drop the weights for the volume stuff? )

Yes normally during bulking I go for heavier work, and pyramid my sets.
 
Off night, had to take my daughter to bowling this evening. After that came home and had a Lamb Kabob Pita, and Fatoush Salad. Wife had a Shift Kafta aka "Sh*t Kaka". Lol
