So about gainz...how’s your food intake been yesterday and today? Are you on track to accomplish your goal and get hyoooooge?
I’m noticing a trend of huge amounts of calories on work days(also insulin days) when I get home in the evenings especially. On my days off when I’m running around a lot, not so much. Still walking around over 230-232, so still a 10lb increase but I’m dirtying it up even more. More sugars and fats, easily getting 300 grams protein a day. Just need more and more food.
