Ive improved mine since last year. This is June 9th my last show. I had a bicep injury up until like three months out or so

Wow just noticed this, since I was in the hospital right after July 2nd... Wish I had biceps big enough to be accused of synthol.

Yeah I'll work on the conditioning, tone... hard to be a tall ectomorph that can now seem to add some fat at 38 y/o. That is also out of gym for months, post seizure, pre cycle photo.

Also not a contest pro, so not really even flexing...

I am thinking about moving the log back here, it's still going, and I like the folks here... I should invite Demented Cowboy and more folks too. The M1T part only has a week left onto 4th week, trying some Tren A and NPP or even YK11 to help drain my synthol look weeks 5-8, after this before cruise/PCT. I'll repost that in the AM I think.

That said BOP has a number of good UGL, I'd come here for comradare but find a lab there perhaps...

idk, the way you have been treating me, i feel discouraged. and Arnold had 22-23'' arms, Franco had a huge chest, and these guys weren't natty. i'm nobody special, just a humble man
