Just finished working out. Definitely running on fumes. Had a protein shake and ground beef in a wheat tortilla so far today. Shaking like a leaf...need some calories. 319 after workout. However, my gym has no air and it's probably 100 in here....so likely lost a lot of water.
How much weight do you think you need to lose again?

It's good to make sure you get enough potassium, salt and magnesium during your diet. The potassium and salt can actually be handled pretty inexpensively if you get Morton's light salt in the supper market. It's an almost 50/50 sodium/potassium mix. I actually put a half t-spoon in a gallon of water with Crystal Light and Vitamin C and that gives me a about 500-600 mg of each per day right there.

Also, Whisky gave me the genius idea to BAKE my broccoli. Game. Changer. Like he said, it isn't cake, but it's way better than steamed. I put it in a pan and I use some non-stick olive oil spray from Aldis (it's pretty much aerosol olive oil) and lightly spray the top...ok, sometimes heavily spray the top. Then I use some garlic, the light salt and pepper and bake it at around 425 for 20 minutes. I'm sure everyone on here does it...but it's new to me :)

Not really following anything right now. Low cals, low carbs, no sugar, low fats. Weight is flying off. Towards the end I might start keeping track...no need to right now.

Man im on day 3 and i swear it started on day 2 thats all for sides so far but man it sucks. Not geting the sweats yet but am geting hot.

I’ve got a friend who swears by Mk-677 in this situation. Says his sleep is much improved

On a side note to T3 - I currently take T4 at 100mcg. Does T4 help in regards to bodybuilding, cutting...etc? I know t3 does but never see anything about t4

My NPP started kicking in yesterday and I was up an extra 2 hours. We need another sleep thread. I’m on 5 hours which sucks bad. Anyone try the sleep inducing peptide or any other methods? I took 2 Benadryl and 1300 mg gabapentin and was up another 4 hours past that.

I appreciate this’ll make me sound like a fairy but anyone ever tried meditation before bed for sleep?

Honestly some of the best sleep I’ve had was when I used headspace for 15 mins in bed at night. Did it for about 6 months and then just got out the habit, I actually fell asleep while meditating more than once.

I wasn’t cycling at that time though so no idea if it would work in conjunction with aas......

In really lay terms - T4 is to T3 what Androstendione is to Testosterone. T4 is the prohoromone, in a way, to T3. T3 is much more active for accelerating the metabolism. T4, however, does have some functions of its own. It can be beneficial for bodybuilding and medically over T3, but if you're a normal healthy person without thyroid issues to begin with, it is generally accepted that T3 will have much more of an effect for cutting.

Right on- appreciate your knowledge. In your expertise, (bear in mind I do have hypo) -- I've noticed that when I switched from traditional Levo, to a new capsule called Tirosint (which is pure T4 without filler/binder) - I started to loose weight quicker/metabolism sped up. Is being on this (besides for normal thyroid regulation) any benefit to me in a bodybuilding standpoint?

Is being on this (besides for normal thyroid regulation) any benefit to me in a bodybuilding standpoint?

I ordered a gram of a 50x kratom/cbd extract, took half of it and I was pretty much drooling on myself after an hour.

Guys start small talking me about football, so I just give a blank stare and start talking about pro skateboarding and bodybuilding. Get the same blank stare right back.

I like what I like and I’ve never felt the need to try to fit in with people.

HG, I have a hard time going to my own gym, there’s these 19 year old 120 lb kids with newbie gains strutting around and mean mugging guys my size. Slamming 135lb deadlifts like they’re Hercules. I can’t believe I haven’t killed anyone their yet.

Well, its not only to impress other guys of my age, it's to humiliate them. They run to the doc because of a pimple, taking 20 different meds for failing health issues, then comes HGP along, just finished his weighted pull ups and deadlifts, curing his aching joints by pinning research peptides and having a tan from melanotan in mid winter. Take that, half-dead zombies! :)

Today was my off day at the gym. Was very hungry all day but stayed clean. My phone crapped the bed and had to buy a new one. The phone dude was an idiot and im on Tren...almost made the 6 o'clock news boys. Weight stayed at 319 all day. Body temp is through the roof. Tomorrow is push day at the gym. Sleep last night wasnt too bad...had some lethargy this afternoon..but not bad. Im going to go heavy on bench tomorrow...let ya know how i do. Food today was ground beef eggs cucumbers cheese two slices of bread and ill probably have some oats before bed.

So Tirosint seems to just be a T4 formulation with fewer additives.

If you are hypo, getting your thyroid hormones up should really help with weight loss.

I have read a lot of different things about different formulations of thyroid hormones. Even amongst pharmaceutical grade products, for instance, different T3 medicines have been reported to have different potencies amongst people using them (this includes reports from people taking it medically). For instance, Pfizer's Cytomel seems to be considered to be very potent with a lot of people having to take much more Tiromel (foreign T3) for a similar effect. I wonder if you just had the same effect with Tirosint - this formulation .at be .ore effective for you.

So is mine. I wanted to have a better control of the sides. Will be watching liver enzymes closely with my doc. But i ran anadrol for 4 months and my enzymes didnt budge.

My liver enzymes get skewed but rarely go out of range.
Are you Irish? We have bionic livers.
