Hair Loss Prevention

I started on the minoxidil when I noticed the hair shedding. I was originally only using the topical spiro and it worked wonders for any cycle that I did as long as I had a testerone base. I learned my lesson using only tren and now I just need to figure out how to stop this massive shed I am still experiencing 2 weeks after discontinuing use of trenavar (prohormone). I have been using a keto shampoo for about a week now.

Ok it's typical I was shedding for 6 weeks after a epi/stano cyce. Minoxidil will prbly make the shedding worst for a while. I found regenepure Dr to be the best keto shampoo for slowing down any kind of shedding. Typical 2% keto is harsh on the scalp and made mine worst.
 
Below are some tips for prevention of hairloss :
Tip 1: Coconut oil is the cornerstonefor every haircare regime. A regular coconut oil massage will help strengthen hair growth, right from the roots to the tip. It does this with the help of the moisture it contains which protects the hair shaft from any impurities that may cause hair damage.

Tip 2: Hair fall is a sign of lack of vitamins in your body. Amla is vitamin C rich and highinantioxidants which help solve most hair problems. Amla could be applied onto the scalp. You could prepare a small mixture by crushing an amla or using its powder. The crushed amla juice could be added to 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon. Mix well and apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water.

Tip 3: Eggs are great for treating hair loss as they contain proteins and minerals. A hair pack containing egg whites and olive oil works very well for the hair. To prepare this, you’d need the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat it well to give a paste-like consistency and apply this to the scalp and hair. Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it with cool water and a mild shampoo.
 
I was thinning all over and had a bald spot on the back of my head, i started using fin .5mg a day, minox twice a day, smashing greens/vitamin formulas, fish oilk reginpure shampoo and daily head massages, ive covered the bald spot and hair is getting really thick.... unfortunately it takes time people, in the first 3 months i was going 2 steps forward 3 steps back, sometimes it looked full others it was patchy (all about of the regrowth stage) now around the 5 month mark its perfect, it really takes that long, dont forget the head massages with olive oil every now and then for stimulation
 
Minoxidil at 15% may be ideal. It is hard to find but you can make your own with the powder from here: minoxidil.mobi

I will say, though, that I'm not entirely sure of the absorption and as I'm on a 100% stimulant break (1 month+ in, 2 months to go), I don't even want the 35mg of caffeine from a can of Coke zero, so I'm holding off until almost September. I bought some N2Shampoo recently. They've changed the formula from the old stuff I think they were using in 2011. Although, Its still good stuff

I’ve been using ru for a month and a half now. That sheeeeet woooorks!! I’ve been putting some on my temples that were receding but only a tad bit. And I have new hair growing there. Also the top of my head seems to becoming more dense as time goes by. My hair is definitely thicker. I got compliments from my brothers girl who works at Sephora. (Cosmetologist)
So you know she has an eye for that **** just as we do for bodybuilding. That was all her too I didn’t mention shet.

Buy it dude, it works. I know it takes more months to really see the result it’ll have on me. But so far so good man.
 
This is 4 months of Nizoral shampoo. But the biggest thing was WAY less stress in my life now. In person, it’s obviously more apparent. Both the good and the bad. Oh and I use Nizoral everyday.

I bought Ru and used it for two months or so. Took a break and using it again. I used the chemyo company, which i hear there customer service has gone downhill as not responding to emails. I'm also looking for a certificate of analysis on the test because the stuff is more of the expensive hair products at 65 $ for 50 ml's.


where do you get your ru

I just tried to make an order and it stated that “No payment options available In your state.”

Never been a problem before? They out of stock maybe? What did you hear went wrong with them?

I tried ordering from them as well, and same thing happened. last time I paid with credit card and now nope. . I dont know what went wrong. I wrote them yesterday and havent heard back. . Im still looking for some good ru powder. Im waiting though bc from what I know chemyo has quality ru powder. Customer service isnt the hottest there.

I’ve been to their site and I’ve heard good stuff. But you can only really buy with bitcoin and idk how to get those. Also a bit more expensive. Any suggestions for bitcoin?

There processing system is offline right now I found out a couple hours ago from the guy that recommended Chemyo to me, he was a rep, not sure if he still is . Hopefully they will resolve it soon.
 
has anyone had any success with RU?

I cant say I have noticed much; although its difficult to tell esp since I used it only two months. I dont think ive noticed regrowth. Hope im wrong lol

Did you stick with it? For any hair treatment for hair loss youd want to do it for atleast 4 months because of hair cycles

Been using the topical Minoxidil 5%/Azelaic Acid 5% Solution dailey but realized it wasn't getting good scalp contact due to my full but thinner head of hair.Seems the Minox./Azel. was for re-growth not so much as a PREVENTATIVE of hair loss in the first place.
Now its a quandary as to what to do to prevent DHT from affecting the scalp.
I stopped TE after 3 months 250mg subq per week. and the hair shedding seems to be getting worse, certainly not better.
Still have a head of hair but its much thinner than before. Any suggestions for something to allow me to continue the TE and not lose the hair in the process. I am 69 and 250mgTE/wk rips 40 yrs off my bio clock..

That was exactly what I meant.
At 69 when I say ripped I mean ripped!!. mental and physical acuity way up, sense of confidence way way up, libido off the chart, haven't felt that great in a long time ,, varooom got the motor runnin .
I have always suspected TE and TRT has been unnecessarily kept from the american male. Truly the sense of greater overall wellness is terrific.
now if I can get the hair shedding down. Spironolactone (steroid) looks promising as a topical. Just happen to have some in the fridge next to the case of 50 ml TE in GS oil. ...

whered you get yours?

I bought from chemyo last year; however they changed there payment system and I know nothing about that. I traded with a fellow Amer and got some Kane stuff, and that ran out. Not sure if it worked, didnt seem like it for a while. I got a different haircut so hair is looking better now.

I dont like that chemyo changed the payment system, I do like they have analysis testing. Wondering about the stuff on amazon like anagen...they have papers not sure I trust them though like chemyo, since I ve used it and seemed to work and many people say its good stuff.
 
I think liquid minox. 5% with 20% azelaic acid is about as good as it gets for hairlosss prevention without introducing things like RU, finasteride, dutasteride and spiro
 
I use to use azelaic acid. I think ru has some science behind it.

rogaine is minox right? that you have to use forever right?

I use finasteride today, its been a while since I used it. Hasnt seemed to effect me too much. Ill use it here and there...not all the time though.

Chemyo is all I ever used my dude. I think they have the card payment option up again. I do plan on stacking it with Finasteride here in a couple of weeks. See what kind of results I can achieve.

Some guys suffer side effects of finasteride. I probally did to some extent. I started a thread on it

Some people say that Finasteride makes them shed really bad and some of it grows back but some of the weaker hair doesn’t. Which leads them to lose hair a lot faster.

Do you believe this? The reason I ask is a hair I have on my head is extremely thin. And I would rather stick to what I have then lose more of it. Potentially of course. On Ru

Not John, but I’ve been posting in this thread since 2005 and been on finasteride since 2006... Christ I’m getting old, anywho...

Most people including myself shed at some point when starting finasteride. Personally she’d for maybe a month pretty bad and then got way better. I’ve read some cases of this not happening. Sometimes I still go through sheds once or twice a year that seem worse than a normal persons.

Generally speaking, the shedding is a good sign and things should get better in the coming months. Unfortunately things sometimes get worse before they get better for many people.

I’ve talked to many friends and read a bajillion threads on forums over the years regarding hair loss and one thing is for sure, as is with most drugs not everyone is wired the same and may respond differently to finasteride and or RU (I also have been on RU since 2014). I had some side effects, loss of strength, slightly lowered libido, and had some mild depression (which could have been unrelated) but all that eventually rebounded back. But many have gotten much worse side effects, for some seemingly permanent.

Best thing you can do with any drug Is take the lowest possible effective dose and slowly increase it as time goes on to see how you respond.

I took finasteride for maybe eight weeks and it seemed like I shred.I took ru as well with it and hairline seemed worse. I dont use finasteride long term though, I might use it 4 -8 weeks here or there, then stop it.

my voice isnt as deep when I introduce finasteride in, and this is because Im thinking dht is what makes the voice deeper.

that said, i got my haircut really short to see whatd itd look like. Its taken three months to grow back, and looking better.

yes start low increase, if no sides, then if you see sides, scale it back down. Thank you for sharing.
