Good progress being made, i am getting hungry now and looking forward to the BBQ feast i have planned for this Thursday.
I hope coals and not gas, lol!!!

I love bbq cooked over coals!!!

if you cook meat on gas grills might as well just put it in the broiler in oven, imo. don't get that great smoky taste with gas!!!

DAY 39

weather was a little warm this morning but humidity was on the low side...I drove out to the rural area of town, nothing but farmland--and started my run...I made it a hour and a half [90 minutes] before calling it quits-I easily could have made it the whole 2 hours except I didn't bring enough to drink and got really dehydrated--lesson learned!!! before I got dehydrated[which was not fun]I was really enjoying my run!!!

after I got home my wife made my sunday feast and I totally feasted!!!

I forgot to weigh in this morning before run and I didn't want to skew it by weighing in after my feast, so I will weigh in 1st thing in morning!!!
You need to pick up one of the olympus labs bro jugs! I got one thrown in for free from somewhere (think it was nutriverse) and that thing is awesome. Kind of a PITA to clean but it holds over a 1/2 gallon and its made really well.

I have both so may use a combination of the 2, the gas one has been a new addition and the one i was planning on using, we did have a great home made coal one out the back but it was taken out to make room for the gym extension last year.

Thanks, great progress being made here from K1ngSlayer. Gym extension is still in the process of being built, wall behind where barbell bench is will be coming out to join to the extension, all block work is complete, roof has gone on along with felt just the shingles to go on along with 2 triangle windows and the glazing of one of the other windows and outside rendering before interior work can be done. I feel by around October it will be complete.

yes, I am really enjoying my run of k1ngslayer!!!

I was expecting improved sleep, but if has really exceeded my expectations--one of/if not the best sleep aids[non-prescription]that I have used!! anyone who has been around health and fitness for any length of time will realize the value of improved sleep!!!

plus the increased endorphin release when running is very close to addicting, I really look forward to getting my runs in.

the pump/muscle fullness looks real nice on me, I have gotten several comments.

the strength gain has slowed but still maintaining heavier lifts!!!

All good stuff that I’m keeping in the back of my mind. Can’t wait to see how my experience with K1ngslayer compares to yours

DAY 43

the sleep on k1ngslayer is awesome, and no grogginess in morning!!!

appetite is still high I've just gotten used to it, kinda wondering how long it will continue once I stop k1ngslayer?

some days are better than others, I felt strong today and had no problem maxing out 7 reps on all lifts!!!

muscle fullness is very good, had several comments..

went running for about 45 minutes this morning, the endorphin release is fantastic!!!

The appetite boost won't last once you discontinue it, but you can keep on going for further 8 weeks if you wish :)

I normally run muscle-building supps for 8-12 weeks. No problems running KS for up to 16?

lol...another 8 weeks on k1ngslayer and food budget will bankrupt me!!!

at this point I am undecided on continuing or taking a short break before starting again. I really didn't want to go over 12lbs gained and it looks like it will take some decreasing of cals to make that happen.

DAY 46

rented court time and played 2 hours of doubles today, I was up for playing outdoors but the others didn't want to play in the heat...had fun but wasn't real competitive--might get together with same guys and play thru the winter, maybe next summer be ready to try singles.

DAY 47
weighed in this morning at 197...that is a 13lb gain.

I've got to try and cut back on cals, my goal was to not go over 12lbs....and I've still got almost 2 weeks to go:aargh4:

quitting alcohol 20+ years ago was the best thing In life that I have accomplished. I try to be grateful for every day sober!!!
Agree with that. I rarely drink anymore and used to drink multiple times a week. I’ve noticed a big change in my physique just from that alone

thebigt,13 Pounds,is that all lean muscle?
not all but most...my quads have blown up since I've been able to run again, and upper body looks bigger-shirts are fitting tighter. haven't had to let my belt out any so not much is going to waist.

I did hardly any lower body exercises for a lot of years dealing with my bad knee, now that I've got a knee replacement and doing legs again they have swole like crazy. I've had to go to relaxed fit jeans just to fit my quads, I guess it is muscle memory since I used to have big legs before knee got bad.

actually it is more than I originally wanted, but if the appetite increase dies off when I stop k1ngslayer It shouldn't be hard to keep 7lbs of it, which will suit me just fine.
