I’m not being hostile, I’m stating the universal fact/rule in scientific literature that the burden of proof rests with the person making the claim; if you’re making the claim, you should also provide the evidence, not simply tell other people to look it up. I’d assume you agree with this, or why even have a write-up in the first place? I read through your write-up and it didn’t provide any answers, which is why I asked here. That’s hostile? Also, there are a few significant assumptions here. We know that sceletium is an effective PDE4 (not PED4, I assume that’s just your autocorrect though) inhibitor, but can we inherently conclude that this PDE 4 inhibition will increase cAMP to such a degree that it will in turn increase endurance via the other MoAs proposed? I’d say the best we can say is that sceletium may increase endurance, and that we have a proposed MoA for it, but to state that it DOES increase endurance without so much as a rodent study on the topic, or even a study measuring increases in cAMP (we need to know the magnitude of the effects, not just the effect itself) in humans, is disingenuous.
