I’ve been waiting a while for this. Just a heads up, I’m emaciated thin right now, I decided to recomp and cut for the last 6 months immediately following a wrist tendon injury that is no longer plaguing me and kept me from the gym for 1 year.. So, I have only been consistently after this since March 1st. But I’m a very good place for a bulk. And another thing, I’ve done this before, I WILL hit 270 by January 2019. This isn’t some silly goal that I can’t obtain. To hit this weight I’ll need to eat on top of an overly full stomach, there will be vomiting and there will be waking up with burping up acid with peanut butter in the middle of the night, only to walk to the kitchen and eat some more while I’m awake for a minute. Once hitting this weight, I’ll be immediately cutting for 4 months for a NPC men’s physique show in Mesa, AZ. My first, at 40 years old.

Ok, right to it:

- Lantus starting dose: 10iu’s 1x daily in a.m.(increase dose as necessary up to 40iu’s once daily) 2w on/2w off
- Trest Ace 150/week for next 3 weeks
- NPP 450/week starting 3 weeks for 10 weeks
- Test C 250/week as usual
- Dianabol 50mg/daily for 5 weeks starting in 3 weeks
- Letro (have 200 doses of 1.25mg) as needed for bloat and gyno
- Raloxifene 25mg/day
- Cialis for BP and the GF 20mg/e3d
- Prami only as needed and also 0.5mg on date night
- possibles: MK677 from inexpensive source), Cardarine for lipids? Nac/mt/Tudca

Possibles in December: Anadrol/injectable SD/Tren?

Started Lantus yesterday @10iu’s at 7am. No placebo, muscles I had trained the evening prior were fuller by eod. No hypo whatsoever, which I am going stay on the safe side and assume that it can and will put me hypo if I don’t eat for long enough. I’m not playing with insulin, this shyt isn’t worth dying for, and fat is easy as hell to cut for me anyways so I’ll be eating an absurd amount of carbs.

It's definitely attainable but don't go nuts with the tren sdrol superdrol etc for so long..

Size adrol dbol, muscle mass superdrol. The former two will put on more water

Have you tried Omeprazole for the acid reflux? It’s OTC (Walgreens’s, Walmart, CVS etc...) 1 pill a day, I think it’s like 50 cents per pill.

Labs just checked last month. And they were stellar. Will drop to TRT test-only late October, check labs, reassess for late December. If my lipids or H&H or anything is too far out of range, I’ll have to wait to blast again. This will be the first time I’m using over a gram/week ever, which still doesn’t feel too aggressive, but if I need to stay off longer, I’ll always choose overall health over my goals.

Went to 12iu’s today 10am. 10 was extremely manageable and I don’t intend to make jumps often, but I knew 10 was going to be too easy. I’ll probably stick to 12 all week. Immediately ate 1 uncle bens brown rice package, 40 grams protein via promax/pure protein bars, broccoli and cauliflower rice, 8 oz ham steak. That should get me to lunch.

Thanks. I’m happy about bf but seriously hurting for size after 2017’s layoff. Always better to start bulking good and lean, but fuk it’s a little embarrassing being 45 lbs lighter than January of last year. I’m in there doing 5 reps with my prior 1st warm up set.

Awesome man. I don’t care if you’re 6’5, getting over 200lbs is never easy and us tall guys don’t hold it well so we gotta push for even more size. I’m not happy under 240 but I want aesthetics so I tend to cut before I go all out and bulk.

When I was 17, I took a weight training class and got a subscription to muscle and fitness. I was 160lb skateboarder. By the time I was 20, I was 210, 100% natural, aNd I’ve never again been under 210 except for boot camp. 16 years ago. I’ve been huge, huge and fat, huge and lean, skinny and fat, skinny and skinny, lean and somewhat muscular, but I feel like it’s the right time since I don’t need to pct anymore , to be 260 and ripped af. I don’t care what gets in the way of this goal, I’m accomplishing it, and I’m going to compete just one time... I love this sport and I’ve followed it for 20 years. I’ll regret not competing just one time. And I could care less if I’m too big and too ripped for Men’s Physique, and come in dead last, I want to look amazing and have pictures to show my grandkids someday...

Kidding aside, my days of longer, heavier cycles and stacking methyls are likely in the rearview. As I get older, my long-term health is now the priority, especially my HPTA. So, I live vicariously through cycle logs like this. I'm actually fine with 1 mild 8 week cycle per year before/during summer. Just enough to get me looking smexy.

Who knows what the future holds, though.

Hell yea! Go for it brotha! Looks like you've got a great plan laid out. Going for the big gains like that is what's fun. I was able to put on 60 lbs this year, a little fat at the last couple months so cuts aren't like yours at all. But it's fun to plan, fun to go f!kn nuts with the eating and training, and when it's over to be exhausted and just hang on to everything lol

I am sure you can obtain your goal weight. But my question is why gain all the weight just to immediately cut?? It seems counter productive. Physique is more into being shredded than extra mass at the moment.

I feel like the guys up there over 6 foot look ridiculous without the size. It carries differently for me being tall, and I definitely don’t want to hold all that weight for much time at all. Just need a good hunk of clay to mold if that makes sense. Cause once I start cutting I’d rather have too much muscle than not enough. And for me, it is ridiculously easy to cut when I’ve got a lot of muscle on me, like don’t need cardio much at all-easy. Also, I really don’t care if I win at all, just want to look great and no way I can do open bodybuilding with my legs, too much injury and I’ll never have the size, but I’ll dwarf some 40 year olds on MP! I’d rather be bigger and just as lean since it’ll look better to me in the pics.

I'm hoping to avoid TRT but if the time comes, maybe the hair will have all fallen out by then as well. That way I can enjoy the good stuff without the worry of losing my pretty, long flowing locks.

Ya, my hairline blows. I wear a lot of RVCA hats and just deal with it. I traded visible veins for hair.

I started losing hair way before I ever put any AAS in my body. In another year or 2 just gonna shave it bald.

I’m still hanging on and working with it. I know when to call it a day though. Still can pull off something of a fauxhalk/high and tight that I’m assured by my gf works better than shaving it, but if I lose another inch on my hairline, It’s gone for good.

I can see this including a lot of food, lol.
Have you noticed any mild hypo at all?

Not in the slightest. Although any time I’m not completely full, I’ll have some gummy worms or something. No fat gain whatsoever but I’ve read it sneaks up on you as you gain muscle.

Technically, Lantus is for bulking, but it’s really the only insulin you can NOT eat on. You really are not supposed to go hypo on it, but like anything else, with low enough food intake or high enough dose, I’m sure you could. Of course while learning how to use it, I’ll respect it, and take in adequate carbs, but as I get comfortable with it, I’ll be slowly testing my boundaries. It’s really supposed to come on so slow that you have literally hours to manage it, you’ll get hungry etc, so I doubt it’ll ever happen. Novolin, I was fine one second, and the next, I was pouring sweat and shaking like crazy. This will never happen on Lantus.

Im in! Once i get some personal issues taken care of and cleared up im gonna be joining you in the jacked af upper 200's. You wont ever be seeing me stepping on that stage though. Maybe the PL platform or strongman but i would feel too awkward up on stage flexing for people. I wouldnt be able to handle all that attention

It’s probably important to note: I am just barely borderline prediabetic. I’m consistently 99-101 and have been for years. Whether that means I’ll have diabetes in 5 years or 40, I don’t know. But it’s more likely that I’ll have less fat gain and easier time not going hypo on Lantus. It also means I can be more aggressive with dose. But I’m not using GH or peptides; so I want to get a good boost in muscle gain without putting fat on. I’ve done this long enough to know no matter what, putting muscle on too fast won’t ever yield good quality long term gains, so I’m patient with dosage and gains. I don’t care if you are on the best gear gh and insulin on earth, if you put 40lbs on in a month, you’ll keep 5-10 if you’re lucky and will be fat too.
*****A DOSE THAT I CAN PERSONALLY WORK UP TO WILL BE VERY DIFFERENT THAN SOMEONE THATS 165lbs AND HAS A FASTING BG OF 70.*****

Pretty sure you will need a prescription if you go this route.

Unfortunately, no. And not all pharmacies will do OTC. WalMart does offer Novolin R and N, I believe with no questions asked in most states. I feel there’s is little value in N; as you are taking risk of hypo for up to 12 hours. R isn’t even that much better at being quite active for over 6 hours. However, if you are diligent and prepared, you can time this by taking it up to 2 hours preworkout(If you’re like me and workout after work) and it also requires the slin shake(sugar, creatine, bcaa’s, etc etc) during training and needing to have 400grams of dextrose or simple sugars within arms reach for the6-7 hours you are on it. This leaves the black market and Craigslist which I’ve found is much much easier to obtain the better insulins:

FAST: Novolog, Humalog, Apidra
SLOW: Lantus or Levemir

I like Lantus since I can relax and just slowly put on size without worrying.

I like faster acting for the amazing pumps and instant gains you’ll get and maximizing the “workout window” I kid you not, it’s like your pump after training doesn’t subside on a good dose of fast acting slin. The gains seem immediate.
Downside: it’ll kill you super quick. If your stomach is growling, you’re likely in trouble. You CANNOT let your stomach get empty. Keep carbs in you every 1.5 hours.

I just can’t even consider spending anymore on this. I typically spend $200 every payday on gear. Maybe that’s not a lot, but I just bought a new house, have 2 car payments and pay a grip in child support. I may get some CJC w/wo DAC with MK-677, but it’ll depend on if I really feel I need it for synergy and decreased bf. It may be in the cards, but it’s only a financial decision for me, otherwise I’d be all over growth with slin.
