DAY 5
I went to bed last night a hour and half before my regular work day bedtime, fell asleep very quickly and slept thru till wake up time without getting up to pee[when I got up I must have pee'ed for a good 5 minutes]...felt very refreshed this morning after getting some quality sleep.
weight workout went about normal, no extra pump or strength was noted...again, I got that endorphin high very quickly on the treadmill and cardio was well above normal before starting K1NGSLAYER. I felt my endurance at work after workout was improved also, the day went quickly.
ok, the increased appetite hit me today, even after eating my 'normal' lunch I was still hungry, didn't have anything extra healthy so I ate a snickers bar-still felt hungry...when I got home 1st thing I did was pop 2 caps k1ngslayer and eat!!! not so patiently waiting for dinner, will probably eat again before then....I hope I don't get fat!!!!!!!!!!!!
That increased appetite is something I'm concerned about. As you can tell from my handle I can eat most everything in sight without help!
Good feedback so far and results seem good, i feel 2+ weeks will allow for more of an assessment to be made in terms of improvements with workout performance.

I started k1ngslayer at a very lean 184-i am 6'1....I've decided to let it ride and not fight the hunger, if I gain 10lbs and some of it is fat I know how to get rid of it...I've always had success with Olympus labs products, so i'm going to enjoy these 2 months and not worry about it.
I hope it’s okay for me to chime in thebigt. The Hunger kicked in big time for me last night at supper. I took the KS a full 30 minutes prior with water. Holy balls! I smashed two giant plates of rice and ground beef smothered in salsa and hot sauce. 15 minutes later I still didn’t feel satiated so I smashed 2 peanut butter/banana/honey sandwiches. Still wasn’t enough. Followed that with a pb&j and a cinnamon sticky bun protein shake mixed with whole milk. At least 3k calories and I was very full but not miserable. No indigestion at all:head:
Just to clarify, you always train fasted in the morning...wether it be weight training, cardio, or both. Then you take 2 KS and have a post workout meal...or at least some food. In other words, you have never taken a dose of KS on an empty stomach and then proceeded to lift or do cardio right?

Given that, I assume the KME has made a cumulative impact on your endurance when it comes to your cardio sessions as opposed to an acute effect. I find that interesting, particularly this soon!
I am fully expecting kme to have more effect on me at months away from 60 than younger guys[at least according to my research]I am looking for this to be a fun ride!!!
So is there data on some variance of effect for different age groups? Or are you just saying that younger age groups are typically known to have higher stamina/endurance than older age groups, and therefore would not particularly notice a dramatic difference?
I am sure that I dream, but I rarely remember dreaming.
