Just tried NuGo's peanut butter chocolate baked cookie. Total macros per package is 16 g protein, 18 g fat, 400 cals. 2 servings per cookie. Protein source is pea protein, and also has chicory root fiber. Rather unimpressive tasting as the cookie part is not sweet enough and texture is a bit "bready"?

TRX suspended crunches 3x10, first time I'm trying these. Takes a bit to get used to the set up and movement, but the crunch movement seems to target the abs well.

Also meant to say that I'm currently at 171.5# and 2 weeks into Vector. Surprised that the hunger never really hit for me, although I'm dosing with meals mostly.
 
Im glad the hunger didnt hit ya too hard. It hands down had me wondering if there was a hole in my stomach.

Had a ONE birthday cake bar the other day. Flavor was a bit more like a lemon flavored cake, a bit artificial. There's also something in the bar that gives off a slight crunch / crystallized texture within the rest of the smoothness of the bar. Had some multicolored sprinkles baked into the icing coating though, that was a nice touch. This is my second ONE bar, and I'd have to say I'm not a huge fan due to the artificial taste of their flavors.

With all the travel I've been doing lately, I've started grabbing Perfect Bar Peanut Butter for a snack on the go. You can find them in any Starbucks in the refrigerated case, so it's always readily available and it's a 17 g protein whole food bar. Protein from peanut butter, milk powder, rice powder and egg whites. Taste is good too.

Not happy with my current shape, so it's time to kill this dad bod! Planning on a recomp stack that consists of:

Chaos & Pain Pre-dat-or (GDA)
Hi-Tech ECA Xtreme Stack (not actually true ECA, it's a high stim DMAA fat burner)
Neogenix Supremacy (test booster w/ forskolin)
Muscle Addiction Eradicate (arimistane, continuing to keep anti-cortisol in from previous stack)

Not sure what I'll use pre-WO/intra yet, likely BodyForge 2.0 stim free pre and RISE until it runs out intra.

Also picked up a 5.5# of MuscleTech Whey Gold Churros flavor while it was on sale. Not a bad flavor, cinnamon/vanilla. Not ground breaking in terms of flavor, but solid taste.

Weight on Tuesday was 170.5#, 16.4% BF. A bit dissappointed as over 3 months of work I'm basically back to where I started (went up ~3.5#, then came back down). Let's see if we can do better! Been going on almost daily morning walks with the fam. Need to get a fan for the basement with this heat wave we've been getting lately.

Also ordered from ZOO for my first Vicious Labs order. Can't wait to give his products a shot. The Alchemist stack plus Daft Pump should be a good addition to my cut stack.

Looking back through my log, I said in the new year I'd be happy to stabilize around 170 a little slimmer. Well, I'm back to 170 after a bit of a bulk, so if I can just drop some excess BF during this next go round I should consider that a success. Guess that's why I write this all down...

Not a super high carb meal, but probably moderate for a 1 cap serving of the GDA. Did not experience any hypo symptoms prior to eating. Tagging pyrobatt and BloodManor for thoughts on dosing as I continue.

Will be easing my way into this stack, starting with just 1 cap each today or Pre-da-tor and Supremacy (the forskolin is rough on the stomach). Will be full dosing the Eradicate, 1 cap 3x daily. Won't be starting ECA Xtreme until probably Monday, we'll see.

I have noticed 1 cap is fine for 95% of meals I consume. The only time I use 2 caps is when I’m having a cheat meal with 100-150+ grams of carbs.

I have noticed 1 cap is fine for 95% of meals I consume. The only time I use 2 caps is when I’m having a cheat meal with 100-150+ grams of carbs.
Good morning! Well, I just housed a full plate of breakfast here at the Sheraton: Eggs, bacon, sausage, apple stuffed pancake, mini cheese danish, mini donut, dannon blueberry yogurt, home fries, and a cup of coffee. Took 1 cap of Pre-da-tor post-meal. We'll see if that kicks in to help utilize those carbs, haha! Don't worry, I'm not really on my cut/recomp just yet, lol.

Thanks! Definitely interested in how the Alchemist stack treats me. The KSM-66 is a nice addition, since I'm already using that stand alone I won't have to order separately again too.
 
Got my VL Alchemist stack in, which consists of Necrosis (non-stim fat burner) and Necropolis (hormone optimizer). These will replace 2 products for me, as Necropolis contains 600 my of KSM-66 which I've been taking daily, and Eradicate / arimistane. Also Necropolis includes 6-paradol, which should be a good addition to my stack.

Necrosis contains 3,5,diiodo for additional metabolism benefits, and I'm curious to see if the menthol helps any. I haven't seen this in other supps. Maybe Sparkss can chime in here with info?

Weight this AM was 172#, so this will be the start. Went for a morning run to kick things off right. Previous runs last week were just warm ups.

Been slowly increasing my doses of Supremacy, up to 3x per day with meals and so far no stomach issues. Same with Pre-da-tor. I had jumped straight into 3x daily with both Necrosis and Necropolis.

First dose today of Daft Pump! Tub was super full when I opened it and had to be careful when digging out the scooper and moisture packet. Powder smelled great (like cherry/razz), but flavor was disappointingly old school fruit punch.

I'm surprised you got a fruit punch vibe from it... I certainly didn't. I suppose that would be up to the individual user. I usually do a full scoop before training with a half scoop during training. Haven't had any issues with it.

x2 on hydration. Proper water intake plays a big role in pump acquisition too ;) Keep grinding, Seg!
 
Finally cracked my tub of MAN IsoAmino creamer coffee bliss, french vanilla. Followed the instructions and put 1 scoop in my coffee... Holy sweetness! Way too sweet for a cup. Kinda ruined my coffee to be honest. I'm thinking a half scoop at most. The Solution Wonder how this stuff would taste just on it's own?

Quick weight update, weighed in this AM at 167.5#, which is down 4.5#! Crazy. Now I expect to be back up come Monday, as I'll be celebrating my birthday and going on vacation until Wednesday. But will try not to go too ham!

i always tell people to start with 1/4th scoop to 1/2 scoop in 8-12oz of coffee. Its very heavily flavored. You used way too much.
You can use it in water on its own. Its a BCAA

Saw someone on here doing 2 scoops of Daft Pump! So I went with 1.75 this morning, paired with 1 scoop AminoLift, 1/2 scoop of WMS.

1 tablet ECA Xtreme pre. About 2 weeks in on my current stack and it's been going well so far, even with some extra caffeine (AM coffee or light pre), but that evening crash is killer. Around 7 PM post dinner I'm ready for bed.

Well, not quite a full 2 weeks in, but down a pound so far. Initially I dropped a ton of water weight, which came back. Again, it's not true ECA, but it's a DMAA + caffeine product. Also PEA alkaloids and synephrine, so high stims. Does have ephedra leaves and white willow bark, but the main thing in these formulas are the heavy stims.
 
Slammed 2 scoops Daft Pump, 1 tablet ECA Xtreme pre. 1 scoop RISE intra. The pump was real today!

Ive been searching for a 1,3 DMAA product or REAL replacement and nothing really compares. Ive never had BP issues or anxiety but have read it from others. Im glad you aren't seeing those.

Got myself a new set of TRX straps and cant wait to work in some of your exercises.

Nice! I honestly love the TRX. Great for warm up or finishers.

Yeah, for me nothing has touched DMAA in terms of pre-WO effectiveness. Everything that has come since was either too dirty, or not as strong. Not a huge fan of these pre's that are doing such heavy 1 scoop caffeine doses of 350-450 mgs either.

Weight today was 170# (-1.0#). So down another pound since last week, and down 2 since the start. Steady. Honestly, a bit dissappointed that the weight isn't dropping quicker, given that I'm also running again and am taking a GDA.

Another 2 scoop session, Daft Pump + 1 scoop AminoLift + 1/2 scoop WMS.

Been a little inconsistent lately. Generally though I'm stable with morning meals, snack, and evening. It's the lunch / dinner meals that are tougher, since I go with ease or what my wife cooks up!

Breakfast: Oats + PB, whey shake
Lunch: Example, today was 1/2 packet of ancient grains & rice, 1 tuna pouch, handful of grapes
Snack: Protein bar or low-fat greek yogurt
Dinner: Example, tonight was whole wheat quesadilla (chicken breast, skim mozarella cheese, black beans, salsa, plain Greek yogurt)
Pre-bed: Whey shake + 1/2 banana + PB

You and me both! It’s summer. Just celebrated my 4yr anniversary and I’m pretending that weight loss is on my list but it’s like 4th lol. We just gotta keep doing what we can. I am adding cardio back in at 5x a week.

I personally liked using before bed, I train at night and have carbs around my workouts, I take an hour after my last carb meal before I hit the hay. Really saw a difference in the morning, no bloat, pretty dry look. Then I would take throughout the day anytime away from training with carb meals.

Man your lucky. I haven't had too much success with ********. Its a shame too as I was stoked about it but I think my guts just different.

Doing 1 cap, 3x daily - either slightly pre, or with a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner typically).
 
Yeah the formula is sick, that's the thing about gdas though, they sometimes can be hard on the stomach.

ooo got you. Sorry misread that. Yeah I'm not sure as everyone is different, but it sucks it didn't work for you. I don't really take with meals, I take before bed and sometimes in the am fasted to help with my insulin sensitivity. I do all my carbs Peri workout.
 
Well, be good all week and then you can destroy all of the effort with one weekend of gluttony. Regained 2# after hosting a beer & BBQ. Just shows that one wrong turn with diet can derail you.

Trying to get rid of some of my supp stash, and have a more focused workout, so used a scoop of 1MR Vortex, to my normal 1 scoop AminoLift, 2 scoops Daft Pump, 1/2 scoop WMS.
 
Monday's workout was cardio plus legs. Today's workout hitting arms. Finished up my bottles of VL Necrosis/Necropolis and WMS, will have about 2 days left of my ECA Xtreme stack. A little longer on this 2nd bottle of Predator.

Might be time for another mental break. How do you guys keep positive and motivated year round?
 
For me I go ahead and make a list of all the things that have come my way this year. STARTING with the bad. The way I see it in the last 8 months what has come into play that you have willed to happen. Whats happened just because its life.

Now right out all the good! This list should always overshadow the bad. Since these two steps are done how can we push the positives from good into the lives of those around us.

Training is no different. We have days, seasons, and goals. Everything should be pushing towards something bigger and better. Take a bit to refocus and there is still 4 months left to make something happen. Whether it be in terms of strength or well being our regime should always directly total wellness.
