Lol yeah ok.

Dinner was a rush job as I’d made a rash decision to run to the gym (5k) before training for 90mins and then taking a couple of classes and running back (I’d worked this morning and left my house around 2.30pm.

Wife working tonight so had to put the kids to bed hence me throwing 2 venison sausages, a chicken breast, some protein cheese and asparagus in a pan. Cooked it up along with 2 poached eggs and eat alongside a load of salad leaves. Tasted better than it sounds lol

Wow, looks "gourmet'ish" to me! I'll have black beans with smoked pork -but after the gym, still fasting and doing only 1 meal/d.
For me the competition is not over, I'm the fattest from the bunch -have to get leaner.

Yeah comp still running here also, still throwing clen down like it’s candy lol

Hitting 2,500 Cals a day but min 50% protein so given the amount of cardio my carbs are pretty low

Your really close to being jacked af

I'm always close, that is the problem, LOL. Clen is poison for me, giving me arrhythmia and shakes. Have some T3 in the fridge -but I'm still reluctant to try it out.
No wonder you are so lean, doing regular cardio and cutting on carbs. Have to get my azz up and do at least some heavybag daily.

Yeah the running (especially as I do it tasted after dosing all the clen first thing) makes a difference. At 200lbs a 10k run is burning close to 900 Cals according to the various calculators (think they overestimate but it’s a lot). I’m doing that 5 x a week or just less than that so it adds up. They say you don’t need cardio to get lean (and I agree) but I think it makes it easier.....

The carb cutting has been heavier the last 3-4 days as I plateaued- learnt a while back not to use all the tricks too early in the cut, always have somewhere to go to keep the scale moving lol

Strength has dropped but not as much as previous cuts so something is working for sure.

For you? I doubt it as you are very lean already -on the other hand, it gives a metabolic boost, just when metabolism is down.
I'll wait until I see no more changes and fat loss stalls.

T3 is catabolic and should be only run on cycle if you don’t want to risk appreciable muscle loss (or, you know, if you actually have medically diagnosed hypothyroidism lol). Clen is technically anabolic, and while it certainly doesn’t cause growth it is lean-tissue sparing at least.

HGP I think you’re leaner than I am! Not to discourage you from continuing to strive for better, of course, but just sayin’.

Dinner is going to be an essentially carb-free meal, either taco-seasoned ground turkey in a salad or bacon cheddar brats (no training tomorrow morning).

What's strange is, no turkey where I live. When I was visiting US, I always bought turkey I LOVE it! Somehow people here don't appreciate it, no idea why. Same for Greek Yogurt, can't get it here.

Greek yogurt is legit! Love it with some whey protein and berries or pb.

Ground turkey is funky - I have to cook it way before it expires or it gets a smell and taste to it I absolutely can’t stand. But it’s $2.58/lb for 93/7 at Sam’s here so it’s a terrific lean ground meat option.

Two off my absolute staples (I don’t normally eat them together just to be clear - although I’ve mixed lemon zest and olive oil into Greek yog and used it as a side with a spicy turkey mince before).

Only if on cycle otherwise no you will lose too much muscle.

I have found that adding in Dales Low sodium Marinade takes almost all of that away. I actually love turkey patties or burgers made with it. Some of my family prefers it over beef now... :O

We get the ones from Sam's too but I put them directly into the deep freeze and pull out when it is time to cook and not before. We just cook the entire 2.5lbs at once every time anyway...

I was going to say you can make some nice sauces with the greek yogurt that might change your mind.

Last nights dinner was borracho bean soup mixed with some low fat red beans and rice with abut 4 oz of sirloin added in.

Lunch today is very similar, just lower carb, - 8oz sirloin fajita meat mixed in 1 cup refried beans with hot sauce and a little cheddar cheese.

The Heinz sugar-free has 1g carb per serving and tastes way better anyway than traditional sweeter ketchup. It’s important for someone watching carbs, but for me it just tastes better and is better for me.

I see this all the time and I always jump in because I feel it is way too much of a blanket statement. For some small percentage of people it may be very catabolic. But it is way way way overblown - I think for the same reason people fear muscle loss during a diet - T3 obliterates glycogen stores and during the first week or two on it your strength will drop fast, but then the declines stop and you can still continue to get stronger from that lower point, and once you carb back up the strength comes back. You will be flat and weaker while on it...but it isn't actual muscle loss for .ost people.

Now...I dont respond to anything really and T3 is no different. I've run it up to 200 mcg/day and even then I barely noticed a thing. First time I thought I got junk. But I've used 3 pharma quality sources.

I will say that at around 25-50 mg I do wonder if it aids recovery and might even be anabolic a little...but I'm not sure I really mean that

I heard it may be catabolic for already lean people , not for fatties like me. Gonna try it in a few weeks.

Yeah....that would make more sense as well. If you have a severe enough caloric deficit and not enough fat stores, you will burn muscle for energy of course. But it isn't like it just rips you up like people seem to think.

I would like to add muscle cells are like fat cells. they do not die. They just shrink once you add proper stimulus, ie calories-- which you have to consime a lot more now with t3 in your system--, they will go back to their biggest size and strength quite fast.

It take very extreme circumstances to kill fat or muscle cells. Also the body will truly kill fat cells before muscle. Although it tends to shrink, ie use gylcogen and amino acids, from muscle before it does fat cells.

So dont concern yourselves with losing muscle, because you wont.

Once you get where you want to be on your cut and go back to a more normal diet, ALL your muscle WILL come back very fast.

Yep I’ve found this, strength dropped off initially and has stabilised nicely while weight is still decreasing.......

I've been tempted to pick up some Clenbuterol, but the sides always change my mind. What are your thoughts on Albuterol? Or Cardarine? hairygrandpa? HIT4ME?

Honestly, this may be a little emotional more than logical, but I've never used it and it scares me just a bit.

Why? Mostly because of the heart issues and I to try to keep in mind that health and a long life IS a factor in what I am doing.

But logically, T3 has heart issues too and I've dabbled with that.

I think really what it is, is that I dont really enjoy stims. I actually can tolerate large doses of many stims. At one point 1 gram of caffeine literally had no effect on me. I barely feel ephedrine. But once I cross the threshold where I DO feel it, I hate the feeling. The jitters, over excitability, watery mouth, stim dick - just doesn't do it for me.

I think the reports of shaky hands and heart palpitations just sounds uncomfortable to me...which is probably strange because I've used plenty of things that cause discomfort.

Plus, you down regulate receptors and have to do short cycles, etc. - ephedrine just seems like less of a hassle. Of course if I tried it and fat fell off, that may change.

A lot of people were doing clen in tropicals, like the evomuse Supernova - and I have seriously considered that because it should keep the effects localized.
 
My thoughts exactly Jeff. When you get to a certain age, you start taking the aide effects a little more seriously. Or at least I do. I'm at the point where I'm really weighing the risk vs reward on a lot of things.

But on the other hand, if it really melts the fat off................

If i was gonna try clen it would probably be in helios. Have you ever looked into that? Ive heard the sides are much more manageable that way. If youve never looked into it, its a clen/yohimbine injectable mixture. Injected sub-q its supposed to be very could for spot reduction
 
I have used Clen once, and same for my gf after I had vetted it. I used only 40-50mcg and my gf only 20. I am not exaggerating when I say I have never seen anything produce such a profound difference in fat loss in conjunction with a sensible diet - these are just the bare starter doses for respective genders, and the tremors are manageable but very real. I cannot imagine someone taking 160mcg, or it being necessary.

Get your diet locked in and try a month of 40mcg/day with no other stims near the Clen dosing. If you can tolerate the shakes, you will be amazed. But it is truly a competition prep drug and I don’t recommend it for someone who just wants to drop 5lbs.

I’m currently using clen at 140 a day (I have a high stim tolerance) with ketotifen.

Honestly the shakes are quite enjoyable and I’ve no issue with the sides (everything in my lifestyle and diet is nailed down which gives me comfort).

I carry a disproportionate amount of my bf sub q as that’s the last to go and I never went into single digits previously. I wouldn’t say I’m seeing it melt off but I am seeing it come off and I’m getting crazy lean. I’m having to work hard for it though....

I’ve also been using eca in the weeks inbetween clen and imo not as effective at all

I use cardarine sparingly after oral cycles, when cruising, to up HDL. For fat loss it has no impact for me. Never tried albuterol.

I have a difference stance are cardarine then most. I think it is VERY effective, IF it is used in conjunction with other items. Such as on cycle with t3 (and maybe clen) I think it can work wonders. Especially if diet is right. I used it while on some metformin and results were GREAT. However, I had to discontinue my use of cardarine while using metformin. This was due to the fact that it sent me hypo often. Never had on issue on metformin alone or cardarine alone, but something about the combo did it a LOT.

Yeah...stuff like this makes me want to buy needles and equipment. But I guess that's another thing - I am not always smart. I try to be cautious, but I feel like once I got comfy with injecting, I would be doing all kinds of things that I probably shouldn't.

Injectable vitamins, curcumin, clen, t3, test...I'd just inject it all.

Now I want to try Cardarine too.

I was wondering, what would happen. If you went low dose Clen with Ephedrine, Caffeine, Yohimbine (alpha for me) and asprin? Like 20 mg. Clen or sumn. Could be a ride.

There is actually an injectable drug FDA approved for fat loss. It's only approved for use in the chin, but should work anywhere. Its spendy though.

Injectable clen is way better than oral, I've only used in IM but much smoother and less sides. Shorter action also.

kybella is the FDA approved injection and it works great for spot reduction. However, it's expensive as sh!t. Also not something you want to get on the grey/black market. As if it's fake, youll end up looking like those gross old celebrities that had to much plastic surgery.

Another that DOES work is cool sculpting, but expensive as hell.
 
Clen lasts for days and days - whether you feel it or not, it continues acting for some time in the body.

This is why the 2 weeks on/ 2 off doesn’t make any sense to me - the half life is like 2 weeks or something crazy. You’re still on it all that time.

This says the half life is much shorter, but I can tell you it will pop on a PED doping test for waaaaaay longer.

This article also has BS comments about the supposed anabolism, but has nothing to back it up. I also take issue with the 2 on/2 off method being the only advised scheduling - he just basically says “Do it this way, because I said so.” Thanks ?
