I bet. But the burn doing that would make me sh1t myself.

I felt like I was holding back on the leg workout (knees acted up a bit), so I had to torture the quads a bit. The burn was great!
 
Lol...i meant each two legged extension rep. That's an impressive burn to sustain for 8 reps if you were at failure after 8. I would have been screaming.

Having doms in the neck muscles is something new to me. Will keep training neck religiously.

You should try using the panoramic feature on your phone... You may have to take 2 of them and merge them together still but it should get the job done! :nutkick:

Get your neck swole....And if by chance your ever in a 3rd world country and get blown through a wall head first, you may break your neck but you will survive.... Or so I heard
 
Wish I could find the machine we had in HS, and College. It was a metal box that mounted to the wall and moved forward, backward, and side to side to workout your neck. Can't find it anywhere, but everyone has these fancy neck machines now a days
 
Gym

Today was minimum rest, quick reps, moderate weights until crying in tears.

Deadlifts, one armed rows, Hex press, Incline Press, cable chest and reverse grip seated rows.

Now I'm toast. Tomorrow is: Neck, Traps, Arms

Looking better with a sturdy neck. Don't wanna look like a gay ballet dancer with a swan neck.
 
I just measured mine. I lost an inch. Came in at 16" tonight. Time to get back to neck work again.

Those metal box you mentioned sounds interesting! At my gym is no machine for neck, have to invent stuff. The doms were real after the first time.
Your neck still looks proportional better than mine.

I might just build one it was a square box, had drop down handles to hold on to and a swivel pad inside that you put your head into and leaned into forward, backward, and side to side, and was mounted to the wall

That's an awesome idea! Fiddling with rubber bands or a harness is really sh1tty.

Everytime I do that it goes to the app. For some reason on my phone I can no longer see it in browser view. It just goes straight to the app. Even if I go to google and hit open in browser view it goes straight to the app. Lol

What frustrates me more is, that neck exercises consume a lot of time. Its 4 exercises x 3 sets = 12 sets total. For some, that would be a whole workout day. Have to make my gym sessions longer to get those in. Rotator cuff is the same dilemma, also 12 sets.
