Blast: Trestolone Acetate + Testosterone + Superdrol + LGD / Hairygrandpa blowing up!

Use hpgs turmeric combo along with cayenne pepper extract and ginger extract(make sure its standardozed gingerols and zingerones).

Also if you can afford it i would also add longvida for high absorption curcumin as well.

I really cannot recommend cayenne pepper extract enough. It is not only is a very strong anti-inflammatory, it also decreases a neurotransmitters called substance-p. Substance-p is thought to directly signal pain and also is a secondary pathway for inflammation.

It is also good for repairing ulcers, and lowering blood pressure and of course fat loss. I sometimes use a strong extract from Swanson. I had one of the caps open in my throat once... then I burped... cayenne powder went up and out my nose and lit me up like pepper spray. I haven't given it another shot since then... PTSD I guess. I need to start back on it though.

The best dosages for cayenne is as much as you can handle 3 times a day. If that's 100mg then great if that a 1gram thats even better. Just dose that amount 3 times a day and slowly increase dosage as you build a tolerance to the side effects(the benefits never go away). Ginger I'm not sure off the top of my head. I'll look that up and tell ya
 
For ginger it looks like 2grams of a good extract is the dosage. However, this on seems that whole ginger powder is better. If you can get for cheap I would take 14-16grams of whole ginger powder. Not only was that dose insanely effect for arthritis but numerous of other ailments.

The dosage is usually to low to notice anti-inflammatory benefits. Just depends on the product, but did you ever notice changed in arthritis while on it?

I can't say I have noticed any pain relief, I do take it 3 times a day not sure of the dosage, I will check when I get home.
 
My wife has half of my body weight, she takes 1 heaped teaspoon in a glass of milk + 1 pill Bioperine, all before bed. I would take 2 spoons.
It's not a magical cure, more like a substitute for NSAID's with extra benefits. I would say it is as strong as 300mg ibuprofen, without the sides. It takes at least 6 weeks to show effect, be patient.

The only milk I drink any more is in my coffee in the morning (moderately lactose intolerant). Any issues with dosing the turmeric in a cup of (hot) coffee?

You just need to add fats to help with absorbsion so bullet proof coffee, or coconut oil coffee would probably work well too.

well I take fish oil with my morning coffee/breakfast and use whole milk in my coffee (actually a double shot of espresso w/ whole milk). I do have some coconut oil pills that I can take, but stopped dosing those more than once a day. The fish oil is 3 times a day (once w/ each major meal). :)

I wouldn't take your fish oil on an empty stomach, or as a solo fat source with no other nutrients. It gets burned for energy before it has a chance to enact some of it's other benefits if you don't have other substrates for it to use for energy. Why not just have a tablespoon of EVOO in the morning with it.

Other than fish oil I recommend against buying any capped source of fats, they are entirely too expensive in that form. Just keep Coconut, olive, red palm, avacado, and Ghee / butter around and you can just spoon a little out and shoot it or mix it in the coffee.

How are you joints doing? I do recall you have shoulder issues with benching. Also I just posted a new log so it keeps me on track and I can ghost follow people then post randomly out of the blue like always lol.

If have a good article about sh!t that helps this. Ill have to dig it up again as its been a while. But s it has a but of things that are great for this(most of which were actually design for the elbow) and you arent afraid of injecting experimental sh!t so win win

Look into #2 and #3 as they helped my elbow. It wasn't too effective in my shoulders but work magic in the elbows. This could be because the complexity of the shoulder, or the difference of problems (Bursa sac issues, ie mild calcification and lots of inflammation in the elbow. Wheras the shoulder was torn ligaments), or just the severity of the injuries. Idk but I can it they worked great on my elbow

Yeah, eq is pretty awesome if you just want to slowly add dense muscle on a longer cycle with very low sides. It's a feel good kind of thing.

Yesterday at the gym, while doing heavy bag, a hot Korean chick asked me if I would like to train her in boxing.

Like my manager is in his 70s and he is the horniest person ive met, and always pulls the cleverist ways to get girls to bend over or give him hugs or something. I find they have a nice synergy but i keep my deca low enough to line the joints without a lot of the negative sides
I really want to run a cycle of eq deca mast. No test. something like 800mg eq 500mg mast 400mg deca. Its a lot of total gear and i get the whole stigma of no test no cycle but i dont buy that.

That would be a nice run. You have everything covered there. I don't think you need test for that to be a nice effective run.
