I didn't told here that I had two apprentices in the meanwhile, both got lost after a week, LOL. I swear I didn't pushed them too hard -but both were undisciplined puzzies.
The new one is always 10min early in the gym, eager to train....I'm the one feeling the pressure now. :)

Gym

Today was "pump it up" day. Every set to 80%, never to failure.

Too lazy to write it down. Just take my word for it, it was exhaustive.
Here we have two holidays + I have 2 extra days off for particular reasons. Total 4 days off.
Will use the break for healing my elbow and my beat up penis.

HairyOP, wow that turmeric/milk concoction has done the trick. Ive tried various sh1t to help with the ster0n spots and nothing worked like the turmeric. Cleared most of it in 3 weeks and no new up-and-comers. Cheers brah

Seriously? You mean it cleared your acne? Awesome! Theoretically, you could now stop taking it and do a pre-cleanse with HIBICLENS before showering, twice a week. I would do this for at least a month, then stop using everything to see if its gone for good. I have a complete "bro"-theory about staphylococcus colonization and my findings to get rid of MRSA/Acne. On the other hand, if you stay on the turmeric/milk combo, it may help to fight off any inflammatory processes in future.
My wife is taking it for slight Arthrosis in her hip, as I predicted, it will take at least 6 weeks to see effects. 7 weeks have past and the pain is gone, she will stay on it forever now.

By self experiments and reading, I know many "cures" to a lot of illnesses, feel free to ask me anything -if you are in the mood for a self experiment. :)
 
Yes, serious. Ive tried everything short of Rx stuff. It could be a combination of the turmeric plus other stuff Ive been taking, but I can say with near certainty that the turmeric made the difference.

Im reluctant to stop lol, Im on a good thing here.I dont get acne too bad, like not major outbreaks, but like 2-4 spots in the "oh he obviously on te roidz!" places. Otherwise my skin is clear and clean. So it sticks out like a red flag.

Ah, I see. It's acne due to increased sebum production in relation to roids, not a big "staph-colonization" problem then. Now that you are free of pimples, you should get puzzy easily again. :)

My wife has half of my body weight, she takes 1 heaped teaspoon in a glass of milk + 1 pill Bioperine, all before bed. I would take 2 spoons.
It's not a magical cure, more like a substitute for NSAID's with extra benefits. I would say it is as strong as 300mg ibuprofen, without the sides. It takes at least 6 weeks to show effect, be patient.

Turmeric is a beast of a supplement. It’s that beneficial I feel like it should be given out with the daily piece of fruit at schools.

I’ve got a prolapse disc between l4 & l5 (had it 4 years), I used to take painkillers daily, started with turmeric and very rarely feel it now (only when I overdo it on deads). Haven’t taken pain killers for anything in over 3 years (actually that’s a lie, I did take a couple after I had the snip but that’s it)
 
I may have to include it in my next supplement order, I take 4-6 advil a day.

I hope you’re eating 4 caps of TUDCA/day too. My mom’s liver looks like an alcoholic’s from Tylenol usage.

HGP, what is the milk doing that the turmeric & bioperine can’t do alone? Also any reason you take it before bed, other than preference?

My limited experience with turmeric is nothing short of impressive. It is a true anti-inflammatory. I should order more for me and the lady.

He is using whole milk because the high fat is supposed to help with absorption if I remember correctly. Although mono and poly saturated fats might even be better if it needs to bind with the fat.

MrKleen73 answered it. Besides, the milk masques the taste pretty good. I experimented with lecithin+turmeric first, milk is way more convenient.

No, I don't take TUDCA, I used to eat about 8 aspirin a day, but I switch to Advil.

Sounds like you need to switch to HG’s turmeric milk combo. Rocketman, that amount of Advil can’t be good in the long term.

I do know that it affects hormone levels.

I really cannot recommend cayenne pepper extract enough. It is not only is a very strong anti-inflammatory, it also decreases a neurotransmitters called substance-p. Substance-p is thought to directly signal pain and also is a secondary pathway for inflammation.
