Superdrol and Lgd log.

Yeah with hindsight I should have stayed at 10mg. Felt great during the first week and should have only upped it if gains stopped coming.
 
I’ve ran SD half dozen times and the only time I didn’t feel like shyt by week 3 was when I was 26 and ran it for the first time. And the ONLY time I have NOT bumped it up to 20mg was the last time at 38 years old, and I probably would have, (even already knowing it’s never worth it) if I hadn’t specifically saved 30 tabs for a low dose last run. I always think “this time’s different” “I want even more of those SD gains” and I regret it week 4 when I literally have no appetite. Insane what that drug can do at just 70mg a week.

I'm 50 yo and on 20mg/d, together with trest-ace, LGD and test. BP is going up and urine got darker on day 5. Will cut dosage to 10mg, as soon as more sides are felt.
 
When I did the test/trest/sd combo, the amount of intramuscular water was so ridiculous, I could double my typical water intake and still seem dehydrated with darker urine.

I've had no issues with dark urine on cycle tbh. Although I drink like a gallon and a half of water a day or more.
 
Well started my yohimbine hcl this morning and am pleased to say the stuff is legit. Only took 10mg too. Been struggling to get some since enhanced athlete ran into problems. This stuff is posted from the UK and only took 4 days to get here postage free. 5mg pills too which is awesome. Effects very similar to clen with some noticeable body heat and shaky hands when taken fasted. I'll recalculate my full diet when I have time and repost it but was down a couple of pounds this morning.

Which brand Y Hcl? I've used Evomuse at 3mg so 5mg/cap would be nice.
 
Hey guys just checking in. Still plugging away. Bodyweight 192lbs this morning goes up and down by a couple of pounds here and there but weight staying on at the moment. Happy to stay at this weight not looking to bulk up any more. When I up the calories more it's just not a comfortable amount for me to eat.

Lgd still 12.5mg per day once a day in the morning. Dermacrine 3 pumps in the morning. Still taking support supps, extra vitamin c, d3, joint support and fish oils. Still on mk 25mg every evening.

Started the yhcl in the mornings and walking to work fasted, seems to reduce the water from under the skin and looking a bit dryer.

Still working out but not logging them. Done arms and then a shoulder workout on different days. Still try to get the most out of what weights I have by utilising supersets and pre-exhaustion. I'm not a firm believer of the stronger muscle is a bigger muscle phylisophy. Kevin Levrone has manged to disprove that recently with his legs. I believe more in taking the muscle to failure and feeling the burn but I get that that's a whole other debate (which I think is going on on another thread).

So happy so far. Feel much better off the sd, still feel pumped most of the time and happy with how I look. Worst case scenario is that lgd keeps the weight on then it slowly disappears after pct but if that's the case then at least I know I can use sd to blow up by 14lbs and then keep that weight for a further 15 weeks or so before it's gone which your talking a 3 months then period which is great if I just want to look a certain way for the summer. Im not that interested in growing year on year. I'm no spring chicken I simply enjoy challenges with my body to see what can be done and I hope I help others in the process.
 
Tingly nipples today. Just when I thought everything was gonna be smooth sailing since stopping the superdrol. Things may be getting interesting again!!!
 
Started aromasin today at 10mg. Gonna run it e3d and take it from there. Still feeling good though. 192lbs this morning. Mk is making me cheat a little more on my diet, crisps and chocolate mainly. Not in huge amounts but since I'm not cutting its no biggie as long as I'm getting the important macros in. Will keep an eye on the abs but have to say still enjoying the cycle. Its night and day difference once the sd is ended. Its like I'm taking a multivitamin that keeps me full and pumped all day with the lgd. You don't feel like it's slowly killing you like you do on the sd.
 
So on top of my normal diet I have eaten 4 kit kat chunkys a whole tube of pringles and about 6 large cookies... I think I am going to call today a cheat day. I'm blaming the mk for mental cravings.

Hey guys just checking in. Everything is still going on cycle wise. Lgd seems to want to eat up calories similar to superdrol. After having a couple of cheat days I really stuck to the diet yesterday and after one day weighed 189lbs so probably only had about 3800 calories the day before. How much I eat dictates the size I want to be (kinda obvious I know diet is a huge percentage of our results) I don't think I can keep eating 4000 plus. Don't like how I feel on it. Even dropping 250 cals is the difference between having to force meals down instead of feeling hungry for food so I'm going to stay on the lower end for a while and see what happens. 10lbs above starting weight whilst staying lean was the minimum target so we will see what happens.
 
So because I keep getting cravings for carby snacks from the mk I decided to try dosing in the morning to see if it makes a difference. Its 10 times worse, I've eaten over 1000 calories by 9am and I'm still shaking with cold sweats like I'm hypoglycaemic.
 
The cosmic ballet goes on. Nothing to report. 192lbs this morning. Still working out. Yesterday was arms. Superset flat bench reverse grip Ez bar skullcrushers with standing Ez bar curls. Then superset inclined bench dumbell skullcrushers using a hammer grip with seated inclined hammer dumbell curls.

Everything is fine on the lgd, dermacrine and mk. No side effects to speak of. Possible lethargy but only in the evenings so just feels like being generally tired.
 
So dermacrine ran out this morning. Need to make some decisions especially if I'm continuing for another 6 weeks. Will need more mk regardless as I'm running it through pct and possibly beyond. Will need more lgd as I think I have about 3 weeks remaining. And also will need more dermacrine or possibly was considering epiandro. I could save on the cash and just get the mk and let the lgd run its course and call it a day. I already have my pct on hand. Don't know what the magic touch was with my arm workout the other day but the doms in my triceps are something else. Wasn't lifting heavy was copying a workout I saw from that vintage genetics dude on YouTube.

My wild guess is, by week 8 lethargy and joint aches will cut your cycle short -but lets see how this goes!

Well I don't know if you jinxed it but lethargy is starting to kick in now big time. Possibly not helped by stopping dermacrine. I think I will indeed stop at 8 weeks. Joints are fine though but I do take a joint supplement. I could inject a bunch of cash in to getting epiandro etc. But I think I will call it a day. I'm still working out but very tired so primarily just trying to maintain. I already have pct on hand so I think I'll start this in May. Also need to save for a summer family holiday so would rather do that than blow another load of cash on extending the cycle. I have learned more though which I can apply in the future. I hope anyone who has bothered to read my log has found it informative and I will write a more professional overall summary when the lgd stops.

Well all the gains were made within the first 3 weeks on the superdrol. I am impressed how I managed to gain upwards of 17lbs without increasing waist size. I truly believe the lgd has helped hold it too and possibly could have added more size if I bumped calories to 5000. Obviously I would have gained size anyway with this amount of food but I believe my body composition would be quite different if I had tried naturally. As I enter pct we'll see how much of the nitrogen retention slips away and we'll see what I'm left with. I will still aim to keep calories high.
 
Just to keep folk updated I have ordered some vector to go with my serm for pct since it seems to be a hot topic on other threads just now. Also in case anyone was curious I am not taking aromasin any more, I took 10mg e3d and after the 3rd dose symptoms went away.
 
Still on the lgd at the moment though. No base. Still taking mk but will stop when it's done as I think it's causing too much lethargy (could be lack of a base) and junk food cravings are pissing me off.
 
Heeeey everybody. I'm still here. Yay. Things to update. Getting used to the yohimbine hcl. Upped the dose to 15mg in the morning fasted. Decided mk just screws with me. Have stopped it for three days and have had improved sleep, less lethargy and less urges to eat utter crap. Still on lgd 12.5mg daily. Still working out. Yesterday was shoulders. Looking a bit fatter (blaming the mk although having stopped dermacrine could have played its part. Still 192 lbs this morning so gonna look to tighten up diet a bit and lose a few pounds of bloat, aim to go no lower than 187, hopefully will weigh more. I to last week or so of cycle. Have ordered the mystical vector to run with my clomid in pct. Annoyed by the mk cos I really wanted to get something I could overlap from cycle to pct.
 
Hey again guys just doing my weekly check in. 191lbs this morning. Still on the lgd, no lethargy, taking my mk every other day (probably does nothing like this but I'm not chucking it and have no plans to use it later) nothing much to report. Still working out not trying to break any pbs getting a pump still looking fairly lean. Will check in again next week when I should be starting pct.

So I officially started pct today... I celebrated by eating crap all day. Talk about going about things the wrong way.

I will relog my diet tomorrow to check calories are where they should be.

So Lgd definitely helped hold on to the gains I made with the sd whilst keeping fairly lean. I missed an opportunity to add more size and basically for the last 6 weeks have been cruising (not really pushing myself during workouts) whilst eating the same calories every day pretty much (give or take the odd carb splurge thanks to mk) so in summary I would definitely do this again if I wanted to gain some size in a relatively short period and hold on to it for a month or two. For me this works and I'm happy with how I look.

I think I have been hit by lethargy on the lgd though but it's quite subtle and I think that is why I have lacked drive to make further gains. Its not like the lethargy you get on sd without a base where you feel you have been hit by a freight train from the moment you wake up. It's more like I wake up feeling fine, great some mornings. By 3 pm I'm starting to yawn. By 8 I'm feeling very tired and I work out after that so it's been a challenge to get my **** together.

Possibly should have ran another bottle of dermacrine, that stuff made a huge difference to the sd portion of the cycle compared to when I have tried to run sd solo.

Anyway I hope this has been interesting for some of you. I plan to continue the log through pct and will update any weight drop/fat gain and comp changes I witness. Pct is clomid 50/50/25/25 possibly with a 12.5 after that cos its been a long cycle. Also running nolva at 10mg for 2 weeks simply cos I have it and wanna use it up (im very scientific) and I'm running anabolic triad throughout.

Hopefully my vector will arrive at some point and after pct if I've kept most of my size I will run a new log to let guys see if it's an option for when you are "off"

Anyway that's me just now. I'll check in tomorrow with a diet update and don't forget that Mike ohearn is natty and read your bibles folks!!

Back on the aromasin left nipple feeling sensitive and tingly so pct protocol is 25mg clomid, 10mg nolva and 10mg aromasin eod.

Loving how I'm feeling. See these oral cycles, they drain you, you get lethargy and in the case of sd make you eventually feel like dying. As soon as you start pct natural test boosts and you get a euphoric feeling that is frankly amazing. That doesn't translate to gains or anything but I'm on cloud 9 right now. Possibly a sign of how suppressed I actually am.

I have never done test but I imagine it's the opposite every one talks about how you feel crap in pct and I can only imagine that's because taking actual test boosts your alpha feeling and so pct is a come down from that. But hey it is what it is.

Worked chest yesterday with a quick 30 minute high rep short rest bunch of giant sets. Dumbell flyes into dumbell press into bodyweight dips all with no rest. 1 minute rest between sets. Anyway will check in again soon with bodyweight updates etc.

I hear you. I always feel better after a cycle. Even when on TRT and without PCT, it takes at least 3-5 days to feel "normal" again. With exception of t-bol and maybe anavar, all orals make me feel ill after awhile.

Nice. I play when I can but with job wife kids workouts etc. I only get a chance now and then. Started in the 70s with a pong rip off console then got the commodore Vic 20 in 81 and I was hooked (well my dad got it I was only 6 then)

Nice log bro, exactly the same on pct (right now) - about a week and I started feeling great (although I put that down to gw as last cycle it was 2 weeks into pct I felt good so started the gw a week earlier.)

Incidentally I’d love an unbiased view on vector vs aas. I don’t doubt it works, there’s a pretty strong crowd stating that but what’s the comparison like.....
 
Still no sign on my vector from strong supps that I ordered on the 20th of April.... Won't use them again, shame.
 
So I'm starting to get blurred vision from my clomid. Bad side is I could be causing permanent eye damage but on the plus side at least I know my clomid is legit. Every cloud eh?

What time of the day are you taking it? Had the same issue in the past when taken in morning and then switched to night, just before bed.
 
If you really think the clomid could be causing it then I'd drop the dosage to 25mgs or even 12.5mgs. I'm in my last week at 50/25/25/12.5 and haven't had any issues.
I've used it before in the past and didn't have any issues at the time but would get slight cloudy vision in my right eye from time to time. Can't prove it's the clomid but I know it can cause issues. I am at the start of my second week of pct tomorrow so will lower the dose to 25 so 50/25/25/25 and possibly another week at 12.5 as this has been a long cycle. I also did S4 for 8 weeks last year to help me cut (and loved it) I got the severe night vision issues from that so who knows the effects of that long term? (that's a rhetorical question btw)
 
Weight this morning 193lbs. Happy with that. Need to start deciding what's next after pct. (besides about 8 weeks off). Still no Vector in da howse. May need a plan B. May try some kind of recomp using calories at similar level but throw in a gda, probiotic and combine with vector to see what happens.
 
Hey guys. Interesting today. Worked chest and had a really strong workout.

Bodyweight dips x 5
Bodyweight plus 10kg x 5
Bodyweight plus 20kg x 5
Bodyweight plus 25kg x 8/8/8

Giant sets of feet raised pushups with dumbell flies into dumbell press 22.5kg dumbells x 10/8/6, 10/8/4, 10/8/1

Got a bunch of prosupps stuff, good to be using a preworkout that doesn't taste like ass (sorry OL). Never used Mr Hyde before but always rated their protein. Their intra workout drink tastes great too.
 
Hey again guys that's week 2 of pct done. Just on the 25mg clomid now along with anabolic triad. Nolva is done and I take 10mg aromasin every third day.

Feeling strong (for me). Just did an arm workout which included sets of 12 barbell curls with a 40kg Ez curl bar which is pretty good for me.

Other sups I'm using just now include prosupps whey, hydro amino and Mr Hyde (put this off for so long because it used to be so hyped it became the eye rolling preworkout for people to use but honestly I'm loving it. Tastes great and doesn't sit heavy in the stomach like some of the glycerol loaded products do. But yes I know 2005 called, they want their mr Hyde back.)

Also using redcon 1 double tap in the mornings along with yohimbine hcl and took rpg today with my preworkout meal and loved the result. Meal doesn't bloat you as much which is great preworkout and pumps improved too so win win.
