My initial thoughts on CL white flash. Theres so many variables in this equation that i cant give my honest feedback on it yet. Ive had a few days off from lifting, added stress so more aggression to let out on the weights, angry, all that stuff. But i had the best workout ive had in a while. Energy was great, not too overpowering, flavor was great (they sent me the flavor i wanted without requesting it so that was a win- cherry limeade) pump was good too. And just kept smashing weights and had to force myself to stop cause i had been there too long. Like i said i cant yet attribute all this to the pwo so after ive got a few sessions with it ill let y'all know and ill be posting an official review

Off day yesterday. With all the extra stress and the baby coming and working hard all day ive been just feeling run down so im still training but taking more rest days which is something i dont usually do but right now my body needs it

I admire how you can pull off that many sets of deads AND still do something else. I would be out cold after the deadlifts for 2 days.

Lol thanks. Yeah its rough but its how ive always done it so im used to it. But as i get stronger it gets harder cause doing that many sets of deads that heavy really takes it out of me
 
Smashed arms today. Too lazy to log it. Stress levels are sky high and depression is becoming an issue. Wife and i are fighting all the time. Baby is coming no later than mothers day. Doc wont let her go any longer than that without inducing. So life is just f*cking nuts right now. The gym is the only time i got to feel ok right now

Yeah its not fun. Its not all from just fighting with the wife. Ive got something else going on (rather not go into detail) that could literally set the tone for the rest of my life and none of it looks good right now. Thats the main source of stress and anxiety and depression. Without adding anything on top it would be difficult to handle. But unfortunately thats not the only thing on my plate right now

Was somewhat limited on time, this morning followed the trend of me not being able to catch a break was pulling into the gym parking lot and the cop behind me flipped his lights on and wasted some of my precious lifting time. *******. No ticket, i wasnt speeding, was using my blinkers. Guess i have a taillight out. Just mad he wasted my time

Yeah i already knew that cause i have 4 now lol but it was pretty crazy though she did the whole thing all natural, no pain meds at all. I was impressed

That is impressive! Crazy how they just pop right out. My wife did have an epideral and did one push and out it came. 2nd child. Pretty crazy.

You got to go to the gym after your wife had a baby. My wife would have killed me.
 
Im lucky haha. My mother in law had the other 3 so all my wife had to do was snuggle the little guy and i had a couple days off from work so i was here to help her most of the day
Thats awesome. I was still in the Army so I had 4 days with them and then back to base when my daughter was born
 
Been way too busy with not enough time here... Havent missed any training days but not enough time usually to log it here... Will try to catch the log up tomorrow morning :)

That mommy and baby time is what woman love, yes I would’ve went too. They sleep long hours in that stage with mommy and quietness.
 
So after months of lifting here my gym finally got some cable weight towers set up and i feel like my lagging triceps wont be lagging for long. I hit them alot with freeweights but i feel like i get better isolation on cable exercises and so far my triceps feel the difference

Thanks guys! Definitely been hard work especially with the new baby and everything else going on right now but damn it, its the time of the day that i really enjoy and im not giving that up! Seeing the progress of the hard work and trying to better myself really helps though
