Bench day. Still feeling off... Just going for a PR then outta here. Gonna test my maxes and set some PR's this week while also cutting out some volume for a week or two to let my body recover a little bit.

No its just 6 plates. I wish lol. An 8 plate bench is in my future though. Hoping for next year. 8 plate bench. 10 plate squat. 12 plate deadlift are my goals right now

Nothing wrong with 315! Try to keep that ass down and the feet on the floor. Hate to see you get hurt brother.

They come off on the 315, but with that weight it's a little easier to correct than the 325. Either way, its there.

Weight right now is around 215. And yeah i know they're lofty but its a marathon, not a sprint. I know it'll take a while. But i just started trt and as well as that i found a hookup for real aas so ill get there eventually lol i know its about the work, not the drugs but when i hit a plateau i now know what i can get and do about it

Just looked back and your right my glutes did come up on 315 dang it. Ill be working on that
 
I would stay under 3 plates for 4 weeks.
Work on becoming locked and loaded.

That's why I wouldn't touch anything over 3 plates for a month.
You need to own 315 before you even bother adding even 5lbs.

Thanks! Thats what im going for. I want to be the biggest guy in the gym and i want the the biggest guys in the gym to want to be as big and strong as me lol is that too much to ask for? Maybe, but a guy can dream cant he? Lol

My diet hasn't been cleanest the last week or so. But the size is coming along and also the definition. Well this morning i went in and was shooting for a PR on shoulder press but didnt get it. Also forgot to record video... Oh well lol

Motivation the last week has been suffering. Still hitting PR's but ive been lazy lol.
So just tested all maxes this week, deload next week, back at it the next week. Just recently started new medication thats been kinda affecting energy levels and stuff but as my body acclimates im expecting it to improve (hopefully)

Thanks man. I do want the lifts to keep moving up so i think im going to continue training with that being the goal. I want to be leaner though so i might change my mind in the next month and decide to cut but idk. I wish i could train with strength gain and fat loss as the primary goals but those two goals dont go together all that well. So i think ill focus on strength a little longer then focus on leaning out for summer. Once i get the bf% im comfortable with its usually fairly easy to maintain it while gaining still. Whatever i decide to do i think i can be happy looking the way i do now compared to where i was at the beginning of the year.Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
 
I knew i had made progress but just now after looking back at my starting picture vs now is crazy. Im definitely happy with where i am comparatively for sure

Its takes time.
Your actually going to hold more muscle after your cycle now that your on trt.
Slowly stack more and more muscle on your frame.
Your young still too.
You got plenty of time to mold yourself into your ideal you.

So i feel i should talk about the radiate capsules im taking. Ive been taking 2 caps pwo first thing in the morning and depending on how tired i am in the afternoon ill usually take 1 or 2 more after work (sometimes i would take them at lunch if i was feeling tired). So first i have to say that my diet has been lacking recently and also ive been on cycle but ive lost a ton of fat over the last 3ish months and the fat loss seems to have acccelerated since starting the radiate. Hard to tell exactly how much cause i didnt get my bf% tested before beginning this journey but its been substantial. The energy from this stuff is pretty cool. Its a nice clean, and smooth energy boost and i dont seem to get amy crash from it nor do i get jitters or any of that crap that i get from other stim-based fat burners. Definitely will be buying again. Really want to try the powder now though. Also the customer service was top notch. Thanks to TheMyth and MonteRXS for the awesome customer service and great product.

word of advice, work on cleaning up form on those deads...try to initiate the pull with more leg drive...the way your hips immediately shoot back, rather than rise and move forward, is a sure recipe for a back injury, and I would hate to see it happen!

Thanks man. Will be working on that. Actually have been but when i get super heavy and going for PR's form suffers a bit and i just want to lift that sh1t lol. But im going to keep working on it and try to clean up the form on the heavier work

I reckon your starting position is actually too low. Your hips are shifting up before the bar moves because that is the position where u generate maximum tension in the posterior chain. My advice is to practice starting from that position with shins as vertical as possible (so u are pulling the bar back but keeping tight in the posterior chain).

That's my two cents, and it probably reflects my style as a posterior chain dominant puller.

I always log my lifts. When my strength starts to decline for 2 workouts on a full body or 3 workouts on a A/B split (assuming diet / sleep and any other environmental factors that can cause decreased strength are not the issue) I always take 9-11 days off. (now that I'm over 50) when I was in my 40- 30's I could get buy with 5-7 days. I can't remember taking time off in my 20's but that was the lift big ass weight every time and If you missed a workout you were a puss! lol

Your body will tell you when it's time for a break. Mine is usually about the 7-8 week range. has been as quick as 5 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.

If you were AAS I would assume this would be different? can't really answer that one.

You have been killing the compound lifts which will usually bring on the need for a De-condition sooner.

Im not 100% sure but i think that 225x10 on bench is a PR. Im not the strongest ive ever been but i think when i was benching 365 i was still only at 225x8 bc my strength or endurance sucked in the higher rep ranges. So thats cool :)

Do both! In a reverse pyramid fashion and that 365 will make a fast return.

135 x 10, 225x10, 275 3x10. Each week add 5-10lbs to the 275. Once your finished reverse the climb in volume back down to 135. You will plateau but you stay with the 3 x 10 for awhile. If you get to 335 for 3 x 10, you can clear 405 for a single. This is how I hit 405 for the first time. It works. I’ve dropped to 275 several times to restart to get back to 405 many times. That’s what keeps me from getting injured. The amount of times I go back to the basic 3x10. Eventually add more sets to the initial climb,

Been on a bit of a forced decondition lol. Life has gotten crazy and hit me with a big curveball so we'll see how it goes. Gonna keep training but super stressed

Thanks man i appreciate it. Ill take all the prayers i can get. My wifes having a baby in less than two weeks too and our last child she and the baby almost died in labor so thats stressful enough without anything else being added on so its just rough right now.
