Bicep size? What’s your stats people and what do you think looks “good”

Plz share arm technique/workout I am looking to add inches and also shape and tone them thank you in advance

fine, well, it's hard to give advice when, as you can see, many negative people are giving me negativity, but i'll make a little effort. there was a time when my arms where stuck at 15.5'', i was 19 yrs old, and i did perfect form work outs, with moderate weights, and concentrated on the pump, but i wasn't growing. long story short, the key to growth is to do heavy barbell cheat curls, this works like a charm. another great advice is get your arms sore, nothing guarantees muscle growth better than training your muscles and getting them sore. Another key is, you gotta get your arms stronger, strength and size is closely related, for example, if you can curl 50 lb dumbells for 10 reps, eventually you wanna get to the point where you can curl 60 lb dumbells for 10 reps, and so on, if the arms remain the same strength, they remain the same size

You posted a picture where your arms are not 19" or 7% body fat. How on God's green earth does that prove that you have 19" arms at 7% body fat? For someone with a 190 IQ, you sure don't seem to understand a lot of things.

Your "wisdom" is common knowledge for anyone who has any experience lifting though. Your pride is what makes you think you shared some profound, secret revelation.

well i got 19'' arms all natty, do you? why the anger and the insults? when was the last time you trained truly hard? when was the last time your arms got truly sore?? ask yourself that question, don't blame it all on genetics, humble yourself, and don't call someone an ''idiot'' when this someone has an IQ of 190

you are either slow, or trolling, i told you, in my pic my arms were 18'' with a pump, and this was year ago and my body fat was higher. i also told you that if you changed your attitude i might add a more recent pic, showing perfect abs and legit 19'' arms (with tape around to prove it) but it's funny, since you are so proud and stubborn, your attitude will continue to be nasty

Solid, but please note that he is nowhere even remotely close to 7% body fat, and he also I think said this was years (decades?) ago when he was using prohormones, so not natty anyway.

Are you slow? I'm saying that a pic with 18" arms at a higher body fat in no way "proves" that you have 19" arms (bigger) at 7% body fat (leaner).

Who says I'm blaming anything on anyone? I happen to think I have pretty decent arms for someone who has never even touched prohormones/AAS/etc.

back then my body fat was not 7%, i'm not sure what it was, but i'm leaner now, but i just posted an old pic to show myself, but that pic is old, but my arms were legit 18'' there, i had a bit of a pump though, now they are 19''cold (with a pump they are bigger)

many people blame it on genetics, i hate that crap, the truth is, it requires hard work and dedication, and many years of training, people are just full of excuses
