Yes it is. One of the best strength compunds there is and lean mass thats hard as a rock too. But 12 weeks of it seems rough, especially with hpgs joint problems and old age ;) it may be rough for him

Could be , I've heard mk266 is great again at winstrol joints. But again more moneyyyyy haha..

My guess is, the trest-methyl-estrogen-from-hell should take care of the joints. But will buy some raw ibutamoren in future, it has tons of benefits.

Yes my guess too and indeed there are options to joint problems, I use glucosamine with winny.. again 25mg is like half of what I take so I'm not sure you'll notice any problems but better be safe. Have you ran winstrol before?

Yes, at 50mg/d, without joint problems, even though I'm prone to it. Was not in awe about how winnie worked for me -but I'm a weirdo when its about roids.
 
I'm lucky that I couldn't get trest enanthate -but I tried, LOL.

Not only the half life, I heard that trest enanth is also stronger than trest ace. I know a compound is a compound, regardless of the ester attached, but some users reported it being too strong and having to bail on it completely and just go back to trest ace.
 
In that case the future cycle would look like:

-150mg/w test/u (does not want to go without, as it is my TRT and the undecanoate takes weeks to get stable)
-20mg/d trest ace
-75mg/d-100mg/d proviron (3x25mg or 2x 50mg)
-20mg winstrol/d (is this enough?)
-pregnenolone
-0.5mg/d adex
-60mg/d ralox (preloading at 120mg for a week to tap all receptors before using trest)

Not opting for masteron here to avoid pinning, proviron should do.

Looks good other than i wouldnt not use winnie. Proviron should be enough. You can if you want, as i wont hurt the cycle, but i think it may be a bit of a hassle and extra cost.

I was not aware of that benefit of proviron. I have enough for one month at 75 mg/d. that should be enough for a short trest ace cycle later this year. I did read some logs where they also ran high doses of exem to keep the bloat down, something like 12.5 mg/d, and ended up in a recomp cycle, just using trest ace and exem. I would be too worried about crashing e2 :).
 
Cycle update / Day 32

3 days ago my left nipple started aching. I upped letro and ralox to no avail.
So I ditched trest. Implemented cardarine at 20mg/d to get my lipids in range for the upcoming t-bol cut/recomp.

Today, pain in nipple got better -but a small lump formed. Will keep taking 50mg ralox/day and switch from letro to 0.5 adex eod, to not crush e2 too hard.

Cycle as of today is:

-350mg test/w
-12.5mg LGD/d
-50mg Ralox/d
-adex 0.5mg/eod
-20mg cardarine/d

What I learned is:
-Trest ace aromatizes into a methyl-estrogen that's very difficult to control. Ralox at 15mg/d was not enough to safeguard against gyno, even with low dosage of trest (10mg/d). Letro has apparently only a small impact on "methyl estrogen". Daily 1mg of letro did not crush -or lower e2 enough to prevent gyno (one explication could be my letro is fake -but I also tried 1mg pharma adex/d without success.)
Will try again with a higher dose of ralox in future. This time pre-loading ralox for a week at 120mg/d before starting trest.

-S-drol at 20mg can be tolerated by me for only 4 weeks, after that cramps, lethargy and overall ill feeling sets in.

I am somewhat disappointed. Trest is awesome and I wished I could use it longer -but after 3 weeks the estro-trouble starts. Maybe I should use it in short cycles, as it kicks in relative quickly.
Sdrol kicked in late for me (week 2), almost everyone else is claiming that you can feel it after a few days.
Sounds like your experience with sd was similar to mine. Gained no weight until week 2, had to seriously up calories to add weight. By week 4 was happy to see the back of it.

Mostly machines. Focus was on legs, now getting used to the unilateral leg curls.
Strength is still up, could use more weights on lateral rises and squats -but did not ego lift.

Bloat is wearing off slowly, revealing whats underneath (hint: looking good).

Glad to hear about the bloat going away. I get frustrated when I bloat as I never know how much is bloat and how much it fat. When do you think you will be at a point where you are ready to take some progress pictures?
 
I tried some MK from an RC company once the bloat was insane, needless to say I did not use it long.

At 30mg MK I got tons of bloat, I dropped it to 20mg/d and it was better, but not optimal. I run at 10mg/d now, taken just before bedtime and don't really notice any bloat from it. Been running for months now.. I actually am not sure how long, maybe close to a year :). It is just a staple supp for me.

That turns the negative (lethargy/sleepiness) into a positive, at least for me it does.

EDIT: Of course that would not be the case if you are one that it acts like a stim for.

Probably the GH supplementation mentality, most GH supps are taken at night but this one causes GH bleed, not spikes so it is a 24 hours a day thing.

Interesting, I never got any of the lethargy or sleepiness from it around dosing time. I did end up dreaming a little more vividly so deeper sleep but I felt refreshed all day taking it in the morning. We all react a little differently huh.

I lost a considerable amount of size again, probably intra cellular water and glycogen -but now veins are showing.
Will take pics when changes are more obvious.

The magic of superdrol and trest. Those two steriods are something else. Seriously though I think superdrol is the single most effective recomp agent there is. Even better than tren. The results with it are astonishing. I think it may be the most effective steriods period (obviously can't be run for long though, so that's a major draw back).

Sorry you had to cut your cycle short, but man you got a lot out of it.......looking good.
Great job......It was smart to stop early, because health is more important than extra gains.

I will definitely repeat this cycle in a few month, this time with less calories. The cycle is not over yet. Now comes the recomp part (hilarious, the bulk was actually a recomp....anyway). As soon as my lipids are in range -and the liver had a rest, I start T-bol. T-bol will treat me well, had very good experience with it in the past.

I feel the same. I didn't lose weight like you but basically was on 2500cal maintenence started taking superdrol. Upped cals by 500... Nothing... Another 500... Nothing... Another 500... Started gaining finally but still if I tried that **** without the sd I would have gained pounds of pure fat per week easy. I think sd just spikes metabolism and nutrient partitions like a b1tch.

You look great HG, bulk may have turned into a recomp but it’s not a bad outcome imho in any way...... inspires me to keep pushing anyway

My next cycle (first pin cycle) will start with 6 weeks of t Bol - From what I’ve read it’s awesome the leaner you are (I’m taking 3 months plus inbetween to cut right down) when you start (I know this is true for them all) so you should be ideally placed for great gains.

I like Tbol.....not the strongest, but good results whether bulking or cutting, and I get no negative sides from it.....smart choice.
 
Shoulders and Arms look Great and I think there may be some ab under that shag carpet.
 
What dosage are you planning to run T-bol at?

70mg for about 7 weeks, together with 350mg test/w and 50mg proviron/d. AI only when I feel its necessary. Intermittent fasting with one huge meal a day.

Now I'm also off of LGD. Taking cardarine to bring cholesterol in range. So, everything is off, besides 350mg test/w, waiting until liver and lipids are good to go.

I gained size on my quads, calfs -and a little on my traps, weighting now less than before the bulk. It would indicate I lost fat and gained muscle -but I sport the same hip tire as before and still holding on to fat at the chest.

I'm eager to see what happens next. Started proviron today to help hardening up for the upcoming t-bol cycle.

The chest fat waits around until last for me unfortunately. You are obviously leaner though, I am sure the hip tire has gone down just not as much as you would like yet. It will.

Its hard to see for you, since you see yourself every day and body dysmorphia is real amongst us lifters. However, that hip tire is MUCH smaller from the two pictures you showed us. I bet you moved a notch or two on your belt, didnt you?
